The hotel enjoys a beachfront location on the lovely coast of Belek, just 2 km from the resort centre with its restaurants, bars and shopping venues. Set in large, well-maintained grounds, the resort consists of a main building with a variety of room types and low-rise bungalows . Standard rooms are located in the village part of the complex and have a balcony or terrace. A wide range of activities is available to be enjoyed on the premises. The hotel takes pride in its impressive aqua park set close to the beach, with a number of slides in addition to a children's section, activity pool and a quiet pool. Guests can take advantage of a variety of evening entertainment options, including an , while younger ones can enjoy the hotel's kids' entertainment programme.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You can soak up the sun at the private beach or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water park and outdoor tennis courts. Additional features at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
This hotel is quite close to Antalya airport, our transfer only took about 45 mins. It's also only 17 mins of walking away from Belek centre with many shops and pharmacies. The hotel's own sandy beach is adjacent to the hotel, and we could always find free sunloungers, no matter what time of the day we went. Everywhere on the territory staff work hard to keep the place clean. Food was varied, fresh, tasty and plentiful. There's plenty of seating available inside, outside, upstairs and downstairs. We had a Garden room, which was in a building away from the main pool. The building was always in the shade, so though the heat could be felt on the balcony, it was never in the direct sunlight. Plus, the AC worked perfectly well in cooling down the room. During the day there were plenty of activities on offer: water slides (amazing!), pool games and fitness, darts, boccia, yoga, pilates etc. All activities are free for guests. For evening entertainment they had professional acts or made a party with a DJ, laser lights, all the works. The acts they had, while not perhaps, sleek and grand, were quite good. We certainly didn't feel the desire to walk out halfway from any of them, and we are an adult and a teenager. Plus, afterwards there was a disco with good music and a bar where they were even mixing cocktails. Altogether, we both loved our holiday at Asteria and would definitely recommend it!
It’s a shame to give such a bad review because the hotel and everything was nice, but every night they have a dj playing music you can hear from the room till 2am. We travelled with a young baby who was disturbed every night and for the adults it was impossible to sleep. When we spoke to reception they just said that they cater for all guests, but I don’t understand how you can call yourself a family resort and do this.
Omg, please don't go here. The rooms are out dated and bathroom flooding. They sent a handyman who silicone the bathroom which smelled all night. Spoke to manager he shouted at me and told me to leave and go to another hotel. I was crying as everytime I showered the bathroom floor would flood. After going to guest relations and crying they offered to change my room at a cost of 15 euros.
It was a wonderful vacation! I highly recommend this hotel, primarily for its abundance of trees and greenery. The view from our room made us feel like we were right in the middle of a forest—it was very quiet, with birds singing in the morning and the sound of cicadas! (The rooms were cleaned daily.) The grounds are huge and beautiful (we didn't even manage to explore the whole area). The staff were very pleasant and polite! There are many pools, and throughout the day, they host various contests and pool activities. As for the food: the main restaurant offers a huge selection, with meals served four times a day (including a very late-night option); the variety is impressive, with plenty of vegetables, cheeses, and fruits—it’s impossible to describe everything! It was all delicious. In addition to the main restaurant, there are bars serving snacks, ice cream, and street food at every turn, as well as bars serving alcohol. The evening entertainment was also fantastic: a disco with live music and various performers every night, followed by a DJ set. The beach is lovely, with sand and warm water. You can also do some great shopping in Belek; there are many shops, and you can catch a taxi right outside the hotel. We got very lucky—our taxi driver took us straight to a large store where we met Kenan; he helped us with our shopping and recommended other excellent shops. All in all, I am very happy with my stay at Asteria! We will definitely come back and stay longer than eight nights next time! Thank you! Olga & Vitaly.
Booked the holiday through love holiday . Was meant to be a 5 star resort , all inclusive for 10 days . Photos online looked amazing We had an incident on the way from the airport to the resort a car pulled out in front of our private transfer. Luckily enough the driver was able to swerve out of the way . Not the best way to start your holiday The hotel lobby was ok, staff seemed friendly . We checked in. Then the rep from love holiday was waiting to give us information and also arrange a meeting for the next day so he could arrange our transfer back . the porters then took us to our room then waited in the door way until they got a tip the whole time talking in Turkish . The room was very basic and in need of maintenance work the shower cubicle leaked and all the frame work was corroded . There was black mould on the ceiling . The toilet leaked. Both bedrooms needed decoration. It was meant to be a 5 star resort. We decided just to make the most of it as it was our eldest first time experience in Turkey . We met the rep the next day who just wanted to upsell excursions to us. We had already booked them before we went to Turkey . He was very pushy and didn’t like the fact we had already booked . We explained we just want to explore the place . After that we had no communication with him . For an all inclusive resort the drink selection was quite bad . 1 beer on tap which is ok to start with but there is only so much you can drink same drink . The wine was horrible and the cocktails were not nice as they just pre pour the spirits. Food was ok to start with but then it was not ok . We all ended up with diarrhoea and vomiting . The pool looked lovely and was a nice temperature but not the cleanest . Someone ended up pooing in the pool and the pool was left open. Took around an hour for them to get some one out to deal with it . All they did was hoover the poo out and left the pool open . We didn’t use the pool after that . The staff in the resort only spoke if you spoke first . All very rude and arrogant . There was only 1 bar man who was nice and spoke all the time . He was amazing at his job he worked in the lobby bar . Everyone went to him . Honestly overall the worst experience we have had . We paid a lot of money to go away and all love holiday would do is apologise and refunded £600 they said they could only refund 15% Please make sure you read all reviews so you don’t end up wasting a lot of money
