Belek

The multiple award-winning, extraordinary luxury design hotel is surrounded by pine trees and excellently situated on the seemingly endless sandy beach of the Belek area. Antalya Airport is located 30 km away. Many premium golf courses are within easy reach. The centre of Belek with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is within walking distance. Features include various swimming pools, including an oversized outdoor pool of more than double Olympic length and water slides. The hotel offers ultra-chic, fashionable accommodation in a white, minimalist style, from design rooms in the main building to exclusive villas. Decorated with almost 5 million little mirrors, is home to several restaurants as well as to the bar, unique with a bar length of 96 metres. The gastronomic offer also includes a blind restaurant. Guests can indulge in total relaxation in the superb spa area. This extraordinary hotel is truly a piece of heaven on earth.

Limitless Entertainment, Understaffing, and the Illusion of "Luxury"

My wife and I stayed at the Adam & Eve hotel in August 2026. Our feelings about the hotel are quite mixed; on one hand, there is an incredible entertainment culture, while on the other, there are serious operational weaknesses. For those considering a stay here, I want to summarize all the details objectively, without skipping anything.

First Impression: When you step into the hotel, you are indeed greeted by an "angel," just like in the promotional videos, and taken to a private room for check-in. Someone else completes your check-in process there. However, the promise of being "escorted to your room" shown in the promos unfortunately does not reflect reality. They send you a hotel map brochure via WhatsApp, and you have to figure out where everything is in this massive facility and find your way to your room yourself. It's not a crucial detail, but it's good to know that what is promised doesn't exactly match what is delivered.

The hotel is "Adults Only" with an eroticism concept. It is essential that you arrive with this expectation, knowing that the dancing and people's behavior will be shaped by this concept. I definitely do not recommend this place to people who might be uncomfortable in such environments. However, since we knew this going in, the atmosphere suited our expectations perfectly, and it was quite fun for us.

Pool Wars and Towel Logistics The hotel has two pools; a quiet pool on the lower floor and the main pool right next to the bar where parties are held. At the party pool, dancers perform every day between 16:00 and 17:00, and the place instantly comes alive. However, if you want to watch this entertainment from the front row, you're in for a challenge. Reserving sunbeds by leaving a towel or a water bottle early in the morning continues at full speed, despite the "reserving sunbeds is forbidden" signs posted everywhere. If you head down to the pool at 12:00 PM, finding an empty sunbed is hard and a nearby one is impossible.

Speaking of pools, I should mention the hotel's "towel desk" system. There is only one spot in the hotel to get towels, and no matter where you are heading, you have to stop there first. Considering the massive size of the hotel, the fact that the pools are on two different floors, and the sea is a 100-meter walk away, they definitely should have placed extra towel stations in between.

Food: The hotel never restricts you when it comes to food and drink hours; there is something to eat almost 24 hours a day. Breakfast from 07:00-10:00, late breakfast from 10:00-11:00, lunch from 13:00-14:30, dinner from 19:00-21:30, night buffet from 23:30-02:30, and night breakfast from 03:00-07:00... Moreover, between 12:00 and 16:00, options like gözleme (Turkish flatbread), pizza, döner, and hamburgers are available in the snack area. Thanks to the variety, you never go hungry, but when it comes to "taste," things change.

You are told that you have arrived at a "luxury and upper-segment" hotel, but in the main restaurant, you can't shake the feeling that you are eating at an average local diner. The food is mediocre; it fills you up but gives no pleasure. When it comes to food, the most satisfying and beyond-expectation part of the hotel was definitely the snack bar section. The lady making gözleme there, who worked non-stop, was simply the star of the hotel.

Main Problem: Understaffing and the Service Ordeal I have absolutely no negative comments about the hotel staff themselves. They are incredibly overworked; you can clearly see the exhaustion in their eyes and how they are trying to do too much work with too few people. However, there is a serious and unforgivable shortage of staff at the hotel.

Unlike in the past or at other luxury hotels, drinks/food are not served to your sunbed by the pool; you have to get up and get it yourself from the bar. They are generous with alcohol and definitely don't skimp on ingredients, but during party times, you wait in line for 25-30 minutes just to get a drink. Finding service to your table or sunbed is not impossible but a miracle. In the snack area (between 12:00 and 15:00) and in the main restaurant during dinner, this lack of staff really hits you. You can't find staff to bring you a clean table, cutlery, or drinks. Sometimes you even give up asking for a drink, just eat your food, and leave the table.

