This popular club complex is situated on the lower hills on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. An array of shops and other entertainment options are all easily reached, within 1.5 km away. This child-friendly club resort spreads over several buildings. Guests are offered an extensive pool and garden area, a lobby with hire safes, currency exchange facilities and a 24-hour reception. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV lounge, a nightclub and a cosy lobby bar to keep guests fully entertained throughout their stay. The tasteful apartments include an integrated living room and bedroom area and a spacious en suite bathroom. The Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were nice. My biggest complaint is that the evening entertainment for the children was not enough a half an hour for the same routine every night not acceptable and it was on far to late 8 30 till 9pm that was it. We also had a lot of cockroaches in our apartment and we complained instead of them moving us we found an insect spray outside our door, due to the stress of this we did get moved eventually.

Learn how to clean!
My experience at this hotel has to be one of the worst I have stayed in. The food is either undercooked or overcooked — yes, there’s a lot of choice, but the kids’ station is shocking! My kids have lived on chips the whole week!
The pools are dirty — it’s meant to be blue water, but one of the pools looks so greasy and yellow. Some of the sun loungers are broken, the floor is filthy — and it doesn’t help how guests leave their mess around the pool (pick up after yourselves!). The steps to the slides are dangerous and slippery!
Yes, the rooms are cleaned every day — but I’m not sure what they actually clean. From what I saw, they just mop and make the beds. The shower ledge and sink are full of limescale, the floors are just disgusting, and they never cleaned our balcony the whole time we were here — the floor was black! My mum asked for a mattress topper as the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and they gave her one that looked like it had poo stains on it! We told the guy at the desk and he smirked!!
The entertainment is shocking — very boring, and in a room that’s incredibly hot and smells of people’s BO! If you have looked on Facebook about this hotel and all the bad reviews believe it and change hotels!
Nice experience
I wasn’t sure whether to go after reading the reviews but I’m glad we did.
The hotel facilities are great for families. The pools are really fun and the kids absolutely loved them. We never struggled to get a sun lounger but the pool does get busy at certain times.
Onsite there is a dino park which is amazing for the kids. It was great for our 3 year old and our older children. They have really big slides which was a big hit!
The hotel staff were really nice and the tables and eating areas were very clean. The food was different everyday but all inclusive feel so not a 5* feel. I liked the offer of a cocktail on the way in to dinner and there are 2 different eating halls - a quieter one and a louder one which was nice.
The entertainment wasn’t really for us although other people really enjoyed it and it was always busy. For the whole trip I didn’t see any cockroaches which was a relief and the staff were really cleaning a lot the week we were there.
The apartments are a good size and perfect for a family. We stayed upstairs and loved it.
Overall it could be a bit cleaner and new cups each day but we had a fab time and made some lovely memories.
Not bad could do better
Great water park and pool area for kids.The food and drinks were decent .Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.Rooms large and spacious but beds hard and uncomfortable.Air conditioning in bedroom only .Needs upgrading.Had trouble with cockroaches and was given a spray and the room was disinfected after asking twice.Overall a good family holiday!Taxi to the marina was 7 euros each way!
Family fun holiday
We had a lovely time as a family with 2 boys, aged 6 & 11. The entertainment team were amazing, great with the kids & always getting us to be join if we wanted to! The kids always want to go to Kids Club & can't wait for Mini Disco every evening.
