Caybech Sun is located in the south of Lanzarote, one of the most popular tourist áreas of the island. The nearest beach is around 600 metres away. The hotel comprises a total of 150 fully equipped apartments with terrace or balcony spread over 2 floors and surrounded by beautiful gardens with all services and facilities. A bar and a restaurant are available to enjoy the day with refreshing drinks and snacks. Also, you can spend the day in the outdoor swimming pool or in the sport área practicing Volleyball, Tennis or Basket. For children we also have a mini club and lots of activities with the entertainment team as well as a a children's park. Restaurants, bars , shops and public transport links can be found within 20-minute walk of the hotel.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access and an arcade/games room.

We arrived here for a week (7th-14th) when we arrived we went to our room where the cleanliness was not up to good standards We requested 2 cots before we came away and we only found 1 in our room , every time we asked the staff was not helpful and said it was my problem and i could rent one in which I had too
The cleaners did not come around once in the week , we left signs on the door handle for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t , we ended finding multiple cockroaches and bugs throughout our stay
The location of the hotel is good but that’s the only thing it has going for it
We was given a sheet of paper which read Sunbeds locked away until 10 pm , yet people were leaving towels out on Sunbeds and walking away for hours
I do not recommend this hotel - it is all one big lie
Location ideal for easy walk to beach, bars ,restaurants and marina, apartments large but in need of tlc, basic apartment but everything you need, towels changed every other day ,but just a quick clean through, pools and water slides were well used but cleanliness around the pool very poor especially the top pool, the area around the pool was not cleaned once in the 8days we were there, easy to get a sunbed but impossible to get an umbrella unless you put your towels out by 7am, staff very friendly and I found them helpful, lovely indoor pool
sauna and gym nice play park for kids, very peaceful at night never heard a thing, in my honest opinion just needs some tender loving care and would be perfect, just lets itself down with cleaning issues
I'll start with the positive, no sunbed wars which is nice. The pools are really nice and relaxing. However when we arrived the room had a broken key card holder, broken window. We were told it was all normal. We then had a baby cockroach in the room, we got it out and asked for bug spray and were told no. They'd sort it the next day. This never happened. Then everyday after they grew bigger and bigger. And were running everywhere. We were offered a temp room switch which we declinded as we just wanted to get out of the room fully. We eventually got moved after I said I'm not going back in room 201. Which meant lugging out stuff around 11pm-1am. When moving our stuff, we then saw loads of droppings in our clothes and wardrobes and bed.We then put a complaint in, and nothing really happened. We are taking it up with Jet2. The manager offered us breakfast for our remaining stay, which was 2 mornings costing €40. Which I find insulting. We declinded as we paid over £2000 for the holiday we expected a liveable room. The manager lied and said he offered us 3 different rooms. And he'll probably comment to this review with a bunch more lies. Not acceptable. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere. Great sister hotel in fueventura - no faults with that hotel. They also put someone in the room the following day so clearly didn't fumigate it like stated.
Just came back from Caybeach, after being there for 10 days. This is our 2nd time here, and this time was even better. We went for the pool view room which didn't disappoint. The staff worked hard, especially the bar man who is great he has many roles it seems. We was surrounded by great families just enjoying themselves, and relaxing, what an amazing family hotel. Yes some of the rooms need a small update, however ours was perfect. Don't be put off some of the reviews(however everyone has their opinion) this is a must try hotel. We will be coming back again, without hesitation. Well done Caybeach
The hotels location was brilliant close to Aldi, bars and reasturant and shops and beach but the hotel was awful on arrival was greeted by a lady that barely spoke and English after having a 2 hour delay on flight didn’t arrive till nearly 1am to be given a key and room number and to have to ask how to find room was then just given a map, once entering our room we had no light outside the room door, no light on balcony and wires hanging out room and room was just run down. We were also told couldn’t have air con till the morning as needed a remote and had to pay a deposit. When getting the air con remote in the morning told them about all the repairs to be told we know and never did anything about it. Had an incident with another guest whilst was there for the manger to refuse to even come and speak to me and staff be very unhelpful so overall rubbish hotel apart from location
