Pool

This hotel is NOT even close to being a 5-star hotel! You will hear guests all around complain about the quality of the hotel, amongst themselves and to management and the poor staff.

Food:
- Prepare to eat the same food everyday
- Cue in long lines and argue with other guests cutting ahead
- Be early, they run out of the main dish quickly. Then semi-manufactured foods are offered.
- Poor choice of sallads and side dishes (what you expect of a 2-star hotel)
- Possible food poisoning
- Run all over the place to get your drinks, coffee/tea, tea glasses/coffee cups, knives and fork trays and boxes are usually empty

Rooms:
-Hotel does not offer schampoo and conditioner. Offers only hand soap in the shower (Receptionists told us guests are expected to bring their own schampoo). 
-Bathrooms suffer from mold. 
-Poor design/renovation - water flows out from the shower and your left having to drain the bathroom floor with a towel for 5 minutes
- Beds are comfortable and there is AC (that doesn't turn off even as you leave the room, probably to keep the rooms from smelling of mold).
-Cabin doors in several of our rooms were broken.

Service and Facilities:
- Generally below-standards in need of renovation. I've similar standard in 2-3 stars hotels, but never in a complex that was built to be a high standard hotell. A severe case of managerial negligence.
- Staff are nice people, any defficiencies are clearly due to poor leadership coming from the top, creating staff shortages and lack of training.

Much more to complain about. In sum, I advise everyone to compare Clover Magic Seagate Belek to other hotels that have 2 or 3 stars. That is where the quality is and I suspect you can get a better experience for a better price at many 3-star hotels.

WARNING! ATTENTION! DIKKAT!

this hotel was never worth 5 stars!  we arrived on July 11 after midnight, the electricity doesn't work here, the elevator is unavailable, you have to pay for WiFi.  the employees were fighting here, shouting loudly until 4 in the morning.  what you see on their website is an illusion.  if you come here you feel as if you were in a boarding house.  and not in 5* hotels!  I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, it is a bad choice.   and it's not even cheap if you book it for a few days.  as for the food, it's the same here every day.   hygiene 0%!!

Never come to this hotel plus west if money

Litearlly PLEASE don’t EVER go there!
We were on a holiday with family of 5. 
The whole hotel is just FILTHY and dated.
THE ROOMS
Our room was dirty even after cleaning every day. We had someone’s TOENAILS under the bed! The bathroom was just horrible - the water from the shower flooded the floor and the toilet was clogging. The whole bathroom smelled like mold. The room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived. Some of our drinks in our fridge were opened. 
THE SERVICE
The service is rude and unattentive, they just don’t care about the clients at all!
The staff almost don’t speak English, Russian is the main language.
THE RESTAURANTS AND FOOD
The main restaurant is EXTREMELY FILTHY, I just can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like! All the chefs and workers are joyless and inattentive. The tables, chairs and utensils are dirty and the food is the same every day. The coffee is just TERRIBLE, almost undrinkable. 
The snack bar by the beach offers frozen pizza and fries and the ceiling is falling down. We actually witnessed a hard wood tile falling down on a child while she was eating lunch! 
They offer ice cream for ONE HOUR every day in the lobby which means there’s a huge queue every day just to get an ice cream. It’s ridiculous! 
We had UAI which is supposed to mean that everything is included but instead they had counters by the pool that sold milkshakes, cocktails and ice cream for 7€. WHY??? 
POOLS AND SEASIDE
The pools are more or less ok. For some unexplainable reason the water from the slides runs only for some hours during the day. The pool bar is out of order. You can smoke EVERYWHERE outside so that means it’s almost impossible to find a spot beside the pool or the sea without inhailing disgusting cigarette fumes.
The beach towels are free but you can get and return them at certain hours only and if you don’t follow the hours you get yelled at. THE TOWELS ARE DIRTY!!! They smell of mold and are visibly dirty. 
THE EVENING PROGRAM
The program in the hotel is a bit embarrasing, the sound system is just awful and extremely painful for the ears.

And this hotel is a FIVE STAR HOTEL??? I really recommend NEVER going there!

THE WORST HOTEL I’VE BEEN!

TLDR
This is NOT a 5-star hotel! This is not even a 1-star hotel! Do not be fooled by the affordable price for a "5-star" vacation in an otherwise expensive Belek region! Keep away! You have been warned!

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had! We were initially given a room on the west side of the hotel, and the smell was unbearable due to the septic tanks located right outside. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a disgusting odor of sewage and mold. The air conditioning was covered in mold and hadn’t been serviced in ages. After our first complaint, the staff promised to clean the room thoroughly, but no one ever came. Following our second complaint, and after some help from a local contact, we were moved to a room on the east side. While the smell issue was resolved, other problems persisted. The east side rooms face a neighboring hotel with a summer kitchen that starts operating around 3 a.m., causing loud noises and conversations, sometimes even arguments.

The hotel restaurant is filthy and serves the same bland food every day. If you aren’t among the first to get there, you’ll likely miss out on most of the food.

The sunbeds are constantly “reserved” by people who either don’t show up until the afternoon or never show up at all, and the staff does nothing to address this. I even spoke with the owner, a man named Hussein, and his “right-hand” person, who both promised to fix the issue within minutes—yet, unsurprisingly, nothing was done.

Any complaints made at the reception are passed on to “guest relations,” managed by a Russian woman who, frankly, does absolutely nothing.

I believe that a picture says a thousand words - so judge yourself!

Keep away from this hotel

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The first bad thing was the room, as I opened the door and entered the room, a strong smell of mold hit me, and the ceiling was full of mold. The balcony wasn't cleaned on my entire stay. In the bathroom, the toilet lid was stained with yellow color, you know from what.
This hotel has a big problem at the restaurant, it is small and because of this it is always formed crowded food. Stay for 20 minutes to fill a plate with meat, garnish and a salad... 
They also don't have what you want to drink at the bar. For example at the bar at the restaurant did not have pepsi max at all on any day out of 8, on the last day at dinner they did not have beer, and the coffee machine did not work, not even at the beach bar, so if you want to drink coffee on the beach you can't. In many other days in a row they did not have the ingredients for mojito and did not bring them so I had to drink something else. What did I pay Ultra All Inclusive for? To drink water?

The hotel is located on the coast at Serik. Public transport connections are within around 200 m of the hotel, and the touristic centre is 2 km away. Nearby attractions include Aspendos and the waterfalls at Kursunlu and Manavgat, around 30 and 35 km away respectively. The beach hotel consists of 235 rooms, and welcomes business and leisure guests with a large range of services and facilities provided for a pleasant stay. The hotel has 1 indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pool with a waterslide, children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and sun loungers. Guests may enjoy massages and SPA treatments and a wide range of water sports and events.
