This amazingly decorated hotel is situated in Los Cristianos, Spain. The airport is conveniently located just about 10 minutes away by car. Guests will be delighted to know that the beach is just 5-minute car ride away from the complex. In the surroundings, there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Travellers will not have time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. They can rest under the shadow of an umbrella by the side of the pool or go to the spa where they can relax and them themselves be spoilt. The gastronomy the complex offers will certainly please all types of tastes. The gym is perfect for the ones who like to keep the good shape. The rooms are what visitors need after a full day of fun and entertainment, they are equipped with all the essential amenities to have a comfortable stay.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools and a health club. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and gift shops/newsstands.
Lovely hotel, very clean and always something to do. The entertainment team are fantastic, the best I’ve come across at a hotel! They all work so hard every day, big shout out to Himmi, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. Amazing value and brilliant hotel for kids. Transfer from the airport to the hotel is also short which is ideal for young kids.
Firstly, the team here are amazing. Our 7th-floor suite was incredible, the food was good with plenty of choice (although the themed nights were a little lacklustre), and the pool areas were fantastic. We especially loved the quieter Leisure Park pools — which are AMAZING — and the adults-only roof terrace, although not all drinks are all-inclusive up there. The hotel is huge and takes a little getting used to, with better signposting definitely needed.
The highlight was the spa. For €220, my partner and I had 90 minutes of private use of the facilities, plus cava, orange juice and chocolates, followed by a 90-minute full-body massage — genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Diamond Package!
There are, however, a few areas that let the hotel down. We know it’s technically off-season, but the evening entertainment didn’t feel 4*. Cesar’s quizzes and the White Party were great, but the advertised Take That tribute didn’t turn up and the other shows weren’t particularly impressive. The kids’ entertainment looked great, though. There’s also limited outdoor seating for evening entertainment, and if you’re sitting towards the back or side, you can’t see much.
The gym also needs some attention. It’s old-fashioned and not particularly clean, with only one very worn yoga mat and barely any floor space to use it.
There was also a private function one evening which meant the adults-only roof terrace was closed. That wasn’t an issue in itself, but as our room was directly underneath, the music was still very loud at 11pm. Thankfully, the room had Bluetooth speakers throughout, which was a great bonus!
The hotel is around a 10-minute walk down into Los Cristianos, with a hill back up, but it’s well worth exploring. There are also free hotel shuttle buses available.
Overall, I’d rate it around 3.5*. The rooms, pools, spa, food and staff are fantastic, but the gym and evening entertainment need some modernisation.
Top tip for check out: don’t do what we did and not realise there is a free luggage room next to the paid lockers…!
Would we return/recommend it? Yes — especially for the price we paid, as long as entertainment isn’t your top priority. Lots of people we spoke to were returning guests.

Had an amazing few days at this hotel, beautiful location, pools aplenty, great staff and especially housekeeping/ restaurant staff / entertainment staff. Hotel was immaculate, great choice of food and ideal for families and adults. So much to do and hotel even offer free shuttle bus to the promenade. Rooms were fantastic, we were in a 2 bed duplex apartment which were spacious and cleaned daily with clean towels daily. Would definitely come back again with my family
I wouldn’t bother staying here if you’re going for the half board option, after three days I was fed up of only been able to drink water with our meals so decided to bring it to managements attention, they did not seem to understand that just because we do not like to just constantly eat buffet food and like to eat elsewhere and do not consume alcohol at the rate of an alcoholic, I would still like a drink with my meal when actually eating in the restaurant and that we were happy to pay for one.
Overall, the food in the restaurant for buffet food was surprisingly some of the best buffet foodI’ve had, the rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, the location is at the top of a place called cardiac Hill, which is great fun!! Atmosphere is decent and not overly loud
This hotel was fantastic, there was always plenty of food and drink to choose from. You can choose which pool you want to either relax or be entertained. We did try every pool but we loved the rooftop as it was adults only and was just so chilled, we booked the bali bed one day and the views where spectacular. The room was cleaned everyday and where spacious. The hotel was spotless. All the staff where friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money and we will be returning next year
