Truly a beautiful hotel. All inclusive with several options for food, and all the drinks you can wish for. The premises include 3 pools, spa, sports courts, a lot of nature and extra points for a little red cat roaming around, which we heard the staff takes care of (it's a pet friendly hotel). Mini golf, arcade etc can be found as well as a fantastic beach 10mins walk with caves all around it. The highlight is the staff, all so so welcoming. Special thanks to Bruna who showed us around on her free day and Igor at Reception. I cannot remember the name of the bartender from Bangladesh working in Salty bar in the mornings, but he was the epitome of an amazing barman; friendly and talkative but never bothering, very kind and super professional. He would always ask for our next round as we were finishing and kept us entertained all around. We will definitely be back!
Loved the hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating.. cleaning staff were excellent. Love the swimming pools, they were slightly heated so not freezing to get into... nice location, nearby beach was lovely. Hotel and grounds very clean
Had a lovely 11 nights here, contrary to some of the reviews we found the food decent, enough choice at each mealtime and the fact there’s a vegetarian option(s) for two of our party that was excellent. The rooms are a decent size and in good order, cleaned to a high standard. We found no issue getting sun-beds and there’s a choice of 3 pools.The staff are extremely friendly and the mini train to Alvor centre , which is free was a nice option to have if you wanted to spend the day on the beach. The resort is on a slope, so if you have mobility issues I would say avoid, the entertainment at night was a bit iffy, but it didn’t detract from a fantastic holiday.
My sister and I are here at present. Food is ok,but ,hats of to the steak resturant though that meal was amazing. Room is big enough,the complex is clean. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.There is a standard cocktail menu,however the bar staff will make you most things if you ask. We have not bothered with the adult only swimming pool,but we would have appreciated an adult only bar in the evening to relax in. We did not see any of the animation sets so cannot comment,but we will say that the evening area was reminiscent of Butlins when we were young.
Amazing time away! Stunning staff memeber from the bar staff to the housekeeping! My fav bar staff were Abdallah and Samar remembering my drinks orders and just generally lovely people! Woman behind the bar too I didn’t catch her name! But so kind so caring! I will be coming back as soon as possible just for the staff!
