Everything was extremely nice and smooth with Limak Atlantis Deluxe Belek! The staff was extremely helpful, smiling and fun to chat with. We had an upgrade for our room and easier reservation for the A la carte restaurants, which were amazing! Ali Öztürk was particularly charming with his big smile and amazing coctails! I would definitely recommend it to everyone :)
We had the best Time at the Limak Atlantis Deluxe Hotel in Belek. Our room was beyond description with an amazing view to the sea. Food and activities were really good. The Shows in the evening were amazing. But the best Thing about the experience were the people. At the Cocktailbar, the Restaurants or at the cleaners - everyone Was so nice and welcoming. Especially bartender Ali was always nice to see. He put a big Show in and the Drinks were amazing. We will definitely come back and recommend that place to everyone.
We had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others
We had a lovely family break at the hotel, very relaxing but personally I won’t be returning. The positives are that the complex is a decent size and kept immaculately clean by the hard working staff. Unfortunately we had several issues with our room,we were allocated the wrong room type on arrival so had to spend the first night in a different room, not a great first impression!! Then we had issues when the air con broke,at least 7 contacts with reception and the issue did not get resolved,it took a trip to see the jet2 rep for this issue to be resolved but even after speaking with the rep it took 4 days before 3 men turned up and took them 10 minutes to sort!! 6 days with no aircon in 40 degrees is unacceptable I’m afraid and there has been a complaint put in. Part of the issue with this problem is that a number of the staff throughout the resort do not speak basic English so I was speaking with various people through google translate, not ideal, the language barrier was a bit of a shock at this resort as we have been to various places across Turkey and never had a problem. The family room itself apart from the air con was amazing and very spacious, the pool and bar areas are nice although there is a very unpleasant smell around the Aquarius bar? Personally I found the food a bit repetitive but there was plenty of choice. Meal times were very chaotic if you got there much after opening at 7pm with seats hard to come by. We dined at the Turkish and Asian restaurants and these were both fantastic and a pleasant change from the chaos of normal dining. A massive positive of this resort is the staff who are very pleasant and friendly and work very hard, the two jewels are Yogi and Cadet who popped up serving us across all the various restaurants, these two are a real credit to the resort and are the friendliest people we have met on our travels across the years,I swear they are twin brothers but they tell me not!! Thankyou to them both, they looked after our family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. All in all a relaxing holiday at a decent resort with hard working staff but our issues with the room and trying to sort them out means we will not return as some of the reception staff did not appear to care much about our problems, first impressions matter and we got off to a bad start.
Definitely not a 4 star + hotel, room was clean, floor needed replaced and door to balcony was very stiff. Air conditioning was poor and even set at 15 degrees with a fan running it didn't cool the room down. I'm sure it went off or was turned down during the night as I woke up hot. Snaks we're ok but limited, buffet restaurant at night was very busy no table service for drinks and the food had no variety unless you liked chicken and gravy or lamb. Lacked imagination on what to serve and definitely not as good as other Belek hotels. We has a couple os A la carte meals at extra cost and they were excellent in the food department. Pools were great and entertainment was good, a good selection of drinks widely available. Won't be back.
