Everything about this hotel is spot on definitely needs a fourth star the staff are brilliant in every way the location is perfect and the hotel overall is extremely clean and safe for children they fully embraced my sons autism and went above and beyond to keep him and us happy and comfortable great place will definitely be going again

We stayed at the relaxia lanzasur for 9 nights in mid-late September as a family of 9 people including a 4 year old and 6 month old and had an amazing time, the hotel and grounds are kept so clean, food is one of the best I’ve had at an all inclusive plenty of options every meal time, the rooms we had were a bit outdated but did the job, there are more updated rooms available and rooms with jacuzzis but we don’t spend enough time in our rooms to care, we had a nice patio area and spent a few nights playing card games there. There are 3 pools- one is a toddler pool which was ideal for my just turned 4 year old to go in on her own, then the other 2 pools are deeper, the entertainment staff work so hard around the clock constantly entertaining guests of all ages, they do morning stretching classes, dancing in one of the pools daily, water carpet in another pool, we seen them do water polo and other things too in and around the pool area. They have kids club every night 8:15-9pm then some sort of show or quiz or karaoke on after this. The aqua park is also fab and we spent a full day here you get the food included in your all inclusive between the hours of 12-2:30 I believe, just pay for things like ice creams and certain drinks, the lazy river is lovely and the wave pool was fun! For the price paid I cannot complain we had a fab time and is definitely return here even just for the entertainment staff alone, special shout out to Alexandra and the rest of the team who my little girl adored and they were so amazing with all of the kids, we felt so welcome.
