Located in Playa Blanca, a fishing village in the south of Lanzarote, the H10 Sentido White Suites (Only Adults), (previously known as the H10 Bahía Blanca Rock) has been fully refurbished in an elegant, welcoming interior design with an Arabic touch that blends perfectly with the traditional architectural style of the complex. Converted into a Boutique Hotel specialising in holidays for adults, the hotel also features new services such as the Despacio Beauty Centre and an extensive programme of activities designed for adults.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a health club and a sauna. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and bike tour information.
This was our seventh visit to White Suites so we knew what to expect.
First the good stuff- every member of staff was friendly,efficient and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. Our deluxe room was perfect, along with the pool and sun beds. Night time entertainment was mainly excellent
Now the not so great, and yes, it’s all about the food. Our first visit in 2018 we were blown away by the great quality of food. Moving forward to 2026, whilst the meals were not bad, they lacked in variety, quality and above all heat! Someone had the wonderful idea of putting all the bread and rolls at the other end of the dining room from the rest of the buffet - not great for those of us with mobility issues.
We enjoyed one meal at the on site Italian restaurant which was of a very high quality. However, not so happy with the dessert menu! My husband has a nut allergy and it was disappointing to find that out of the four desserts on the menu only one did not contain nuts!
This hotel is an absolute jewel but, please, please up the game with the food.
Very good apartments with friendly staff clean rooms and a great site. The buffet food is the only letdown it’s just average for breakfast lunch and dinner. The al cart restaurant is very good.
2 pools,one warm the other cold, both accessible. Suites very clean and comfortable. Quiet but only 10 mins walk from shops and bars. Staff very nice and friendly
There are some positives at White Suites, but overall we found the hotel disappointing. The design and comfort of the sun loungers is excellent - probably the best feature of the hotel, so big tick for that. The Deluxe pool area is also very pleasant and deserves another tick. Pool attendants were attentive, friendly and alert. Unfortunately, everything else felt fairly average or just about passable for a hotel at this 4*? level. The biggest disappointment was the food. Both the variety and quality were well below expectations really and that includes both evening buffet and breakfast. There was very little that made the dining experience feel special or worthy of the standard the hotel is aiming for. Our Deluxe Suite also had several issues. The air conditioning was barely noticeable and, even on its lowest setting, the room temperature was around 26°C, which made the suite uncomfortable at times. The shower leaked badly enough to semi flood the bathroom floor each day, the sink plug didn't work, and the shower water pressure was poor. Cleaning was excellent and timely. There were noisy, major roadworks going on every day, other than weekends, very close to our suite. Something we were not made aware of when checking in, poor. Understand that's outwith the hotels control, however this issue adversely affected our holiday. Overall, there are some nice touches - particularly the loungers and Deluxe pool area - but too many of the basics weren't up to the standard expected. For us, excellent in a couple of areas, but distinctly average everywhere else. Unfortunately too much not to our liking so won't be booking again.
We have just got back from a week here. We read the reviews and were worried but honestly we couldn’t fault this hotel, yeah the food isn’t Michelin star but you will never starve, the pool bar drinks and food are great. The room was massive clean and fresh towels everyday. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, great location, yes people get up early to put a towel on the beds. We never couldn’t get a bed and sometimes we didn’t go to the pool till 12pm I feel people are so picky. It’s adult only and honestly don’t be put off by the reviews.
