We are currently on holiday here on day 7 of 14. The hotel is beautiful and the kids pools are fantastic. Our children are quiet shy and now have attended the kids club with us and alone Berrin is so warm and welcoming as well as the rest of the team this really helped our children join in! The food is really nice and fresh with different themes everyday with plenty of choice. There are key members at each area who speak English, we have not struggled since we have been and have learnt some Turkish to!! The customer service team are great and really helpful. The Italian Al la carte is a great experience. Various snack bars, ice cream available all day. The spa experience is 10/10 and I would highly recommend to use. This really is a hidden gem and we are so glad we came here. We would highly recommend for families.
Great service specially all inclusive food. Got kind customer service experience from luggage helper Cumali.
We had the absolute best time staying at Innvista Hotels Belek! One of the biggest highlights is the location—The Land of Legends is right next door, making it super easy to walk or pop over to spend time there whenever we wanted. Watching the dancing fountain shows at night was such a lovely experience! The resort itself was wonderful, but the highlight of our dining experience was the hotel's Mediterranean / Italian à la carte restaurant. Special recognition goes to Şinasi Sayıner—he is truly the best waiter I have ever encountered! His positive attitude, genuine care for guests, and engaging stories made our meals unforgettable. Everything about our vacation was seamless and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Innvista to anyone visiting Belek!
Great stay , amazing staff, everything was perfect. Special thanks for Mr. Ali who took care of our room allocation and amenities. Last but not least, the most helpful and awesome two persons who made our stay full of experiences, excitement, joy and lots of fun (Mr. Serhat the Entertainment Chief Director and Mrs. Berrin the mini club chief) You guys were simply the best :) looking forward for another travel experience next summer!! 🤝🙏
Our stay at Innvista was a very mixed experience, with some excellent aspects but also several areas that we feel need significant improvement.
Positives
Great water park for the kids – The children’s water park was a huge hit with our kids. However, it would be helpful to have a clear board displaying the opening and closing times so guests know when it is available to use.
Good location – The hotel is located right next to Land of Legends, which is very convenient. However, paying €10 for a taxi journey that only took around seven minutes felt quite expensive.
Excellent spa services – A big shout-out to the spa staff, who were very accommodating and offered us a great package. The hammam and massages were among the best we have experienced, and we have visited Turkey many times and had plenty of spa treatments there.
Special mention to Emir at the pizza stand – Our boys don’t like pizza toppings and wanted a plain Margherita pizza. Emir kindly made one for them on request and was incredibly polite and helpful. His customer service was excellent.
Negatives
Kids’ club – We found the kids’ club somewhat disappointing. Other children would not allow my boys to play on the PS4, and there were arguments and fights over whose turn it was. The area did not seem to be properly managed by the kids’ club staff. It was only after I raised the issue that they became more attentive to my children and the manager sent another member of staff over. There were four staff members, but in my opinion, this was not enough during peak times.
Plastic found in food – I found a piece of plastic in my chocolate cake, which I nearly swallowed. We had to wait for a member of guest relations before we could show and explain what had happened. Although the lady apologised, her reaction came across as dismissive. The team did try to make things right, but overall we didn’t feel they were particularly accommodating or concerned. We were offered a complimentary à la carte meal, but there were no suitable options that our children would eat. One member of guest relations said they could cater for the children, but other members of the team later said this wasn’t possible, which left my husband feeling as though they didn’t believe him. In the end, we ate in the main restaurant for my birthday. They did arrange a cake with my husband, which was a lovely surprise and a nice touch.
Food – The food was very repetitive and there wasn’t much variety. It was mainly beef-based, which we do not eat, with very little seafood available. The snack bar also served almost the same food every day. It would be much better to change the options daily to provide more variety, or perhaps offer things such as pizzas. The dessert section was also disappointing, with very little variety.
Restaurant service and atmosphere – It would be nice if staff were more attentive in the restaurant, for example by bringing drinks to the table. The restaurant was also very chaotic in the evenings, with people constantly barging past, making the dining experience feel quite stressful.
Wasp issue – There was a significant problem with wasps, which really put us off. We often had swarms around us near the snack bar and sunbeds, as they were attracted to drinks and food that had not been cleared away. This became very frustrating and made it difficult to relax. Staff need to clean the surrounding areas more frequently to help reduce this problem.
Overall
Overall, our stay was good and there were some genuinely excellent aspects, particularly the water park, spa and the helpful staff such as Emir at the pizza stand. However, there are many areas that need improvement. Based on our experience, we personally would not rate the hotel as five-star.
