Rooms are divided in 2 customer orienteted areas, Family and Relax area that provides the best experience for each visitor. Each room is fully equipped with the last technology that allow our clients to open the doors digitally, have a High Quality Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Safe, Minibar, Smart TV with Cromecast and the best comfortable mattresses.
Healthy is another pillar of our mission, therefore we have elaborate a full range of different dishes that combines all specialities with one common ingredient, the local products. For all, for Vegans, for Vegetarian, for any kind of allergy, but with the aim to create great moments to be combined with the flexibility that you desire to have during your holidays

Excellent hotel. Only thing was we were interconnecting room but didn't need it and felt like our neighbours were in room with the noise. Excellent stay but last two days a lot people smoking beside kid pool .Lifeguard was wore out talking to them.
Staff are friendly and helpful, fantastic service. Great food,drink and entertainment
Such a Lovely hotel with so much potential I feel like there is something for everyone in this hotel and it’s really nice but you can’t be to fussy, fantastic for kids and toddlers, room was ok made the mistake of booking a standard room so upgraded and we where in a fantastic location bed was very comfortable only downside was the bedding is only changed every 5 days not great when you have a toddler who’s jumped on the bed covered in sand or crumbs and was no option to have clean bedding, rooms are meant to be cleaned daily but they just make the beds and take the bin had to ask the cleaner to clean the floor as I have a toddler who snacks and drops crumbs I think this should be done anyway to prevent ants or provide a mop and dust pan and brush for guests so we can do it ourselves, breakfast was ok not great cheap ingredients/ mass produced stuff so nothing was fresh but it filled us up, the evening buffet looked awful so decided not to eat and the al a cart wasn’t nice either the waiter was rude and the vedgetables that came with the hummus where rotten and potatoes and vedge where stone cold, also the singers are very loud in the evening some of them would of been better suited at a funeral if you want to sleep early or have kids who won’t sleep through noise it’s not the right place for you and you can also hear every word of your neighbors but apart from that the place was pretty clean pools are fantastic except the floor is lethal when wet seen a few nasty accidents around the pool, stunning setting and a great location and the half board was great for drinks I just would not eat a evening meal or lunch there as there are much nicer restaurants in playa Blanca a short walk away staff where nice enough just a bit annoying couldn’t get a change of bedding or the floors cleaned daily and the food was not great but it wasn’t a very expensive holiday so it didn’t matter much we had the best location for the room ground floor near the park and pool I would come back and just know you can’t rely on the place to eat and try and keep toddlers out the room when eating as it’s a faff to have it cleaned
We had a great time at Mynd Yazia. Such a lovely hotel, and close to both the strip and lovely marina. Check in was really quick via the touch pads in the lobby. Everything was explained clearly. We were only there for a 4 night stay, so opted out of room cleaning services. We were given drinks vouchers as a thankyou. We were half board, so with the flexible plan were credited €30 each per day to use as we wished. We did not eat the evening meal there, but used our credits on snacks and drinks in the day. (pizzas were freshly made and huge, and the chicken strips and chips were tasty too). We couldve easily shared 1 between 2 of us. We actually still had €80 left at the end of the stay. We did buy wine and water from the supermarket nearby to drink in the room too which was very cheap. Breakfast was lovely, and served until 11.30am. You can go early for coffee, and return before 11.30 to eat if you wanted. Lots of variety, fresh juices, hot and cold items. Everything in the hotel was really well thought out. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel, in a great location.
Unbelievably Management have decided to charge for ice cubes - 2 Ice Cubes 50 Cents. (Not in drinks) My wife got an insect bite when we were down by the pool. Requested a couple of additional Ice cubes in cup while purchasing drinks to help cool the swelling - was informed by the unsympathetic older bar lady that we had to purchase a bag at 3 Euro or that 2 ice cubes were 50 Cents and it was a Maximum 2 Ice Cubes per drink. All it needed was an understanding of the situation and some consideration not instantly escalate the situation. (Very Poor Judgement)
I said why are you charging for ice and tried to explain the reason why they were required. Refused to listen and stormed off to reception I followed and explained the the reason and was informed that Management had introduced the charge ☹️Totally Profiteering and unacceptable.
We have been coming to this hotel for several years and have two holidays each for 2 weeks booked in March and April with the family next year- with this unsavoury episode in mind - We will seriously consider cancelling these on principal. A very unhappy loyal customer. Otherwise, Everything about this hotel is superb, staff, (normally very friendly, thoughtful and considerate) theirs always one through! Rooms are great, food is good, pools are excellent. You obviously get the inconsiderate and people that think they are entitled to put their towels down at 7.30 and not come back for hours, or some cases after lunch when back from the beach.
