Paradise Park Fun Livestyle Hotel

The hotel as a whole is amazing, we have been coming here for a couple times a year for 4 years now. The bar staff are amazing and go above and beyond, Yeray and Jesus are always making it a great time and definitely deserve a mention! The entertainment is top notch and the host in the strelizia bar Cesar is amazing even if we are yet to beat one of his quizzes!

Our Perfect Hotel in Tenerife

We recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, I think we've found our perfect hotel in Tenerife. From the moment we arrived, the little details made all the difference. Our room was cleaned every single day without fail, and the cleaning staff were consistently polite and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The bar staff deserve a special mention too — genuinely engaging and never too rushed to have a chat, they always seemed to have time for you no matter how busy things got, and the drinks were properly branded rather than the cheaper alternatives you sometimes get.

As for food, I'm a notoriously picky eater, and I can honestly say the food was very nice throughout our stay, which says a lot coming from me. Sunbeds were never an issue either — no matter what time of day we wanted one, there was always plenty available, so none of that early-morning towel-scramble you sometimes hear about at other hotels.

Yes, the hotel is built on a hill, and I know that puts some people off, but honestly, if you're reasonably fit it's really not a problem at all. My partner and I are in our late fifties and we managed perfectly fine. The mini fridge in the room is empty by default, but that's easily solved — just ask at the bar and they'll happily give you bottled water. Entertainment in the evenings was good too, plenty to keep you occupied if that's your thing.

The only slight downside was that there was a refurbishment going on in the floors above us, which did cause some noise, and on a few days the work started as early as 8am, which was a bit frustrating when you're trying to have a lie-in on holiday. That said, it never took away from our overall enjoyment of the stay — it was a minor inconvenience rather than a real problem.

One other small negative worth mentioning: security at the top snack bar has a gate leading out to the street that's often left open. During our stay we actually witnessed two homeless people wander into the complex through it, though they were quickly spotted and escorted off the premises by staff. Nothing happened as a result and the staff dealt with it promptly, but it did leave us wondering why that gate isn't just kept closed.

Would we stay again? Without a doubt. This one's going straight to the top of our list.

We stayed in your hotel for the 5th time on 29/6/26 to 10/7/26. We had a wonderful time.Lorena booked our holiday for us and she is brilliant. The staff we encountered that made our holiday very enjoyable were exceptional. Firstly, MARLENA, who works in housekeeping, kept our room shining and if we asked for anything she was so helpful.
The bar staff MARISZ,LORENA,YERAY AND JESUS that worked in the Strelitzia Bar each and everyone of them were brilliant. The wonderful SARA that works in the dining room and DAVID ,JUAN CARLOS ,FRANCO ,ROBERTO ,VICKIE and the wonderful ROBERT who also works in the Strelitzia bar each and everyone is exceptional,and Robert is an absolute joy . Last but not least NICOLE what a hostess ye have, welcoming,warm and a beautiful smile and warm welcome everytime we saw her . The hotel is so lucky to have such wonderful staff, we loved our stay and will be back again. The food and facilities were excellent as always, Thank you .
