We arent the first time here and it has always been an great experience! The hotel has many options. It is very great for kids, they have great entertainment and also very nice people. Gulben is very nice too and she is always there and she is new there and she is very funny and beautiful. Every day theres a program and you can have great fun. The  food is very nice and you can  chose from italian to turkish to chinese to french food. The hotel itself is really comforting. It has different rooms. I would recommend it to anyone!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the IC Santai Hotel. The swim-up villa was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The pool was at a lovely temperature and very relaxed, being exclusively for villa residents. One small issue was that the sunbeds directly outside our room were often used by others, which was a bit confusing. The shower in our villa was always hot and very powerful, making it feel just like home. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our rooms spotless, and the all-inclusive mini fridge was always topped up, which we really appreciated.

Our boys—twins aged 10, and our 15 year old loved the aqua park. The lifeguards on duty were always diligent in ensuring the safety of everyone. The park is set in a gated area within the hotel, making it easy to keep an eye on the children while they play.

The food in the main buffet was always fresh and delicious, with a good rotation of dishes, so we never got bored. The staff in the food hall worked tirelessly to keep everything clean and everyone happy. We dined in the Italian and sushi restaurants at an additional cost, with the sushi being our favorite. The food was excellent, and my boys especially loved the deep-fried ice cream.

We often had breakfast and lunch in the Lake Club House, as it was quieter and more relaxed than the main breakfast hall. The burritos and tacos were delicious, and the boys used it for snacks, drinks, and ice creams throughout the day. In the evenings, we played cards there and were always made to feel welcome by the lovely Fadime, who worked very hard and made us delicious gin cocktails.

I had the most incredible massage experience with Aygul at the hotel’s spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. My first massage included the traditional Turkish bath (hammam), a rejuvenating experience that blends deep relaxation with a thorough cleanse.

The treatment began with a sauna session to open up my pores and prepare my skin. Upon entering the hammam, I was welcomed into a warm, beautifully marble-lined room. Aygul asked me to lie down on a heated marble slab, allowing the warmth to fully relax my body.  Once I was completely relaxed, the real magic began. Aygul performed an exfoliating scrub with a coarse mitt, removing dead skin cells and leaving my skin incredibly soft. After the scrub, she rinsed me with warm water, washing away all impurities.  

Next was the soap massage, where Aygul created a luxurious lather that enveloped me in a cloud of bubbles. Her firm yet gentle pressure eased tension from my muscles, making me feel completely relaxed.  

Following the hammam, I was taken to the massage room for a full-body multi-massage. The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting and calming music that instantly helped me unwind.  

Aygul was professional and attentive, noticing areas that needed extra care. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. Her technique was flawless, with just the right amount of pressure—both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Every knot and bit of tension in my body seemed to melt away under her skilled hands. By the end of the session, I felt like I was floating; all the stress and tension I had carried in was completely gone. I left the spa feeling deeply cleansed, rejuvenated, and utterly relaxed.

The combination of the Turkish bath and the full-body massage was both physically cleansing and mentally revitalising, making it the perfect retreat from daily stresses. If you're staying at the hotel or planning a trip, I highly recommend budgeting for a visit to the spa. The Turkish bath experience is a must for anyone seeking a blend of cultural tradition and holistic wellness.

I also highly recommend Aygul for anyone looking for a truly exceptional massage experience. It was hands down the best massage I've ever had, so much so that I booked another session the day before we flew home.

There are a few areas that need refining, but nothing that caused concern or would prevent me from recommending this hotel.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our family vacation from August 30 to September 4 at the hotel was truly wonderful. We stayed in the Sun Swim Up Villa, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations. As a parent with two small children, I was initially concerned about how the trip would go, but the hotel’s thoughtful design and amenities made everything so effortless.

The villa’s private pool was a major highlight—spacious, clean, and conveniently located right next to our villa. This made it incredibly easy for the kids to take quick breaks or use the restroom without any hassle. The dedicated bar for villa guests was another fantastic feature, offering a variety of foods, fruit, and drinks. It allowed us to enjoy some peaceful moments after putting the kids to bed, knowing that the bar was just a short distance away and we could keep an eye on the kids.

The hotel’s water slides and play areas were a hit with the children, providing endless fun and excitement. The presence of a small hospital on-site was also reassuring. We were pleased with the wide array of dining options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the evening shows were nothing short of spectacular.

Overall, our stay was incredibly impressive, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation experience.

