A really lovely hotel in a great location that is sadly let down by two factors. Firstly, they could invest in new dish washing machines or employ additional staff for the task - each meal is a lucky dip how clean a plate you’ll get. The second is more concerning; as much as there are some genuinely decent staff in the hotel, they are let down by a handful of some of the rudest, disinterested staff imaginable. Indeed, the commitment that some show to belligerence is almost comedic in their extremes. At times, it felt like an old style movie, where a group of thugs on the lam, hide out in a hotel posing as hospitality staff. The hotel has an awful lot going for it, but is sadly let down by both these issues.
Location was amazing. Less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The atmosphere was amazing for families even with older children. The rooms were spotless and more or less ready by arrival. It is 100% worth the value. The noise level was perfect. Just the night clubs at papayago are a little noisy but not horrendous. Service from reception staff is unbelievably outstanding.
We had booked a suite the room was in bad need of upgrade I complained we got a new room which was better , the food there isn’t great and we paid for all inclusive , we ate out eight out of ten nights the food wasn’t good , there were some cockroches in the diner one morning and evening which I just couldn’t bear thinking about near food , this holiday while all inclusive cost us fortune as we had to eat out . It was such a let down.
What a wonderful experience H10 Princess was. I travelled with my son and 8 year old granddaughter. We stayed for a week at the end of July AI. The reception area was bright and welcoming the reception staff were friendly, the bedroom was a good size room 0080 we were on the ground floor with a nice patio and the beds were comfy, the cleaners came daily they didnt speak English but were pleasant. I only got a sun lounger one day of the 7 days we were there. I wasn't to bothered as I'm not one for lounging around the pool all day. If you are I suggest you get up early. I was happy to sit on a chair at the coffee shop which was nice. My granddaughter enjoyed the mini disco you will know all the hand movements to the songs by the end of your stay lol and I enjoyed the adult entertainment expecially the Kenya performance. The high light for me was the restaurant. Im not usually a big eater on holiday but I could not stop eating, the food was delicious. There was so much choice I was expecially impressed with the selection of different fish on offer. Yes sometimes the food was cold but there is a microwave you can use so that solves that issue. I have stayed in 5 star hotels before and can honestly say the food here was much better then theirs. I would like to thank Sergio for taking such good care of my grandaugher who has a nut allergy. He went above and beyond to keep her safe and fed. He made sure her meals were prepared separetly. She was able to request any meal she wanted and Sergio made sure she got it. His customer service is to be commended. When he wasn't there Maria was just as good, to be fair all his staff were good. I would like to thank the chef who prepared the wonderful meals which were good portions and the fruit was always nicely presented. This is a really good hotel which is situated in a great location. The beach is over the road and the Marina not to far away. It has good facilities, the hotel is always kept clean. The drinks are of good quality. Please ignore any negitive reviews go ahead and book you won't regret it. Kind regards Diane.
Lanzarote Princess is a great hotel that deserves its 4 star accreditation. The hotel is well presented, well maintained and extremely clean. All the food was great, and very fresh. The location could not be better. Straight out of the hotel, 5 minute stroll to shops and beach front. We had a great time, but there were a few niggles. WI-Fi not great. Not enough staff on pool bars. The wait could be extensive. The snack bar didnt serve a wide range of drinks, and it was not obvious what food was on offer, due to lack of menu offering. In the main dining room an lunch and evening meal it is table service for drinks. Hope you only want 1, as once they have been once they dont come back. Overall a great stay, would go again.
