Have been going to this hotel for 10 yeas now And each time we visit the experience just gets better. Staff at the hotel are excellent, they can’t do enough for you to make your stay warm and welcoming. Rida the hotel’s customer relations manager Speaks to all the guests and nothing is too much trouble for him if you need anything, the have a what’s app group when you arrive and you just have to contact them on that if you need anything in your room or on the complex.
Room is clean,service is wonderful
It’s clean but I guess hotel still needs renovation, we had problems with toilet It was very nosy last night Amenities are good Food is good but boring, every day is the same, and lunch/dinner is totally same
We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Kaya. We read the reviews before we came and yes some were correct.Yes the hotel does need a bit of TLC but it was spotless with the staff going through it with brush and pan The food was very plentiful and varied but yes found the food could be quite low in temperature. So saying that what about the staff.All the staff were polite and friendly.We spent most of our time at the Blue Pool and made friends with two great waiters called Agun and Hammsa. They made us very happy with their service and made us special drinks.We have named only two of the staff but they were all very friendly and very committed to the job The overall experience was very positive and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.So thank you and hope to return for another great holiday in Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort in Belek