Best hotel for families - stress free

Usually we go farther afield for our holidays but with the cost of living and now 2 children we couldn’t quite stretch this year so we ended up booking this hotel in Turkey. Boy am I glad we did. It’s a little gem, the complex isn’t overly big but big enough. Everything is within a short walk which is ideal for kids and considering we went in August school holidays it wasn’t horrendously busy, I love the sun and easily got 4 sun loungers together by 7am each day….if you’re not bothered about being sat by the shallower end and kids splash park you could happily come down anytime before 9am and get a bed. Round multiple times a day to empty bins so there was not 1 fly. The pool is lovely, perfect temp and so fresh and clean. My only niggle would be that the pool is quite deep (1.5m) all the way pretty much and only goes down to 1.2M in the shallow end apart from a tiny section. Not a problem for an adult though I would have preferred it slightly shallower for myself but my 4 year old couldn’t really stand anywhere but it wouldn’t put me off. In shade and not ideal for sun worshippers like us. There are 2 sisters in skates that come round the pool and take your order which is nice. They even brought round tubs of nuts and watermelon at times too. 

The grounds are kept beautifully, the staff are really friendly and so good with the kids. My 7 and 4 year olds loved going to the pool bar and ordering themselves a rainbow cocktail or milkshake. The mixology bar was lovely, the butterfly martini was Devine and during the day never a queue. Come the evening however, the queue at the mixology bar was a bit tedious, so I opted for standard cocktails from the normal bar. 

There is food everywhere you look. From 4-6pm they have pasta at the pool bar. Then they have the ice cream stand selling various branded ice lollies which my kids loved. The coffee bar on the beach was lovely, selling various coffee and iced lattes plus some patisserie. Gorgeous view looking at the sea. The beach restaurant did pasta, burgers, pizza and kebabs and salad all day and there was also a little stand that offered waffles. 

We didn’t use the alacarte restaurants as only there a week but the main restaurant had plenty to choose from. The queues weren’t too bad, the only complaint I have here is that it’s a free for all getting a table. I think there should be a better system in place where a waiter takes you to a free table rather than you having to wander around until you find one. There is a children’s eating section too which is cute - Offering juices, fruit and a basic selection of food. They can sit here and watch tv if they want. 

The kids club was fantastic. From the staff to the facilities, my daughter made bath bombs, candles, bracelets to name a few. They have 3 small cinema rooms and a small  soft play in the kids area. There is a tiny baby pool, climbing frames, slides and swings. There are some high and low ropes, my 7.5yr old
Loved those. They have a mini crazy golf, ping pong table, a bubble festival, a children’s evening festival, so much for children it’s brilliant. 

The water park is a nice size with 6 bigger slides. Great fun. The pool here is lovely and clean. We didn’t use the “quiet pool” as it’s quite shady but it looked very nice and chilled. 

The evening entertainment we were unlucky as to what was on when we were there as all the good shows seemed to be on either side of our week but the 2 dance shows we did watch were good. There is a small bar here but it’s basic and it’s a long walk to the main bar with a few drinks in hand. One night they had a stand with some rolls and snacks bits which was nice.

Extra cost which both my children enjoyed. The onsite shop is extortionate. They were selling the same float I had pre-purchased on Amazon for £12 for €44 so I’d buy before you travel.

The rooms (well ours) are clean, the maid did a  fantastic job, but basic. That wasn’t a problem for us as you get ready and sleep in the room nothing more. The bed was bigger than a double and so comfy, the walk in shower was nice and big and powerful. The fridge was restocked daily with beer, water, soft drinks and some snacks. The air con was adequate. The night we arrived I was surprised
To find instead of a duvet or sheet there was this odd waffle like “blanket” that didn’t cover the whole of the bed. I asked at reception the next morning for a proper sheet and duvet and this was provided straight away and there were spare duvets in the wardrobe. 

We had a fantastic stay and were really sad to come home. I’d recommend this hotel and happily revisit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. A really lovely hotel with great amenities and staff.

Excellent Family Hotel

This family-friendly SPA complex is located in Belek, 40 km away from central Antalya. The hotel is located near ancient historical landmarks and sites. The beach is just 300 m from the hotel and Antalya Airport is around 30 kms away. The resort offers 508 accommodation units in total, equipped with everything that guests will need during the stay. A café bar, disco and restaurant provide refreshments and entertainment. Guests may also use the conference facilities, Internet access and car park. Younger children may enjoy the playground and kid's club, while older ones can engage in supervised team games, painting, com puter games and film screenings.
