A well maintained and presented facility, with fantastic friendly staff, top notch food and drink. Plenty of space with superb room quality and comfiness. Couldn't fault it from start to finish.
This hotel is amazing, from entering the reception, looking out over the amazing pool. The rooms are very clean, well laid out with lots of space. Bathrooms are a bit exposed if u have older teenagers it’s not very private. Balcony is large with lovely furniture. The hotel is so clean, toilet were spotless and smelt amazing. Good food, would have preferred it to be a bit warmer but plenty to choose from. Pool areas and pool bar amazing, one Pool not heated so a bit cold. Loved the no sunned ward. Pool area closed until 9am great idea. Hotel local to marina and lots of bars, Shops, restaurants around. Great beach 5 minutes walk away with lots of water sports. I will be returning next year can’t wait. Staff were amazing in all areas. Roomed cleaned daily.
I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves one, this is one of the best All Inclusive hotels we’ve stopped in. We arrived late at night and the check-in staff were great, they got us 2 bags of food and drinks and were great with the kids after a long day of travelling, it was the welcome we needed. The food in the main buffet restaurant was lovely! The nicest all inclusive food I have had, it was fresh always being cleared and replaced, lots of choice. We always easily got a table at breakfast and dinner. We used the breeze pool bar for lunch and that was also great. The drinks choice is so good and a lot of it was branded alcohol too, I loved that the Aperol Spritz were included as All inclusive as well. The slush machine you could help yourself to were fab for the kids they loved it and the endless ice creams and the jars of sweets at the bar in the evenings! The swimming pools were amazing and huge, we easily got 3-4 sun loungers everyday, never had to queue up or put towels out to save one it helped they didn’t open up the pool gates until 9am, the towel hut by the pool is good, you can go and swap your pool towels whenever you want. The entertainment at night was fab, we loved it every night, the best entertainment in a hotel I’ve experienced for a while. By the main stage there is an arcade area with pool tables, rock climbing wall and a gaming room which the kids loved. The Champs sports bar was a bonus as well for the boys to go and watch the football! The room was great, cleaned daily and we were always left bottles of water. The hotel overall was very clean, in an amazing location, just a short walk to the Marina, shops, bars and beach. We would definitely stop here again!
Huge resort with hundreds of room, but a big pool to accommodate with two sides - a heated side and an unheated side, and about 5 mins away from the sandy beach. Also stayed in a swim-up room, which was great to have our own pool to use, especially to cool down and relax. However, the room itself doesn't have any privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom, so beware of this if not staying with someone you trust! It was quite off putting, that there's no wall between the shower and the bedroom, but you can get used to it. Also, watch out for ants! Otherwise, the buffet restaurant was large with a huge selection, it just got very very busy so you'll be lining up for some of the more popular dishes. And when we went, the Asian restaurant was closed (not sure why - it is still summer holidays!) Overall, a good resort with a lot of amenities, just a few issues that if you overcome them, makes for a great stay
Food was cold and not cooked no matter what time you went in plates and glasses were dirty almost every day eat out most nights due to my children falling ill I would expect more after paying 8300 to be told there’s no complaint procedure
