Relaxia Lanzasur Club

Stayed at relaxia lanzasur from 28th July to 7th August We had a lovely time away! (Family of 4, kids age 6 and 9)

Rooms; Very basic but all you need when you're not in the rooms constantly! (Air con was a bonus right next to our bed!) Location of our bungalow wasnt facing others which was nice so felt more private and we was right by the side gate for quicker entrance to flamingo beach! A few times the cleaners tried to come in before 9am but was polite when we asked them to not worry about it today or come back later.

Entertainment; Daytime there was always Entertainment staff around, encouraging adults to do aqua gym etc Pool party; inflatable obstacle course, foam party was a hit for my children! We didnt actually do the adult activities such as axe throwing etc but seemed to always have people taking part! Staff always friendly and happy to see children! Evening entertainment; very hot inside at night, when busy it is a struggle to find a table and sit to enjoy/watch kids But kids loved the shows etc

All inclusive/Food/drinks; I didnt realise before arriving that cocktails such as sex on the beach etc - you had to pay extra for which was disappointing (although I did purchase it once one evening and it was delicious!) Hot chocolate was also lovely (Apple juice, orange, pineapple, water & hot drinks available at breakfast!) Apple was soo strong! Pool bar had fizzy drinks, juice, wine, sangria & beer on tap and easy for kids to get themselves too! Food we found was slightly disappointing as in found it very bland Im a fussy eater (vegetarian and dont eat fish!...my own fault) but found there was plenty of salad, veg, chips, pasta, pizza, rice and bread, but no actual main dish so i ended up having the same everyday!..lots of carbs) so maybe they could make sure they have one main vegetarian dish to make it inclusive. Husband said meats were nice! Found lunch was better than dinner! Breakfast, cant go wrong either. Snack pool bar i found very disappointing ( good if you enjoy burgers and hot dogs but again, if fussy like me your options are; box of salad, chips, cheese, yoghurts, ice cream, bread rolls) Pizza at the snack bar was a problem as they seemed to only cook ham pizza (when someone requested a cheese pizza they said no, not until the ham pizza was eaten)

Location is brilliant, aqualava park shortcut, brilliant there to break the day up (i found the food was much nicer there using all inclusive buffet than the hotel!) Walking distance to flamingo beach, our fave!! So quiet compared to playa dorada, sand beautiful, water clear and kids loved finding fish and crabs Few shops and restaurants down there (We ate at an Italian restaurant one evening and that was delish!) I would reccomend this hotel/waterpark to others (maybe if they could persevere with the food... or if they had finances to eat out!) Overall happy with our holiday here!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Lanzasur. We are a family of 5. Hotel is in a fabulous location, just over 5 minutes walk from the beach, with a few shops. Main Playa Blanca is around 20 - 30 minutes walk at a steady pace. The hotel is very clean, cleaners come in every day to change towels. The restaurant is nice, food is very much the same, but you will always find something to eat. Wi-fi around the hotel is hit and miss. Good selection of cocktails included in AI. Snack bar up at the the waterpark is much better food than at the pool snack bar in the hotel. My kids loved the waterpark, plenty of chairs to relax on. Food only available though from 12.30pm - 2pm for AI. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, however if you want a certain spot, you do need to get up early to reserve them. The animation team are all so lovely, they try their best to involve guests in the activities and will always make time for you. They do darts, archery, water polo, aqua gym, water basket ball and more. They also do a foam party and inflatables once a week. Most nights, outside acts are brought in for the evening entertainment and a couple of nights the animation team put on a couple of shows. The apartments on one side of the complex have been renovated and look stunning. Whilst on the other side, they are a little dated but are very clean. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend.
