Lovely Stay ☀️
Stayed in August as a couple and was in F205. Hotel is located in a hilly area and also has no lift. Friendly and helpful Receptionists, from check in/out to any queries - also all staff we came across were friendly. Luggage store is available if needed. Stayed in a studio which was perfect for us and the view was lovely. Hotel has two pools, one has the entertainment/activities and the other is quiet and chilled - plenty of loungers and umberellas available. Breakfast was lovely, good mix of continental and cooked (730-1030am when we were there). Nice bar for drinks/icecreams/ light meals (reasonable prices) but did close at 5pm when we were there - if you have evening meal booked this is at a sister hotel. There is a nice small supermarket located at the top of the hill near the hotel and a couple of restaurants minutes away. The walk down into Los Cristianos is good but prepare yourself for the walk back! There is also a taxi rank just down for the hotel that always has cars available. All in all a lovely stay, friendly, clean and nice hotel ☀️

Amazing 6 days
This was the first time at beverly hills suites and it was amzing take negative reviews with a pinch of salt. The apartment we had was clean and had a great balcony the air con was amazing you pay 20euro deposit but its well worth it especially when really hot. The staff where all friendly and helpful. I went with my daughter and partner and my daughter loved the pools. The place itself is clean and the staff are always out cleaning and the pool area is spotless. We had breakfast and it was good as their was a good selection every morning always getting topped up. The only negative I would say would be if you have mobility issues its alot of steps or ramps. Their is a taxi rank right outside which might help going up and down to Los cristianos. I would definitely recommend the beverly hills suites and I am actually looking to come back next year to this wonderful place.

Extended stay
Just returned from an amazing holiday in the Beverly hills suites. Originally planned for 9 days ended up staying for 16. Want to leave big thanks to Oana who went above and beyond to help me extend my stay at such a busy time. Also Andrea and Rainier who also looked after me. Finally Elia who rang the taxi companies when I had lost my sunglasses. Great place to stay and will be back as soon as possible.
Best shot break i have ever had in Tenerife.
I came here for a 2 day break with my partner and his 86y old mother.
The reception did everything for us to have an apartment which did not involve many steps and long walking distance for our mother. With smiles, help and provided a perfect room at such short notice. Now this was outstanding.
The apartment was perfect.
All the staff were super friendly at all times.
Beds by the pool we did not need but were available. We preferred to be sat at a table which the life guide brought over a parasol to protect us. Didnt even have to ask.
The lovely chap in animation getting us to play a little bingo and have fun with us.
As for the house service they all passed and said hello.
A very friendly hotel and would be more than happy to stay again.
Breakfast was a buffet. English breakfast was hot. NICE. good variety and not OTT.
A great experience and our hugs to all the staff involved.
Great Stay
Absolutely enjoyed my week long stay with my Grandson . The room was spacious and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. The hotel and outside pools were clean. The staff were very helpful cheery and pleasant 😊 Bridget greeted us in the morning when we went for breakfast with a smile and a little chat 😊 Andrea in reception was very helpful and cheery 😊 They put a foam party on at the pool which everyone there enjoyed and joined in on the dancing resulting in a happy atmosphere all round 😊 I certainly will return as my Grandson and me had a lovely stay . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️S from me 😊