Cleanliness: Because we took care to keep our room clean, we didn't experience a massive issue. Our sheets and towels were regularly replaced with fresh ones, and the room was swept and mopped. But that was it. During our 6-night stay, the sinks, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet were not cleaned even once. We ran out of toilet paper, and because it wasn't restocked, we had to call and ask for it. The trash can next to the toilet was never emptied during our entire stay.

Unrenovated Facility and Outdated Details Another major issue that damages the perception of luxury is the physical condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite old and obviously hasn't been renovated in a long time. This aging is evident in the details you constantly interact with. For example, the age of some of the towels you use is so obvious that they have turned yellow. A similar scene exists at the bars. For safety reasons around the pool and party areas, mica (hard plastic) cups are rightfully used instead of glass. However, because these mica cups are so old and worn out, they look very dirty and cloudy. All of this constantly reminds you of the hotel's lack of maintenance and renovation.

Entertainment Concept: To give the hotel its due, it has a fantastic entertainment concept. Dancers perform poolside from 16:00-17:00, in the entertainment center from 22:00-00:00, and in the nightclub from 00:00-02:00. Dancers in various concepts walk right among the crowds.

However, the demographic makeup of the environment is a bit problematic. There are too many male groups of 3-6 people. Even when you count the couples, 2 out of every 3 people in the environment are men. Among these groups, there are those who come to have fun, but there are also those who act as if they have come to a seedy nightclub. Consequently, with the effect of alcohol, incidents break out; in fact, fights occurred on 3 of the 6 nights we stayed.

Additionally, a "Dress Code" was set for some events. Initially, we lamented, "If only they had told us during booking so we could pack our bags accordingly." But we later realized that no one follows these rules, and the hotel has no concern, effort, or enforcement to make people follow them.

Another note regarding the nightlife: Since this hotel actually operates like a giant nightclub, you frequently see the "favoritism shown to certain people" situation that you'd find in any club. It is useful to adjust your expectations regarding this situation, which could be perceived as inequality.

Conclusion Aside from delivering on the entertainment and concept, this is definitely not a "luxury and upper-segment" hotel. If you want to have fun accompanied by great shows and limitless alcohol, it's the right address; but if you expect good food, flawless cleanliness, renovated modern areas, and pampering service, you will be disappointed. I recommend adjusting your expectations according to these realities before going.

"For a Boring, Frustrating, and Utterly Regrettable Getaway, Book This Hotel Immediately"

I would like to share my honest feedback in the hope that it reaches the management, as there are several critical areas that desperately need attention. First, the evening entertainment is profoundly lackluster. The hotel relies on the exact same six dancers every single night; the only thing that changes is their outfits, while the choreography and music remain utterly repetitive. It quickly becomes tedious and offers zero variety for guests staying more than a night. Second, the service levels are deeply concerning due to a clear shortage of staff. During the evening programs, one has to endure unreasonably long waiting times just to order a simple drink. Regrettably, the overworked team appears completely disengaged and, frankly, does not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The lack of a welcoming attitude makes the entire experience feel impersonal and neglectful. Additionally, the quality of both the food and beverages is subpar and well below acceptabl V standarde for a hatel of this catenry Cleanlinecs Additionally, the quality of both the food and beverages is subpar and well below acceptable standards for a hotel of this category. Cleanliness and general housekeeping are also noticeably inadequate, with poor maintenance and a lack of proper care evident throughout the property. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in public spaces, including the restaurant, is completely switched off, making dining quite uncomfortable. In all honesty, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you are still considering booking, I strongly advise against staying for more than two nights, as the sheer monotony and lack of activities will quickly bore you to frustration. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I sincerely hope the management takes these points seriously and invests in better staffing, variety, and basic upkeep.

Complete disappointment comparing to previous visits.

1… max 2 stars — We would strongly advise against staying here

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, which makes this year’s experience even more disappointing. The hotel we knew before and what we experienced this time feel like two completely different places.

