We stayed here for the first 2 weeks in July, overall we had a fantastic holiday. The bungalows are lovely, I had an adjoining room with my family. We each had our own little patio where I had my coffee in the morning as I'm an early riser. The staff are lovely, the rooms are practical, clean and spacious. The entertainment staff are phenomenal. They run the kids club, perform on stage in the evenings, host party nights with face painting, fun and games for the whole family. The layout of the pool area is great with hundreds of sunbeds. You can pretty much eat and drink all day with plenty of choice. We did go out a few times for a meal or a cocktail just for the experience as the restaurants are right on the beach which is just a short stroll away and there's plenty of shops to wander round. There were taxis aplenty for 5 Euros back to the hotel. We had a day out at Texas Rancho and went to a travelling fair one evening but you could easily stay in the resort for your entire holiday. We had 2 lovely meals in the resort steakhouse which is included in the all inclusive but you do need to book in advance. The day before we left it started to get busier which is not for me, I'm in my 60's and preferred the quieter more relaxed atmosphere but it is a family resort after all. A holiday is what you make of it. We can all nitpick but I go on holiday to have a good time and I absolutely did and would go again.
A very good holiday with excellent staff. The rooms and the hotel and grounds were all very clean and tidy. We stayed in the adults only section so we used the adults only pool which was quiet and always sun beds available. The food in all of restaurants was very good. The only problem in the main restaurant was waiting for drink sometimes up to 15 minutes. I would definitely come back 👍👍
The pool was great. The rooms were great however we couldn’t check in till 3 pm so getting an earlier flight was pointless for us. food was very poor compared to the reviews and compared to the photos that are on the website the only thing that really lets down the hotel isthe food and the service in which the staff gave unfortunately it was only a few selective staff that refused to give my children in cutlery when asked what are they supposed to eat with? They just drug their shoulders at us and then we asked if they could wash them up a plateto eat with and they said no they’re not washing up at this time as well as when we asked for the cutlery they said no we’re not up at this Time. The entertainment team were great but from what I’ve heard from repeated visitors that the hotel has gone downhill since Christmas last year I don’t think we were visiting again unless anything changes with the food quality food variety and attitude of staff members.
The hotel it’s sold is brilliant, nothing wrong with the rooms, pools or Location, the downside is the lack of staff and the demand put on the very little staff there are. They are trying to provide an all inclusive service but cannot cope with the demand. Not enough staff clearing tables, in the restaurant, the same staff are expected to provide drinks. The bars only have 1 bar person, this isn’t what you would expect from an all inclusive service.
However the location is good and there are lots of restaurants to go to outside of the complex, where you are greeted with much better service. But the price you pay for your all inclusive holiday you should expect far better. We will not return.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Holiday – We’d Definitely Return!
We had a brilliant week here as two young couples with children aged 6 and 10. We really couldn’t fault the hotel!
Highlights: • Spacious rooms with great air conditioning • Lovely, peaceful garden areas • Two fantastic pools – saltwater and chlorine • Great daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children • Good variety of food with plenty of options for fussy eaters • Friendly and helpful staff • Great location – only around an 8-minute walk into town • Free bus to Costa Dorada beach, which was beautiful and clean
The bar and entertainment areas were great, and even when busy, queues were only around 5 minutes.
We also enjoyed a mini catamaran trip and Rancho Texas, both of which we’d highly recommend.
Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would definitely return to both the hotel and the area! ❤️
