Very good services and listening to client needs
Here at the hotel at the moment and having a fantastic time. It’s sooo hot! The entertainment team work tirelessly and my boys (14 and 11) have enjoyed lots of activities. The hotel is spotless and really well kept. The facilities on offer are great and it’s nice to have lots of different areas and bars to explore.
amazing entertainment, loved the room and pool. staff are great and really enjoyed my stay.
Excellent resort, great entertainment and food, would highly recommend
Just finished our stay at the Limak Atlantis, cannot fault the entertainment staff, friendliness of all staff and the facilities, however would not return. Food was very poor, travelled with a teenager who mostly ate chips all week. The buffet was just lacking something, it’s very repetitive. I’m not a fussy eater but ate mostly rice and all week. Feel like I've lived on carbs as not many protein options unless you like dry fish. Went the Far East for an Al la carte meal which was lovely. We didn’t go to any others as heard mixed reviews of them all and was not going to pay extra for a meal that’s just ok. We just got a taxi into belek and ate there a few times. The snack bar by the pools was ok, we always managed to get a pizza which was nice but there was always a queue for them. Snack bar by the beach was disappointing, the burgers we found inedible. They did kebabs one day (but served on a hot dog bun) they were nice. Wide variety of drinks but cocktails were strange, they put a weird foam on them all and they left a funny aftertaste. Suffered with heartburn each night, stopped drinking the cocktails and it went. The Greek god cocktails in the Atlantis bar were lovely (and no foam), pity they are only served in that bar. Rooms were spotless, although ours wasn’t cleaned on the last day. Beds uncomfortable and need more pillows. Air con in room was very good often too cold but we got to grip with the settings after a day or two. Had a nice holiday but would not return. We got a good deal on this holiday with easyJet holidays so I can’t really complain, but speaking to other people in the hotel, some had paid almost double with other agents. If I’d paid them prices I’d have been asking to move hotels as the Atlantis is not up to the standard of other hotels in Belek.
