A friendly hotel which has been popular with our guests for many years is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Situated on the attractive promenade, shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate area and it is also within easy reach of Bugibba with its further selection of entertainment.
Fantastic evening, by far a pleasure to all staff are all very attentive and friendly. Food was super! A exceptional service from Arbaj khan, Amal and Rishbh who made the evening more memorable.
Ideal location. Very near bus stop. Staff not to friendly, no good morning or smiles from breakfast staff. Tables were cleared quickly which was nice. House keeping staff however were friendly and always a good morning from them. Prince the housekeeping guy on floor 7 was nice and always willing to help. Hotel definitely not a 4 ⭐️. We had sea view room which was meant to be superior, nothing superior about it. Was standard room with no extras which you would have expected from 4⭐️ hotel. Bathroom needed fresh re-grout & silicone, along with replacement of rusty handrail and sink plug. Breakfast was ok but then again not 4⭐️. Fresh fruit was limited as was dried fruit (only sultanas) for cereal. Only one toast station which had long queues everyday. No fresh juice only watered down concentrate from machine 🤮 Plenty of cooked breakfast items to chose from. Hotel policy of no towels placed early on sunbeds wasn’t adhered to, saddos up and out at 7 each morning placing towel then away half the day. 😡. Pool staff should be removing them and that would sort out problem, As key for towels was in place. Shouldn’t be handing out fresh towels at end of day for early placement next day as was seen.
Firstly not a 4 star .. first impression on check in GREAT, friendly staff, couldn’t check in as room not ready , but luggage room guy brilliant and would say 4 star experience, finally got room , not as bad as expected from previous comments, not 4 star however !
Then the fun starts .. after conquering the crystal maze we find the roof top pool .. OMG looked like a rave , for 4 days we had to inhale weed smoke .. security informed nothing happened , music not best , who wants to relax to the sounds of I want to F..K you all day long , wasn’t exactly nice chilled music , unless you were off your face ( which with second hand smoke of weed we weren’t far off ) it was also dirty , a spilled drink was left uncleaned for 3 days , the storm we had was the best wash the pool area had seen , beautiful infinity pool however. Food not great , not 4 star , would say 3 at best
PLUS it was a cheap last minute get away , had we paid more would have asked for transfer.
Abhishek Kumar Duty Manager was a great help and very respectful. He made our stay pleasant and assisted us with moving around the hotel and moving around. Such a nice gentleman.
Lovely hotel. Highly recommend going to the pool bar and meeting Supervisor, John. He’s an excellent human being- very friendly and helpful.
