Fantastic family holiday
Loved this family holiday, would book again. The location is great only 5 minutes away from Playa Flamingo and 20 minutes walk from the main strip in Playa Blanca. Food and drinks in the hotel was good, cocktails and spirits are strong.
There is a little shop on the complex and it is great. From sweets, chocolate, alcohol, pool toys and souvenirs.
The animations team were FANTASTIC. Cecilia, Alexandro, Simòn, Kate and Mari Jane were fantastic. They all did great entertainment during the day and on an evening. The Great Relaxia show and the Fire show are the best evening entertainment at the hotel.
My children 9 & 6 (boys) loved the kids club and mini disco. My 9 year old was at the kids club every afternoon. Cecilia and Mari Jane made it great fun for them.
The water park is a fun time for a day trip.

We love this hotel, great for families, Waterpark is free for All inclusive guests, which is a great bonus. Staff welcoming and friendly, food is excellent with great choices, entertainment team are a great bunch, making everything great fun, they are not pushy in any way if you want to just relax you can. They try so hard to make this a memorable holiday. And they do well.

Mary Jane is the best she is an amazing entertainer and made us feel very welcome. The fire show also was amazing it was a top performance
Super holiday
We have been here for a week and can honestly say the entertainment team work so hard and have really made the kids time here amazing and fun. Special thanks to Kate for her kindness and keeping the girls entertained and putting up with there hugs when they have been in the pool. The fire show is lovely
Lovely entertainment
First time in Lanzarote and this hotel was fantastic. The animation team went above and beyond what you expect from them. Whilst here they put on a fire show in the evening which was amazing and shows how talented they are. They kept everyone entertained during the day with their competitive games. All staff are friendly and the hotel is lovely and clean . We Would book again to come here 👌🏼
