Incredibly helpful staff ...plenty of choice with food and drink if you are all inclusive..no half measures or local brands ..very clean and well presented
The location is perfect, easy access to the Marina and Playa Blanca. The Hotel was lovely, very clean and tidy. The rooms were very good, beds and pillows comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. We had a basic room so the balcony view was a little disappointing as it looked on to empty ground space but this was not really a problem as barely in the room! Maid and room service excellent, fresh towels daily and our beds changed regularly! The pool area was very nice, the sun beds packed in, but we always managed to get 4 beds together. The jacuzzi was lovely, unfortunately the jets were not working so no bubbles. The pool bar food and staff were lovely, there was one particular young guy, who always had a charming attitude and lovely smile! The main restaurant seemed short staffed, sometimes the general presentation of the food was a bit messy especially when you went a bit later in the evening! The breakfasts good, including a free from area. One comment was the sandwich maker by the toaster required a thorough clean! The evening meal was not clearly labelled and no idea what was gluten free which meant asking to speak to the chef as I am coeliac. The onsite Italian restaurant was lovely, hopefully they will venture into having Gluten Free pasta! My salad was delicious and everyone enjoyed their meal and desserts and the complimentary rose wine! The evening entertainment was good and we all enjoyed the DJ night! More table and chairs required for the evening entertainment area. Main reception very good, checkin and out good and a nice touch with bubbles on arrival! We hired a car through the reception team this all went smoothly. Overall a lovely holiday and lovely hotel!
First day and two hours of very loud boom boom music around lunchtime. Complex is small so there is no escaping from it. Heavy bass banging. Same for evening entertainment. If you want a relaxing holidays this isn't the place!
The hotel is in a great location, very clean and well presented.. we was offered an upgrade suite on arrival, maybe because we waited from 11am until 330pm for our room to be ready, unfortunately there was roadworks so we never made use of the pool/sunbeds, very noisy and dusty so couldn’t sit on the balcony. The food options were very limited and didn’t seem to be replaced once it had gone. The pool areas were great and the sunbeds so comfortable. The snacks at the pool areas and staff were great. The entertainment through the day around the pool was welcome as no music really. The room was cleaned everyday and they were very pleasant when passed them around the hotel, thank you!..All in all we enjoyed it ,if i was taking away a negative it would be the restaurant /reception staff really could be a bit more welcoming and maybe smile a bit more towards the guests..
Here now as we speak Really friendly and welcoming at reception Rooms clean and well kept If you like fish you are ok if not like me then not so good the one dish I did like was really good but not a lot of choice Boutique hotel. Wanted to relax but at midday they had a dj louder than Ibiza. So loud in fact I went back to the room as it was giving me a headache but could still hear the bass pounding everyone was complaining but they probably couldn’t could hear hear the complaints. Meybe because it was so loud This is not boutique or relaxing This was not the cheapest place and expected a lot more As it is adults only and the main clientele I would estimate over 50 as am I. We don’t want an Ibiza party Very disappointing There is a whole lot better for less money Could have been a really good place but so very disappointed and I will not come back I was under the impression that H10 hotels were worth the extra but I think I will avoid the H10 group if this is what you get