The biggest problem is the atmosphere created by a very large number of single male guests from Turkey. It appeared to us that roughly 30–35% of the guests were single men, and unfortunately, many of them showed absolutely no respect for women who were staying at the hotel with their partners.

The constant staring was extremely uncomfortable. They openly stare at your female companion, follow her with their eyes, and behave as though she is there for their entertainment. What is even more disturbing is that some of them did not even try to hide the fact that they were taking photos or videos of women openly on their phones. They would simply point their phones at your female companion and film or photograph her as if this were completely normal and acceptable behaviour.

What is even worse is that some men actually approach women and invite them to spend the evening alone with them, even when they can clearly see that the woman is with her partner.

This behaviour is completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our holiday. You come to a hotel to relax, enjoy yourself and feel safe and respected — not to constantly deal with unwanted attention, being filmed or photographed without your consent, and inappropriate approaches.

Another major disappointment is that the hotel now feels as though it has completely changed its target audience. Based on what we experienced, it honestly felt like the hotel had shifted its focus away from European guests and was now catering primarily to Turkish guests.

This was particularly obvious during the entertainment and evening events. At almost every event, approximately 50–70% of the music played was Turkish music. Of course, there is nothing wrong with Turkish music itself, but when the overwhelming majority of the entertainment is tailored to one particular group of guests, it creates the very clear impression that other international guests are no longer the hotel’s priority.

The food was relatively okay overall, but even here we noticed a significant change. There seemed to be much more spicy food and a much stronger focus on Eastern-style cuisine than during our previous stays. Again, there is nothing inherently wrong with this type of food, but the overall selection felt noticeably less international and less suitable for guests who are used to a more varied European-style buffet.

The room cleaning was another disappointment. In practice, housekeeping seemed to consist mostly of making the bed. Apart from that, the room often did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a much higher level of housekeeping and attention to detail.

The way hotel staff handled disputes was perhaps one of the most frustrating parts of the entire experience. For example, there were repeated problems with sun loungers around the pool. Guests would leave their towels on loungers, go for lunch, use the bathroom or simply go away for a short time to dance or do something else, only to return and find that Turkish guests had removed their towels and claimed the loungers as their own.

What made the situation even worse was the way staff handled these disputes. In our experience, the staff consistently took the side of the Turkish guests rather than dealing with the situation fairly and objectively. As a paying guest, it is extremely frustrating to feel that the hotel will not support you or apply the same rules to everyone.

And, quite frankly, it is no surprise to us that the hotel’s rating has been dropping. We booked our holiday in July, when the hotel had a rating of 7.3 on Booking.com. When we checked the rating again at the beginning of September, it had already fallen to 6.3. That is a very significant drop in a relatively short period of time, and after experiencing the hotel ourselves, we can understand why so many guests may have been disappointed.

All of these issues together create a completely different holiday experience. It is not one isolated problem — it is the combination of the guest profile, inappropriate behaviour, entertainment, food, housekeeping and the apparent lack of impartiality from staff that makes it feel as though the hotel has fundamentally changed its concept.

We genuinely regret returning this year. What used to be a hotel where we were happy to spend our holidays now feels like a completely different place with a completely different concept and target audience.

If you are a European or international guest looking for a peaceful, comfortable holiday with a balanced international atmosphere, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Do not book this hotel expecting the experience it used to offer. Based on our experience this year, we would not return and would strongly advise other guests to think twice before booking.

Party holiday

Generally, an amazing hotel with lots going on and fantastic parties. If you are looking for entertainment, a lively atmosphere and great parties, this is definitely what you are paying for. However, cleanliness could be improved. I had to complain several times because our room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. To be fair, whenever I reported an issue, the staff came to resolve it within about 10 minutes. The waiters were quite slow and often didn’t collect empty glasses, so they were left stacking up around the hotel. This definitely affected the overall experience. The food was average. I would also recommend being careful with food that is supposed to be chilled. I noticed that some dishes were left unchilled for quite a long time, and unfortunately, some of the food seemed to be off. This caused me stomach cramps for around three days. Overall, I would recommend the hotel mainly for the atmosphere, entertainment and parties, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, service and food hygiene.
