Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very well played out and only a 5 minute walk from the beach! Pool area was always kept clean and very well looked after! Rooms were huge and very modernised compared to previous hotels! Food was ok until unfortunately the centre food areas broke so they were out of action but the hotel staff managed it extremely well. Staff really kind and respectful and overall one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. Would definitely reccomend to anyone thinking of coming to lanzarote in the near future.
3rd time at this hotel very friendly .spacious was last here in 2019 but standards were still very good this September 2026 will be coming back
We go home tomorrow after a super holiday here. Position of hotel is minutes from the walkway. Staff are all pleasant and approachable. Rooms spotless and cleaned everyday. Food was good with plenty of choices. Would we come back , yes.
Just back from a wonderful week at the H10 lanzorote Princess. Beautiful pool, staff work really hard to keep it spic and span. Rooms very comfortable, they were updating some of the rooms whilst I was there. Food was good and replenished constantly, staff are all lovely to ensure a lovely stay. I love the fact that there is no reserving of sunbeds, towels are removed up until about 10am, as always there are some people who don’t take their towels off and disappear all day after 10am and come back around 4pm, so thoughtless. It’s worth booking the Japanese and italian restaurant on arrival as they were both very good, especially the Japanese, food was gorgeous. If you walk out the back gate and cross the road, the lovely promenade is down the slope with Playa Blanca to the right and the marina to the left. Entertainment every night, Singers in the inside bar by the piano, plus different acts on the outside stage, some were better than others, but all in all in made it a fun holiday. Big ‘shout out’ to Daisy in the kids club.
⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Stay
Our stay was extremely disappointing and unfortunately not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for.
The food was very poor, with limited choice and a noticeable lack of quality. The rooms and facilities were outdated and in need of refurbishment, making the accommodation feel tired and far below the standard we expected.
The customer service was also extremely disappointing. We found some members of staff to be unhelpful, dismissive and very rude. One particularly unpleasant experience was being asked to leave the area where we were already seated in the restaurant and told to move while we were in the middle of eating. We were understandably very unhappy about this and felt that the situation was handled extremely poorly.
Guests should be able to enjoy their meal without being made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The way this situation was dealt with left a very bad impression.
There was work being carried out in the hotel, with rooms undergoing work not far from ours, which caused additional noise and disruption during our stay. We were very disappointed that this was taking place while guests were trying to enjoy their holiday, and we feel this should have been made clear to us before booking. Corridor smelling of paint fumes, having to walk past work men and their materials as they were no alternatives.
Overall, between the poor food, outdated rooms and facilities, and rude and unhelpful staff, this was a very disappointing holiday. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this accommodation based on our experience.
