Alvor

A traditional fishing village, Alvor is the most southern resort in the Algarve. With fishing boats, cobbled streets and white washed houses, you really get a traditionally Portuguese feel here.

Even with the traditional feel of the resort, there are still excellent golden sandy beaches here. However, Alvor is more than a beach resort, there is a large selection of restaurants to dine at which will suit every taste and with a bus system which will not break the bank, you can take some amazing day-trips to other areas that the Algarve has to offer, making Alvor an excellent hub for a relaxing holiday.
