Went with friends on 30th September, lovely clean hotel with very good facilities Rooms were good size. Location was great too . Staff was amazing especially at reception Vedat and Ozgur were very pleasant and helpful. One guy Kadir from Italian restaurant gave us a phenomenal service
My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel. On arrival, we were greeted at reception by Evin who helped us with setting up the hotel wi-fi as well as explaining all the hotel details. The hotel has its own beach which was always kept clean. Plenty of sunbeds were available. Staff were very helpful and acknowledge guests when passing, a good touch. All areas of the hotel were clean. Food was high class with lots of choice and we counted over 40 sweets on one evening. A big mention must go to the Animation Team, they worked so hard to make us welcome with a special mention for Sitki. He encouraged us to dance and was great in organising the boccia competitions. The evening shows were exceptional and the best we had experienced. The talented group of dancers performed Michael Jackson and Queen shows, etc so professionally. One of the highlights of our stay was the Oktobeerfest evening, a celebration of food, drink, games, singing and dancing. well done to the organisers. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star! But it is very nice, food really good entertainment at night is one of the best I've ever been to. What really put me off was the aircon in the rooms didn't work ( that's why I'm only giving it a 3 star mark) me and my friend had 2 different rooms other side of the hotel and there aircon didn't work either. But if aircon doesn't bother you in 30c heat then it's a good hotel, but for me I definitely won't go back for that reason. Shouldn't advertise air-conditioning rooms. When they do t work
It lived up to what my expectations were. It’s a good 4 star all inclusive.
The good bits The pools and grounds are very good. The multiple snack bars and bars are good well stocked and well managed. The food is plentiful and has plenty of choices. The lobby area is very nice Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Entertainment at night is very good.
The bad bits If you come thinking it’s a 4 star there really aren’t any. It lives up to that a good 4 star.
The restaurants Italian is the best and worth the up charge Asian is good but choice is a little limited Beach snack bar - good quick bites changed daily Snack bar - food is OK but options again good. Main buffet - lots of options, different cuisine, tons of salad, deserts, fruit - good all rounder
Just a general point, it rained during our stay which might put me off coming to Turkey in October, if you want to go away in October you might be better off in Egypt or Dubai.
All in all a good week, and value for money.
