Maritim Pine Beach Resort

All was good , but the room servis not good , Slow and lazy , mostly can’t talk english

There was quite a few negatives to our holiday here but not all bad. Firstly on arrival our bathroom had hair on the sink and floor. The bathroom was not cleaned at all the entire holiday. Hair conditioner was empty on arrival and never filled. Bin was emptied and towels replaced but that was it. We expected 3 beds but there was a single and a king bed for 4 of us. Our youngest is a tall 9 year old so didn’t make for a great sleep with him in the middle. Complained to reception and next night a roll out bed was taken up but it was a very tight squeeze to fit in the room. There was a blanket on the bed on arrival that had a questionable brown stain on it that every day I left stain side up to be changed. Every day it was folded stain side down back on the bed! We had no view at all from the balcony as the pine tree filled the balcony. This meant the noise from the insects was VERY loud. Could be heard inside the room over the aircon and tv! No option to sit out due to the noise and shade from the tree. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, reported but not fixed as they didn’t understand the problem when I tried to explain. Food choices were fine we didn’t go hungry, salad selection was particularly good but there was not any food ingredients or allergy listing anywhere. Although I am not allergic I try to limit dairy but there was no way of knowing what was in anything. Getting anyone for water and drinks at any restaurant anytime of day was awful! We had found some one about 10mins into our meal one night and had finished by the time they brought the water. I had approached the drinks area another night to be told “table” when I asked for water. We wandered round often trying to find people to get us drinks. We found staff across most of the resort spoke very little English. I really struggled with staff at reception, one woman at guest services was great when I needed to find a Pharmacy. Another just pointed to reception when we asked her some questions and said “English” Positives were the Aquapark where we spent most of our time. Great place for kids. They were never bored. Main pool areas were always very busy and foam party was a highlight! All entertainment we experienced was of great quality. I will not however be back. Too many issues for the price and “rating”

Lovely family hotel, relaxing break. The waterpark is new and great for all ages. Loungers were never free at the main pools so we always managed to find them at the waterpark or the quiet pool near that which was lovely. Our room was in the main building, it was always spotlessly cleaned. The food was great, something for all. All the staff were nice but we would like to give special recognition to a waiter called Emrullah Engin, who looked after us each evening in the main restaurant. He was attentive, helpful and excellent at his job, we wish him the best! Thank you Emrullah.
