Situated on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, in the district of Belek, this sprawling hotel complex occupies 200,000sqm of land and consists of a main building and several 1 to 3-storey bungalows with a total of 599 accommodation units. Boasting quality service, comfortable rooms, stylish restaurants & bars and modern facilities, the complex also features a vast range of activities and entertainment as well as conference halls and tennis & golf acadamies'. (Some facilities may not be operational year round due to weather/seasonal comditions).
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a complimentary water park and an outdoor tennis court. Additional amenities at this property include an arcade/games room, gift shops/newsstands and a hair salon.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
A very disappointing stay — especially for our 10th wedding anniversary
We arrived at Selectum Noah Belek hopeful, but were shown a room that felt substandard and very dated, like something out of the 1980s. The room also had a terrible sewage-like smell, which was unacceptable.
The food throughout our stay has been very poor. We had a special dinner planned at the Turkish restaurant for our 10th wedding anniversary, but nobody told us it was closed because of bad weather. We understand that weather can affect arrangements, but the lack of communication spoiled what should have been a special evening.
There was no evening entertainment during our stay, and we found the staff unfriendly.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Absolutely everything was terrible!!! Room cleanliness is a joke; we are still staying here, and no one has come by for three days—room 2614... From the start, we had no soap or shower gel... we only have three towels for a family with a small child... We arrived at 11 AM—three families, each with children aged one to two—and weren't checked in until 3 PM... not even at 2 PM, as would be normal—and the rooms were absolutely filthy! The beach was full of gravel and trash, and there were so many rocks in the water!!! I think the only positive thing is the "water pressure in the shower!!!"
Staff is unbelievably rude, food is awful being told to be quiet at 8pm in the public bar !!! Moaning constantly at us English. Been turkey 15 times and this is the worst hotel ever. And never known staff to be so rude. Wouldn’t recommend if your English
Clean rooms good food staff is verry humble
Very nice hotel the area and especially the pools are beautiful, the meals are delicious and rooms are clean. The hotel staff are kind and hardworking. Guest relations Can was very helpful
