H10 Timanfaya Palace

This was our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel and we have already booked to return next year. It feels like we are visiting family when we arrive as many of the staff and return clientel that we now consider as friends. We have seen a few upgrades in different areas of the hotel...the privilege lounge in particular looks lovely. Food and drinks were great especially our meals in the Kasbah. It is wonderful to see staff being promoted too, Jose. Entertainment was good...we particularly enjoyed the White Party (with photo booth) and Elvis!...Oh and the singing maintenance man setting up the White Party for 'My Way!'😀 Special thanks go to Montse for arranging our room request, (which holds special memories as it overlooks the cove where we renewed our wedding vows 4 years ago) Dennis (and colleagues) for always looking after us in the Kasbah, Dani (and colleagues) in the main restaurant, Jesus, (and colleagues in the bar) and Angel for the great service at lunch in the pool bar and the staff at Mikes for our Americano in the morning. All staff work incredibly hard and we appreciate all you do to make our stay special. Thank you so much.

Wow, we have had many holidays over the years to various 4 and 5 star hotels and on returning today my husband said it was his best all round holiday ever! We had a double celebration and on arrival to our room we received a box of chocolates. Telephone call asking if we were happy with our room, which we were. We had a high floor with a sea view which was nice, quiet and private. Lots of options with the food, food was always well prepared, fresh and tasty. Complimented the chefs on several occasions especially after king prawn linguine and rib eye steak.All staff in restaurants and bars work hard! The staff were always happy to help, hard working and polite. The animation team work tirelessly with various events during the day and on an evening. I attended wine tasting, sangria making, water fitness. In the evening Elvis, acrobats, Tina Turner,and a couple of male singers, all very good, bingo and quizzes. The only disappointment was no seats available on the white night , but never mind. The walk along the front is most enjoyable, the hotel makes a real statement with the amazing building, beautiful grounds and pool area. Sunbeds were plentiful, we went to breakfast and then found a sunbed. Some people do reserve early but no need. Reception staff were always happy and helpful and the cleaners ensure your room is clean. Thank you for a fab holiday helping us to create wonderful memories. We will return. Recommend rhe walk along the sea front to market in the Rubicon marina.
