Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Eyüp and Ecem were wonderful — incredibly attentive, polite, friendly, and always welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile, took the time for a nice conversation, and at the same time provided excellent and professional service.
They created such a warm and pleasant atmosphere and truly made us feel like valued guests. Thank you both for the amazing service, kindness, and wonderful experience. You made our stay even more special! ❤️

The hotel is for family vacation, about 90%. Very delicious dishes in the main restaurant (meat, fish, seafood, vegetables), ice cream 10-18, coffee and drinks all day. The beach is long, and there wasn’t any problem to find a place. Volleyball was cool! Many other activities for adults and children. Thank you, hope to come back ❤️
All staff were very welcoming and child focussed.
Kids club was the best we have used in over 15 years of using them. It was extremely well organised with excellent activities. The manager Busra is very experienced and welcoming. The animation team work extremely hard and do a great job.
The guests in the hotel are predominantly Russian and German. For this reason I do not recommend to British families.
There is a good selection of food and it was particularly nice experience the Turkish and Indian food. Special mention to the Fish and Grill à la carte restaurants. The staff and the food were brilliant.
The room was clean and drinks in fridge were restocked daily. When we needed anything reception was extremely responsive.
The water park and lazy river were excellent and the lifeguards were all extremely friendly and child oriented.
The beach is nice. The water is very warm and there are platforms in the sea which can be easily reached and are great for jumping into the sea. The entrance to the water is rocky.
The hotel is very large and there are frequent golf buggies to take guests around the complex. The hotel had 2500 guests and we were always able to find a lounger however guests are reserving loungers from very early.
Just wrapped up our 4th stay at Pine Beach Belek, and it’s honestly our favorite place to be for summer holidays ! The resort is huge, super clean, and somehow gets even better every year. The kids went crazy for the new Aquapark and had a blast with the kids' club team. Food is always fresh with a lot of variety, the rooms are super cozy, and the green grounds are so peaceful to walk around. We absolute love this place.
A decent mid-level resort primarily catering to Ruasian guests. The general decor is a little out of date with many of the fences and pathways looking their age, and the en suite, while fully functional, was in need of a refit. But everything was clean and in working order. It's not a huge resort, but seems to be well sized for the number of guests - no problem with finding a sun lounger, and the pools aren't crowded. The sea water pool in particular was quiet and relaxing. The waterpark area is good fun, and will keep younger children happy all day - the number and size of the slides is limited, so don't expect it to be a theme park experience, but it's got all the amenities needed if you want to stay there all day without venturing back to the main resort for food/towels/refreshments/etc. Evening entertainment consists of a main after dinner show followed by various options (dance club/football/beach games/etc). Everything is outdoors with smoking permitted anywhere - think UK in the 1990's. Drinks service was patchy - the bars are chaotic, but if you can get a good spot then 'table service' to loungers is frequent (we were rarely without a drink).
