This apartment hotel is situated in the centre of Playa Blanca. It is surrounded by shopping and entertainment venues. The beach is about 600 m away and other local attractions are nearby. Built in 2004, the hotel offers a total of 96 apartments. It features Internet access and a car park. The air-conditioned restaurant is suited for children. There is a playground for kids available. The apartments are all equipped with a bathroom, an integrated living area, a separate bedroom or two bedrooms and a kitchenette with a fridge. Guests are offered to use an outdoor heated pool in winter and gym facilities. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a buffet, while lunch is a la carte. The hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed for a week in hotel Cordial Blanca and honestly do not have a bad word to say about the place. It was myself, my husband and our 9 month old baby, we opted forthe b&b option and were satisfied each morning with the breakfast selection. The staff were absolutely fantastic and always so happy to greet us and our baby! The room was absolutely perfect, (we had a gorgeous pool view) and the kitchette was exactly what we needed to prep/store baby food etc. Bed was super comfy super king I think. Room was cleaned every second day which was great. We actually commented multiple times about how clean the hotel was in general. Location was perfect for us, 2 min walk from shop (expensive enough as its an express shop), 5 min walk from the Marina and a lovely 20 mins or so walk to the closest beach and onto the main area. Plenty of restaurants available really close to the hotel.
The pool was fab, very spacious and never a shortage of beds/ umbrellas. I would definitely stay again, highly recommend.
Just came back from a really lovely stay at this wonderful hotel with friendly staff and immaculately clean throughout. Our apartment had everything we could have needed and was very spacious with a very comfortable bed,my son also says his sofa bed was the most comfortable he has ever slept on! The cleaners did a fantastic job of keeping the apartment clean and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel was situated in a perfect location in the quieter area of the marina with nice bars,restaurants and shops and also the twice weekly market but not to far from the main busier area of Playa Blanca with more nightlife. Also has a small supermarket very close by for any essentials you might need. The hotel has a lovely pool with two Roman steps at each end and always had loads of sun beds available whenever we wanted them. Amazing stay and would highly recommend this lovely hotel.
Well what can I say I love this hotel. Been 3 times and will be back next year! Hotel is clean staff lovely and helpful. Location right next to Marina is great .
No sunbed wars. I am disabled and have poor mobility this hotel has two adapted rooms so makes my stay better. Roman steps in pool too with handrail.
Had a massage with Alex great experience as I deal with pain. Highly recommend him. He is based in hotel upstairs. I have been to Playa Blanca 7 times this is my favourite hotel. Kitchen well equipped for cooking a simple meal. Also I met some lovely people so if you were there between 17th September and 1st October thank you for the laughs take care.
Last thing Love to Dennis. He is a beautiful cat and very friendly.
Our 4th time here never disappointed excellent friendly staff no problem with the noise from the building works always got a sunbed
Our 4th visit at 4 different times of the year ( Feb/March/May and September ) , and far the best in terms of overall enjoyment and weather. It wasn't without the odd niggle , but nothing that was rectified without any fuss ( missing towels ) , or out of the Hotel's control ( slight increase in building work noise , which we were prepared for having read the Jet 2 notes ) . Did have breakfast twice , and this compared well in price and choice with the few local bars that did open around the area . Again, lots of sun bed availability even if down late morning , and great staff throughout the hotel , especially the reception. Room as always spacious and had all your needed , and we were again spoilt with a marina view. As a repeat visitor ( join the Cordial club for free ) , we got 10% off food and drink at the hotel , and a great rate for a late check out , so if leaving after 1700 its basically another day !! Love the area and what it offers , and apologies for the cliche , but it is starting to feel like we have never been away as soon as we arrive , and that includes the Hotel as well as the Marina. Have to add that we would always come when the kids are at school ( no offence to all you parents ) , as this hotel is spot on for relaxing without too much noise , and the age group again this time was similar to ours ( 30-70 ) . Already booked for next September for 12 days , direct with the hotel , and hope to get another cheeky break in next May ( cost of living permitting ! ) .
