This bungalow complex lies in the outskirts of Playa Blanca fishing town. The town centre with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is only 1.6 km away. Playa Flamingo sandy beach and the beach promenade are only 300 metres away. This establishment offers 196 bungalows and a one storey main building in a large garden of 80,000 sqm. Guests will find a reception, a bar and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a non-smoking area, a terrace and highchairs for children at this hotel. The tasteful bungalows include an integrated living room and bedroom with a kitchenette and a dining area with chairs and a table. There is a swimming pool in the garden with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar. A breakfast buffet is available to guests every morning.

Not as bad as some of the reviews.
Not as bad as the reviews. The hotel is probably missing some of the little touches but it’s clean and has everything you need. Always something food wise. Could do with more staff on the bars. Location is a bit of a walk from everything but taxi’s cheap enough.
Don’t think you should have to pay deposits for towels and cups.

Good enough, clean and tidy but child safety not taken seriously.
We are about to depart after a 10 day stay. Having read some horrific reviews about this place we were anxious to say the least and had thought about changing hotel. We were surprised by that it was ok to be fair. Cleaners were diligent, food was more than edible and good most days if a bit repetitive. Nice choices every day and food available in snack bar most of the day. Bar - only one person on bar most of the time so long queues often. Drinks were ok. You have to pay a euro for plastic beakers and have to get a ticket for these in reception. Good for the environment plus paper straws. If you lost your cup it was tough, you had to go back to reception to buy another €1 token. This is also true for towels (€15 euro deposit each) and safe key (€10). Tip - pay this deposit by cash for these otherwise you have to wait 7-10 working days for it to go back on your card. Didn’t see much of the entertainment but what I did see wasn’t great. Plenty of sunbeds available. So all in all a typical AI. However, an incident happened last night which I was very concerned about. A child of 6 had been left/lost/abandoned and we found him at 10.30 at night. After 15 mins of ourselves and other guests trying to help the child to find his parents we took him to reception. The man on reception reluctantly rang this child’s father and asked him to come and pick his son up, but nobody turned up at reception to claim him for another 30 mins (11.15pm) by now. At this point I suggested calling the police, as it was clear that the parent was not coming to get the child. Again reluctantly the man at reception called security. The man on reception seemed to not care about what was going on - I’m sure he would have had mine and another family just dumped the child with him in reception instead of trying to reassure the frightened child. Very disappointed that the child’s safety was not taken seriously and I think this is an incident that needs addressing by management.
Ignore negative reviews
Today is our last day and we’ve had the best time. Rooms are lovely, Spacious and clean. The food is great, so much choice, hot, and the kids loved it. Drinks are great.
Great place
Currently here and wanted to advise anyone due to come here ignore any negative comments rooms are lovely and clean, staff are awesome and the entertainment team are fab. Food plenty to choose from fresh omelet In a morning made however u want them will miss these when I’m back home. Location is great next to the water park which is a great day out, beach 10 min walk.
Great hotel
12 night stay!! Was really worried about going here from previous reviews but can honestly say myself and my two kids had a brilliant time. Food wise there is great choice yes can be repetitive but there’s always something to eat! Drinks are all local with the all inclusive but options to buy cocktails. Yes there is a queue sometime to get drinks but staff get through it quickly. The hotel has introduced a new plastic cup for drinks which you purchase from the reception but you get that back on departure. Cups are small so buy extra!! No panic for sunbeds there’s lots but obviously if you want shaded areas they are more sought after. Sunbed towels available from reception with a deposit which is also refunded on departure. Entertainment is hit and miss the entertainment staff work so hard and their own shows are brilliant esp the white party and greatest showman. Day entertainment is very good the staff are so energetic trying to get people involved and having chats with the clients. Junior was our firm favourite he’s so funny and amazing with the kids! Hotel room was spotless cleaned every day with fresh towels. Bed are really comfy with aircon . WiFi isn’t great it’s hot and miss in spots seems to be best around the pool area. It’s about 15 min walk to the town €4 in taxi . Overall we were very happy with our stay and looking to book again for next year!!
