We second time here, we very happy ! Room service very nice and clean. Also we would like to say thanks to Zarife on reception and Kitchen Chief, this year it was unbelievable food and varieties! Also thanks to Anna Guest Relations, so nice and professional! For sure we come again !
Great hotel, very friendly and kind staff! We especially loved the kids’ club and the wonderful team who take such good care of the children. Our son was very happy and enjoyed every moment. ❤️ We will definitely come back!

Great hotel, especially for families. Great care for kids with a closed off playing area for kids. Great service as well :)!
We had a generally pleasant family stay at BelConti Family Resort.
The resort has a good location and a very spacious layout, with many gardens, green areas, and comfortable places to relax both inside and outside. The facilities are good, and the food was enjoyable with a nice taste and reasonable variety.
I would especially like to mention Ms. Anna from Guest Relations. She was extremely friendly and helpful and always tried her best to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Her support was one of the positive highlights of our experience.
The hotel is a good option for families, but there are some areas that could be improved. A few issues we experienced required more careful attention and better follow-up after being reported. I believe stronger checking and faster action from the relevant departments would improve the overall quality significantly.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the resort atmosphere, the gardens, and the family facilities.
