This modern apartment hotel enjoys a prime setting in the tourist resort of Los Cristianos. The airport is conveniently close since it is just about 15 minutes’ drive away. The complex is located a few steps away from a host of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests will find themselves just 500 metres away from the beach. This wonderful complex greets guests with the promise of a relaxing home away from home. Guests can enjoy a leisurely swim in the pool, relax and unwind on the sun terrace, dine in style in the restaurant, and partake in a host of activities. The apartments are beautifully designed, and come complete with modern amenities for added comfort and convenience.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this aparthotel include wireless Internet access (surcharge), concierge services and shopping on-site.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Me and my friends checked in, the receptionist spoke no English and didn’t tell us where our room was. We had to locate it ourselves only to find there was no lifts. So we hauled up our suitcases at 1 in the morning with ZERO help, And that’s just day 1
The fans were noisy and barely worked , the bathroom was dirty and the kitchen was unusable. The fan also broke on day 5, and we had to profusely complain to get a different room which was still boiling. There was no utensils so it wasn’t exactly self catering. The staff were unhelpful and the service was nothing short of appalling. The cleaners at one point refused to clean our room.
If you’re looking to sunbathe , this isn’t the place for you. The sun bed wars are ridiculous and there’s not a moment of silence the whole entire stay.
The cleaners are also very nosy there is no sense of privacy , they peak through the windows at all times. My friend was sleeping on the couch and they were watching her sleep..
We’re not sure how we survived this but we hope after reading this you won’t have to.
This hotel is brilliant, its not 5* so don't be expecting that. Its clean, the staff are fantastic and the rooms are lovely. The pool area is perfect (albeit a little slippy round the pool when wet) We had aircon and ceiling fans, the kitchen is adequate for your basic needs, but we ate out being self catering. The onside shop has everything you need. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy walking distance to everything. The rooms are cleaned daily too. I would definitely stay again. Oh and the sunbed wars have been addressed, they can't be reserved at all with towels on during the night. This has made a big difference.
Location is great but some of the staff are very rude. The internet does not work and I got shouted at for asking for help with it. There are cockroaches and they are infested in canteen a rooms. The rooms are not cleaned properly at all there disgusting dirty shower curtains that hang into the toilets. It’s very dangerous broken glass door adjacent to our room and an air condition unit with a whole in with a. Spinning metal fan in same area as toddlers. Paid for a buffet an was told we couldn’t eat twice the same meal so is not a buffet. Lifeguards sat on his phone. I stayed in 2025 it was great but this year it has gone terrible. Awful live music blasting until last every night a they put us with a toddler next to it we had no sleep for a week. The hotel does not care.
Don’t let the bad reviews put you off! We’re currently staying at HG Tenerife Sur for 11 nights and, after reading some of the reviews before coming, I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive. However, I genuinely think you need to come here with an open mind and remember that this is a 3-star hotel — you get what you pay for, and in our experience, it’s been absolutely lovely. I always say your holiday is exactly what you make it. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, the pool is lovely and clean, and despite some reviews mentioning problems getting a sun lounger, we’ve been here for 3 days and haven’t struggled to get one at all. The rooms are slightly dated, but again, this is a 3-star hotel. Our room has air conditioning and everything we need. We also travelled with my parents, who have mobility issues, and had specifically requested a ground-floor room for them. On arrival, they were given exactly that — no fuss at all. We were initially given a huge family room in a block without a lift. Although the room itself was lovely, three flights of stairs with a toddler and a pram wasn’t ideal! We went to reception the following morning, explained the situation and they were incredibly helpful. They apologised and told us that a room on the ground floor or in a block with a lift would be available at 11am. True to their word, it was — and the new room is actually even better and bigger than the first one! The location is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance, there’s a taxi rank right outside, supermarkets are directly across the road, and the prices in the hotel bar and shop are very reasonable. Most importantly, the staff have been fantastic. Everyone we’ve encountered has been friendly, welcoming and genuinely gone above and beyond to help us. After 3 days, I honestly cannot list a single fault. We still have 8 nights to go, but so far we’re having a brilliant stay and I’m really glad we didn’t let the negative reviews put us off. If you’re considering booking, come with realistic expectations for a 3-star hotel, keep an open mind, and make your own judgement. So far, we’ve got absolutely nothing to complain about.
Shopping centre, with huge childrens play area on top floor and lots of bars and restaurants literally 5mins away. Recommend going here if you have kids. Beach is 10mins walk downhill but a taxi is €4 if you dont fancy walking back. This hotel doesn't do kids entertainment but has live singers on each night until 11pm. Other hotels allow you access for the kiddie disco as long as your paying for your drinks. So far so good, having a lovely holiday! 😀
FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. bathroom was disgusting with dirty scum residue in the bathtub with ants all over. Brown liquid stains dribbled down the walls. Marks, stains and hairs on the bed sheets. Mould on the shower head. Rude staff. No air con and rooms get over 35 degrees at night. Terrible smell came from the taps when hot water was running. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was given to me for free. I have never been so excited to get home from a holiday. There is one new block in the hotel which is what is shown in their photos not the older rooms which is majority of the hotel. Do not waste your money staying in this dive!!
