Granada Luxury Belek

Day two of the holiday so far and all is fabulous. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Guest relations very helpful.

This is a massive, beautifully maintained hotel that was exceptionally clean and offered fantastic facilities throughout.

We had originally booked standard rooms in advance. Unfortunately, on arrival we were allocated rooms in the smoking area, which was difficult for our children as they found it uncomfortable to breathe on our first night.

We spoke to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and understanding. He kindly upgraded us to luxury penthouse rooms, which were absolutely amazing — spacious, comfortable and beautifully equipped with a Jacuzzi and sauna. This really made our stay much more enjoyable.

We loved the hotel’s lounges and bars and our children especially enjoyed the snack bars by the swimming pool.

The hotel has entertainment every day and kids playing area during the day and night.

The hotel has fantastic variety of food available, with plenty of choices to suit everyone, as well as a great selection of drinks.

The staff were very friendly and professional, particularly the waiters, who provided excellent service - handle & serve the food to guests with great care and efficiency.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the excellent service and the way the hotel handled our concerns.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and would definitely consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, Granada Luxury Belek did not feel like a five-star luxury hotel to us.

Our family room was small, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and we experienced several maintenance issues, including sockets, light switches and blinds not working properly. The room door regularly jammed and sometimes had to be forced open. We were also repeatedly disturbed by noise from neighbouring rooms, despite reporting it to reception several times.

The main restaurant was overcrowded, noisy and chaotic. Service was so slow that we often ate most or all of our meal without being offered a drink. The food, minibar and drinks throughout the hotel did not reflect the premium all-inclusive experience we expected.

We were also disappointed by the children’s club and entertainment, as well as the number of additional charges for children’s activities and treats. The beach was small, rocky and difficult to access with a pushchair, with very limited shade for babies and young children.

We paid a considerable amount expecting a luxury, family-friendly holiday, but sadly the overall experience fell far below expectations. If you are choosing between Granada Luxury Belek and the Rixos, go to the Rixos—it is so much nicer and offers a genuinely premium family experience.
