Our Experience at Selectum Noa Belek Resort

We are from London, England, United Kingdom, and overall we had a beautiful and enjoyable experience at Selectum Noa Belek Resort. We would happily return again, and we would like to thank all the wonderful staff who made our stay special.

Reception & Arrival

Our only disappointment was the reception and arrival experience. We arrived at night and found that the night-shift reception staff had limited English, which made communication difficult. When we were taken to our room, we were not given enough information or a proper introduction to the resort and its facilities.

For a large family resort, we feel guests should be clearly shown or told where everything is, especially the aqua park, restaurants, activities, family areas and opening times. Although we were given a map, a little more explanation would have made a big difference.

For example, we were unsure about the aqua park and only later discovered exactly where it was. We also found the opening times confusing, as on some days it closed at 6pm and on another day it was open until 8pm. Clear information at check-in would have helped us plan our family time much better.

We also had a very uncomfortable first night because our room was extremely hot. However, once we contacted Love Holidays, Sinan was absolutely excellent. He contacted the resort and helped get the problem sorted. We are very grateful for his support. Love Holidays provided excellent help and transportation arrangements throughout our holiday.

Housekeeping & Anniversary Surprise

The housekeeping team were exceptional. They cleaned our room perfectly and always on time. We were staying on the fourth floor, in room 6443, and we were very happy with the cleanliness and service.

We were also celebrating our anniversary, and although our requested decoration had not been arranged beforehand, our wonderful cleaning staff came and beautifully decorated our room in around ten minutes when we asked. We unfortunately forgot their names, but we want the management to know that they were absolutely fantastic. Their kindness and effort made our anniversary very special.

Restaurant Staff

The restaurant staff were also wonderful. Some of the waitresses provided excellent service and were always helpful and welcoming.

A special mention must go to Zaina. She was outstanding. She handled customers with such professionalism, kindness and care. We truly believe she deserves recognition and even a promotion. She is a credit to the resort and made a very positive impression on us.

Overall Experience

Despite the few issues at the beginning, our overall experience was excellent. We enjoyed the resort, the food, the facilities, the atmosphere and, most importantly, the wonderful staff who looked after us.

Our main recommendation would simply be to improve the welcome and information given to guests at reception, particularly for families arriving at night. A clear explanation of the resort, facilities, aqua park, activities and opening times would make the experience even better.

Thank you to everyone at Selectum Noa Belek Resort for making our holiday memorable. We are genuinely happy that we chose this resort, and we would love to come back again in the future.

We visited as a family of 5, with three kids 2,5, and 8 years. The food catered for all ages, the cocktails were made to a great standard, plenty of options for kids entertainment ranging from an active kids club to multiple kids pools. We would definitely come again. A very aesthetically pleasing location for those looking to take photos.
