Such an amazing experience at the Barcelo hotel in playa Blanca ! The staff and facilities are incredible ! Especially the lovely receptionist Laura ! She made my check in experience so positive, made me feel so welcome and was great at explaining all the amazing things the hotel had to offer.
Another excellent stay at the Barcelo Playa Blanca Royal Level, Room brilliant with all the little extras you need within it. Maid service second to none, Infinity pool and pool bar top notch, didn't eat there during the day, Magical restaurant menu average but buffet outstanding. Only gripe with the hotel NO evening entertainment that would keep you interested, but the marina and playa blanca itself only a short pleasant walk at night to entertain you.
Our 6th stay and rebooked again for RL. Our stay has been outstanding again. The room, staff and food in the Magical Restuarant has been superb at breakfast once again. The RL infinity pool is so tranquil. Plus the RL area is so quiet. Already booked for January. Thank you all at Barcelo PB for a great visit.
We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel. It was our 6th visit. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The bars and restaurants are well stocked and have very pleasant and helpful staff. However the wonderful staff at reception made our holiday. Laura was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us, always with a smile. Must mention Irene and Jefferson as well. They were lovely. We will definitely be coming back again.
