Another enjoyable stay at Prices Yaiza, staff were friendly and very helpful as usual and the variety of the meals was very good. Ideal location for access to the sandy beach and restaurants in Playa Blanca and the marina. Will definitely go again.
Another great holiday at the Yaiza great service and hospitality is excellent Location is perfect with lots of great places to eat out within easy walking distance
Princess Yazia is a very well run hotel that is perfect for families. The entertainment provided by the kids club team is amazing. The staff are so good with the children. Food and variety of food is super. Our children loved the nightly entertainment. We cant wait to go back.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Princesa Yaiza and honestly couldn’t fault the experience.
From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. Our bags were taken straight to our room and we were even offered a glass of cava while checking in at reception — a lovely touch and a great way to start the holiday.
The staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We had a small issue with the safe in our room, but after reporting it, it was fixed within around 10 minutes. That level of service really stood out to us.
The whole hotel was absolutely spotless. You can clearly see how hard the housekeeping team work to maintain such a high standard, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of choice, so there was something for everyone. The pools were also immaculate and beautifully maintained.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend Princesa Yaiza to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and facilities. We will definitely be returning! 🥂
Hotel located in a nice part of Playa Blanca. Despite the heat outside the air con inside made it comfortably cool. The lobby area is refined and welcoming where the staff in and around reception are professional and knowledgeable. It's a large hotel with plenty of staff and kept spotlessly clean. The rooms themselves are fantastic In fact they are better described as apartments which are very comfortable and contain everything that the guests are likely to need. It is definitely 5 star in my opinion and worth the the prices they charge.
