Location is fantastic — 30 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of shops and markets.

The atmosphere is great. Shows at night are amazing — the best we’ve seen anywhere.

Rooms are cleaned daily. They are stocked with basic toiletries, but I’d recommend bringing your own, along with your own hairdryer unless you want to be stuck standing in the bathroom drying your hair.

The food and drinks are absolutely outstanding — super tasty and visually appealing. The place is clean and superb. The staff work tirelessly to ensure high-quality food is served. The drinks and cocktails include top-shelf brands of alcohol. Whether there’s a queue or not, you always get the best drinks the staff can serve. The value for our 10-night stay is worth every penny.

I recommend building 22 as it’s close to everything in the centre, and make sure to ask for the ground floor.

We slept like babies — couldn’t hear anything outside and the air con works perfectly.

Rooms are large, with plenty of space for unpacking.

What I found different here — and I have visited Turkey many times before — is that, for the first time, I didn’t have to reserve the sunbeds! There are hundreds of them everywhere, and you can’t access the aquapark until 10 am as it’s closed, so no one is reserving anything. Even when the doors open, it’s easy to find a good spot. Massive credit to you guys.

I just want to say that, as a family of four, we’ve had an incredible time here, and this was our best holiday in Turkey.

You will never be hassled for tips or approached by someone trying to sell you something. Nobody is asking for reviews, so all the feedback here is genuinely earned.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The aquaparks are amazing, and there are more lifeguards on duty than I could count.

The first day we had a problem with the electricity in the room, we waited two and a half hours for them to fix it but later everything was great, service, cleanliness, food, everything! It was a very good vacation. Special thanks to the wonderful Amra from the reception for all the help and good advice, the woman is "top"! 😁 Thank you and greetings from the Kravic family!
