The H10 Rubicon Horizons is a beautiful hotel. Reviews had said bedrooms could do with decorating but we found them ok. Rooms cleaned and tidied every day. Staff friendly and so helpful Pool areas really good and beds plentiful. Restaurants great and food lovely. Night time entertainment could be improved especially as the hotel is uput of plays blanca centre. Hiring a car is optimal given location. Overall we have had a wonderful holiday here 🙂🌞
Stayed once again for our 14 the year at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Food, the bars and the pools are all great. The staff at the hotel are so helpful. We loved the Italian and the Sakura restaurants the food was amazing. Will definitely be back again next year god willing.
Room was not ready when i arrived no mini bar at 11pm at night bar closed no refreshments untill morning staff were fab food good enjoyed the holidy
we have been to the Rubicon before several years ago and decided we would like to celebrate our 50th anniversary there. We requested a sea view within the hotel building and were not disappointed! We had a beautiful room within a 60 sec walk to reception and lift to ground floor for the dining room and pool and of course with the bus stop outside the hotel it's very easy to get about. YES thank you to all the Rubicon staff from our lovely lady who looked after room and showed a couple of old fogies how to work the coffee machine and all the other staff for making our holiday memorable not to mention the other guests we met with whom we had a great time.
And thank you for the complimentary upgrade to the Vulcan restaurant for our anniversary dinner - much appreciated

To say the service was less than poor breaks my heart because I love this hotel. I have had so many bad experiences during my stay that I’m questioning whether it’s worth coming back. I actually walked out of my dinner last night. Solo travellers are over looked and ignored. The service is slow, you wait ages for anything and then it’s served with a scowl.
