Excellent hotel . Very attentive staff. Will definitely use again
The hotel was lovely with welcoming and helpful staff. The pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers available no matter the time of day. It is ideally situated across from the beach and a short 10 minute walk into alvor for restaurants. We stayed in a balcony room with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Hotel was very quiet in the evening but the bar stayed open to midnight. Overall great value for a short break
Fab hotel and room. Highly recommend booking a suite. Breakfast was always lovely. The whole vibe of the hotel is relaxed and chilled. 10 minute walk to town along the lovely broadwalk. Bars and restaurants to suit all - steak, fish. Beach is amazing and lovely walks just outside the door. We can’t wait to return to south beach.

Wonderful resort! Few hiccups with our room to start but everything was resolved thanks to Inez and Tito (Office Managers). Pros: Inez and Tito always had a warm greeting and provided excellent suggestions. Obrigada for the wine for my Birthday! Much appreciated and very enjoyable. Maria at the front desk had excellent dinner suggestions. Maria at breakfast provided great service and enjoyed practicing my long forgotten Ukrainian language from years ago. Manuel @ the bar. Very friendly and always knew what libation we would enjoy! Breakfast buffet - sufficient and liked being able to order poached eggs. Got a chuckle out of the stacked books to elevate the bowls at the yoghurt station. Creative!
Location: excellent proximity to the beach and promenade. Enjoyable walk to Old Town and Restaurants. Hiccups… Seaview Room. We called it Bedroom in a Bathroom. Very modern and found solutions to the hiccups. Obrigada to the staff!
