Rooms are divided in 2 customer orienteted areas, Family and Relax area that provides the best experience for each visitor. Each room is fully equipped with the last technology that allow our clients to open the doors digitally, have a High Quality Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, Safe, Minibar, Smart TV with Cromecast and the best comfortable mattresses.
Healthy is another pillar of our mission, therefore we have elaborate a full range of different dishes that combines all specialities with one common ingredient, the local products. For all, for Vegans, for Vegetarian, for any kind of allergy, but with the aim to create great moments to be combined with the flexibility that you desire to have during your holidays

You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 4 outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Pro’s
Hotel was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room and sunbeds by the relax pool. Bedroom was nice size and overlooked the pool. Pool area clean and pools nice size. Breakfast was ok (though no beans / sausages, and bacon not very nice) Buffet restaurant mostly ok, but could do with a few more options.
Cons There were no tea‑making facilities in the room, so I brought my own kettle and two lightweight camping mugs. On the third day, the mugs disappeared after housekeeping had been in. I reported it to reception several times and left a note for the cleaner in Spanish and English, but they were never found.
Lamesa restaurant was disappointing. Despite booking three visits in advance, they had no record of us on the first night. My pork ribs were overwhelmed by sauce and lacked vegetables, my husband’s noodles were extremely salty, and my daughter’s chicken burger was processed rather than chicken breast. Only my son’s beef burger was ok, and we didn’t return.
The bathroom is open to the bedroom, and the frosted‑glass toilet and shower doors offer very little privacy. Using the toilet at night inevitably woke the other person.
Evening entertainment was mostly poor. We expected low‑key, but it was so bad we usually went back to our rooms after dinner. It could still be heard inside, though it normally ended around 10:30pm. One night there was a loud disco on the terrace that went on until 11:45pm, making sleep impossible.
Lunch options were limited.
We loved our day here! The staff are so friendly you can tell they love their job, as they can’t do enough for you! The gentleman as reception was wonderful- very good at his job The food was excellent, we were very impressed with the facilities. We definitely got good value for money & will look to booking a longer stay in the future 😀
PROS: It's clean and the pool areas are nice. CONS: I was in a superior double room (for one person). Bathroom is open plan, no privacy and the floor gets flooded. Plus no door on the wardrobe which was INSIDE the bathroom?! Weird. There is no kettle/tea/coffee facility in the rooms. I had a terrace which was attached to the general walkway, always foot traffic walking past. Not private or peaceful. No British TV channels available. First time ever anywhere in the Canaries. I asked staff to help in case in was me but still no joy. The bar service is abysmal, not enough staff. Worst aspect of this hotel is the food. Absolutely dreadful. Breakfast buffet is meagre, cold and tasteless. The evening buffet is possibly worse. Not worth the €30 charge. I doubt I ate €10 worth of food. I also ate in the A La Carte restaurant. I preferred this to the buffet but again the standard of food isn't good. I asked for a medium steak, it was well done and tough as shoe leather. The sourdough bread side was burnt toast!. Couldn't eat it. I can't believe the staff even put it on the table. Would I come here again? NO 👎
I am actually here now sep15th ..very dissapointed..1.requested near reception , room due to walking issue,i have been given the furthest point from hotel reception .2..no tea or coffee available in room.3.the view is a wasteground as far as you can see..4..no drinks available at dinner ,not even water or anything for children if your half board...5..food just acceptable..very dissapointed to say the least ..only Gave it 2 star because its clean and quiet. dont be fooled by the reviews
My recent stay at the Mynd Yaiza was excellent. Nice chilled hotel with multiple pools and play areas. No fight for sun loungers as there was plenty. The food was good. Staff were great. Especially Laura & Deni who provide a welcoming and happy atmosphere. They were also excellent with my little girl. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach too.
