This hotel is located in the fishing village of Playa Blanca, in the south of Lanzarote. The hotel is set on the seafront, boasting close proximity to a number of attractions in the area. The hotel is situated just a short distance away from the Flamingo beach and lies a 15 minutes' driving distance from the beach of Papagayo. The town centre is close by, where guests can explore a host of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. This hotel enjoys a charming design, beautifully blending Spanish and Arabic influences. The guest rooms are superbly designed, offering a peaceful setting in which to unwind. Guests are invited to enjoy the facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.

Just returned from 10 nights at this lovely hotel. Our first time here but definitely like lots of others won’t be the last . Great location on the seafront just 5 mins to Flamingo beach . From arrival in the very impressive reception we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and all staff throughout our stay couldn’t do enough for you . Our room was on the 5th floor which had a fabulous view across the pool area and the sea right down past the lighthouse from the balcony . It was a really good size , lovely snd clean (and cleaned well every day) and had everything needed for a great stay. We went half board but after 24 hours upgraded to all inclusive as the food and drinks were excellent and again staff were very accommodating in helping us to do that . Ate in the Kasbah one night which was a lovely treat but also so much choice in the Buffet restaurant with a chocolate fountain too some nights. Some good entertainment too we especially liked , ‘ The gentlemen of the road’ and ‘code red’ in the disco bar and some relaxing piano playing, guitarist, saxophonist in the piano bar. No sunbed reserving round the pool until 930am which seems to work really well and is well managed meaning getting a sunbed was never a problem and every 2 has a fixed parasol so plenty of shade if you needed it. Already looking to book for next trip Only one thing missing for us was a good old nighttime thunder and lightening storm as would have been fabulous watching from the balcony …, if you could please fix that for next time that would be great as you definitely managed to make this well needed holiday one of the best we have had . I picked this hotel for my 60th birthday, nice 10 days enjoying the sun in a beautiful hotel, the smell as you walk in is such a clean smell i wish i could bottle up & take home with me. The rooms are amazing with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. We had a ground floor sea view room and a bottle of cava with a card saying Happy Birthday and please enjoy, the hotel is outstanding, the staff are exceptional and every single member always had a smile and go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable experience, especially Jean Carlos who i asked where nearest apple shop or any store were i could buy a charger for my watch as mine broke, he told me he would bring his spare for me to use while here, and the next day he did, the hotel should be proud of the staff they have as there amazing. Its a short walk to nearest bars if you fancy a change but to be honest its all top make brand drinks.
Just returned from 2 weeks here. The drinks are excellent (top brands) & the cocktails good. The food in the buffet restaurant was also very good for our All Inclusive stay. The staff are amazing (Jean Carlos & Mohamed) attentive and fun. Overall good value for money and as sunbeds cannot be reserved before 9.30am (which is enforced & belongings removed) no silly mad dash for beds. There are plenty anyway. Our main minus points and the reason we would not go back
Also the entertainment in the piano bar did not start till 8.30, we felt this would have been better at 7.30 when guests are having pre dinner drinks. Sort the air con & we would love to return.
A fantastic hotel in everyway. The hotel and views are stunning. The staff are outstanding and work so incredibly hard, a credit to the hotel. Our room was absolutely perfect and kept spotlessly clean. We loved it. 10/10
When on holiday we want peace, meet nice people, eat good food, have a drink or two, retire to comfortable bed after a sun kissed day. All of which we received, but most of all to be served by the most pleasant, well trained obliging staff. Thank you all.
