Apartments here are equipped with a kitchenette, and there is a supermarket on site too if you want to prepare simple meals in peace. If not, there's a restaurant and a cafe/pub where you can eat too.
All studio apartments benefit from a balcony and en suite facilities as well as home comforts such as satellite TV and telephone. One bedroom apartments are available at a supplement.

Worst place I have ever been stayed I read the reviews and thought it can’t be that bad trust me it was the cleaning is terrible rooms are so dated no air con went to hire a fan they had none left food was surprisingly better than we thought very repetitive the hotel it’s self is in the middle of nowhere when I’m the restaurant you are looking out onto a building site the staff are very friendly but there is just not enough staff if you want a good holiday avoid this place at all cost
Simply absolutely terrible. The place needs blowing up and starting a fresh. A Canaries hotel without Aircon in this day and age is a joke. Sadly we realised after it was booked. There was no Air con. Food was bordering on animal fodder . Poorly cooked Pork chickens and fish. Recycled veg and salad every day. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy. 💩💣💣 Richard 17 September 2026
We've stayed at this hotel several times, this being our 2nd visit this year. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, and we've always had a great time......but this time it's all gone very badly. Don't expect ANY sleep before 3am most nights (our last night being the worst). The place now attracts the worst chavvy sorts I've ever encountered-loudly partying in the pool area all night (even though bar closes at 11pm)-shouting/singing/arguing/screaming hyper kids (full of E numbers no doubt), it's not even down to one group-they're all having separate "parties" competing to make the most racket until at least 3am (yes, even small kids). I'm going home resembling a very dodgy zombie....on another note, the hotel is no longer really suitable for those with disabilities-lift to bar/restaurant is now (it seems) permanently out of order. Very sad.
As for all the reviews complaining about lack of air con - This is a you problem, Not the hotels. Nowhere does it say it has it!! Hiring is fan is only €15 plus €10 refundable deposit. Food is so, so. It's ok but a little repetative. Loungers aren't unchained until 9.30am so stops the hoggers!! Staff are what makes this hotel, They really are lovely!! Location wise, Nothing really close (Hotel has a shop, Then 2 bars and a little shop 5 mins away) Walking into the resort is well lit along the coastal path and lovely to have the chipmunks come up to you. Only €5 for a taxi if you don't want to walk. At the end of the day, You get what you pay for and make sure you read the descriptions and reviews properly people!!
I will keep this brief as long bad reviews people get fed up of reading but please this is just a taste of how it was. NO AIR CON… not in the rooms, restaurants or anywhere in the hotel. You can hire a fan for £15 a week with a £10 deposit that does nothing please keep your windows closed as I have been bitten 11 times in a week. The Pool area is never cleaned although it looks nice on the pictures the floors the beds and the tables are filthy. The rooms are disgusting and in need of a complete referral the food is mediocre classical inclusive. Budget Holiday, the staff are very nice. There is nothing in the surrounding areas don’t be fooled by the shuttle buss, there’s nothing there when you get to the town a couple of places to eat and a couple of shops. You must bring towels as these are not provided for the Sun lounges.. your towels in the room are changed twice a week. You only are allowed one large towel and one small towel each the bedding has changed once a week I never write reviews but I felt on this occasion it was only fair to give people the opportunity to have a factual review.
