Paradise Park Fun Livestyle Hotel

Excellent location,short walk to beach and amenities if needed ,shop in hotel not expensive ,great friendly atmosphere staff go up and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, rooms could have more storage 1 single wardrobe and 3 drawers for 2 people a little inadequate,,work taking place as we were previously warned about but no interference to sleep etc. Food Excellent choices. Very clean house keeping daily

The hotel is nice but not as good as advertised. Even if you are all inclusive you do not get given any bottled water in your room, if requested you are told you have to pay extra for a mini bar. It is like feeding time at the zoo trying to get a sun lounger, they are chained off until 8am and you have to wye, everyone runs and grabs the beds, definitely not safe by any means. We have been here 5 days and still not had the bedding changed, our towels were just been folded up and not replaced by the cleaners, our room was not clean when we arrived, reception advised the rooms are cleaned daily and bedding changed daily, I had to speak to the house keeping manager directly to be told the bedding is changed every 4 days, )I had to provide photos as Proof) I pointed out that hasn’t happened, the response was we will give you a hamper as a gesture of good will, 2 water, 2 juice cartons and 2 bags of sweets, (I was offered cava but we dint drink it) we are 2 adults in an all inclusive so not a gesture of good will. I was poorly tonight and my daughter asked if we could please take away a small pate from the restaurant, we were told no not unless I see a doctor and reception authorise it, that we can order room service instead (extra charge would be incurred). Non of the bars open until 10.30am not even for water so you have to take a drink from the breakfast hall, water fountains in hallways but no cups provided you are told you need to purchase a bottle in reception which start at 2 euro. Food is good but the same every lunch and dinner with just the 1 meat option changing, you are only allowed to use rings in the pool which you purchase at the hotel shop. This isn’t a cheap holiday and we were left feeling like we didn’t matter and a problem, I still have 5 days left of this trip. The staff are friendly and the free shuttle bus is a great service, drinks available in the all inclusive like Koppaburg which I liked as usually you can’t get cider without paying extra. One thing we have complained about about twice is the smell of cannabis, people are smoking it in the hotel smoking area (you are not allowed to vape or smoke in your room or on your balcony) The reception response was we are not the police and nothing has been done about it. This hotel is extremely busy with children, the issue is they run around the pool area and jump in the pool, no balls are allowed in the pool for safety reasons which I understand there are adult only pools but a maximum of 23 people are allowed at any one time .late check out is extremely expensive and would cost me £80, when I spoke to reception they said we dint want people to book it as we are busy and want the rooms. This isn’t a totally negative review as some good points but not as described when I booked this holiday, reception will ring after you have checked in to check everything is ok and housekeeping called to check after my complaint re the bedding and were shocked that after 24 hours it still was not changed, they did send the cleaners the next morning for me and it was changed in day 6, which I was grateful for the check in, I am still waiting for a response to some of my issues, reception said they would come back to me regarding my complaint and would look at comping late check out but as yet I am still waiting for a response. It’s a shame as right now I would not come back (this holiday cost me £3400 for 10 nights, hence me expecting t 4* plus holiday as advertised. I am hoping my queries are resolved while I am still here, but we will see.

Lovely place, great food . All the staff were very friendly. Room was really clean and comfy.
