Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 4 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this Mediterranean property include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Hotel has been beautiful. Our assistance mehtap has been fantastic, so helpful and informative. Rooms have been clean, modern and amazing views of the resort. The kids have had the most fantastic time at the kids club, slime activities, painting and playing in the soft play. The girls in the kids club were so warm and welcoming towards the children, and made me feel like they were safe leaving them there on their own but supervised. The food is literally the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. The options have been endless and the kids have loved getting ice cream and cake everyday from the patisserie. The shows have been top tier, I would say the equivalent of west end shows every night, and the kids have loved the kids entertainment and discos. After the kids entertainment we loved watching the live music and Ozcan went above and beyond everynight preparing our drinks and table before we even got to the pool bar. The waiters couldn't do anymore for you either, the boys on the rollerskates every day topping our drinks and snacks up before we even ask. The beach was absolutely stunning, every where is a photo opportunity. The kids loved the slides and the day time entertainment Jenga. 1000% we will be coming back next year with our 3 children. Amazing 10/10
Misrepresented Room Category, Broken Amenities, and Refusal of Early Checkout Refund
We booked and paid for a Superior Sea View with Jacuzzi at Ela Excellence Resort Belek from September 28 to October 3. What we received was a low first-floor room overlooking a grass lawn with no sea view, and a completely broken, inoperable jacuzzi. Beyond the room misrepresentation, basic resort services were severely lacking—housekeeping neglected essential room care, a simple request for pillows took 9 hours to fulfill, and there was a complete absence of pregnancy-appropriate accommodations for my wife despite prior notice. When brought to management's attention, Guest Experience Manager Sivilya and Manager Haci acknowledged the issues and offered a last-minute room change on our departure day. However, after failing to deliver the core paid contracted amenities, they formally refused to authorize a cash refund for our unused nights. Because the resort failed to provide the paid room category and functioning facilities, we surrendered our keys and checked out early on October 1st at 3:45 PM. Despite leaving two days early, management refused to cooperate with Expedia to refund the unrendered nights. A luxury 5-star property should honor its contracted room categories and take responsibility when basic amenities do not function. Potential guests should be aware of room category misrepresentations and non-existent service recovery.
All westayed at Ela Excellence Belek in 2026 with a group of friends travelling from England, and the experience was, overall, genuinely exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, the level of service was immediately apparent. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and professional without ever becoming intrusive, and there was a clear sense that considerable thought had gone into making guests feel both welcomed and well looked after.
A particular mention must go to our guest assistant, Mehtap, who was outstanding throughout our stay. Her ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English was extremely helpful, particularly when coordinating requests and ensuring that everything ran smoothly for our group. More importantly, she was exceptionally attentive, approachable and proactive, often anticipating what we needed before we had even asked. Her professionalism and genuine warmth made a significant contribution to our overall experience.
The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with extensive grounds, excellent facilities and a particularly impressive beachfront setting. There is a wonderful balance between the scale of a large luxury resort and the more personal atmosphere you would normally associate with a smaller, high-end property. The restaurants and bars offered plenty of choice, and the overall quality of the food was very good.
What particularly impressed us was the attention to detail. Whether it was the efficiency of the service, the cleanliness throughout the resort, or the willingness of staff to accommodate individual requests, there was a consistent sense of professionalism. Travelling as a group of friends, we also appreciated the variety of options available, as there was always something to do without the resort ever feeling overwhelmingly busy.
There are, inevitably, small areas where expectations could be even better aligned with the hotel’s positioning as a luxury property, particularly around some aspects of the à la carte dining experience. However, these are relatively minor observations within what was otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
For us, the greatest compliment is that we would happily return. Ela Excellence successfully combines an impressive range of facilities with genuinely thoughtful service, and it provided exactly the kind of relaxed, high-quality holiday we were looking for.

We had a lovely weeks stay, very friendly + attentive staff and overall a fantastic time, would highly recommend. Kadriye was fantastic at the bar on the Pier!
I would probably rate this at 4.5/5 we had great stay overall travelling with a 9 year old and 13 year old

Cons Certain clientele being rude and leaving their rubbish particularly on the beach Teen club not the best mine wouldn't go as was always full of younger kids and is quite small No pool snack bars every meal has to be a sit down meal my kids missed having a grab and go hot food option Service in the buffet restaurant is very hit and miss No à la cartes restaurants included anymore which would be one of the reasons I would look elsewhere for further holidays The on site shop is VERY expensive bring your own inflatables etc
