Fantastic stay, not one complaint staff very friendly and helpful, room so clean and up to standard
Fantastic hotel 🩷🩷
Absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms! The complimentary fridge was such a great added touch and really made the room even better.
The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, with fantastic views and the option to order drinks and food straight to your sunbed — perfect if you’re feeling extra lazy! 😎 They also have a swim-up pool bar, which was another great touch.
The location in St Paul’s Bay is great, and I’d definitely recommend checking out LOA for dinner and Mamachi in Sliema. A boat trip to the Blue Lagoon in Comino is also a must!
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has a spa, steam room, sauna, fitness room, Pilates on Saturdays, and even a BBQ on Saturday nights. There’s so much to enjoy, but honestly, what we loved most were the rooms — they were incredibly spacious, comfortable and beautifully done.
We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️
Another Excellent Stay – Great Staff, Spacious Rooms and Excellent Facilities
This was our second visit to the Best Western, and once again we had a very enjoyable stay.
We booked an Executive Suite (non-sea view - room only), which was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The room was kept to a high standard throughout our stay and had everything we needed.
The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite and always made us feel welcome. We particularly appreciated being allowed to check in early on our arrival and having a late check-out on our departure. Both were greatly appreciated and made our stay even more convenient and relaxing.
During this visit, I also made use of the hotel’s fitness room, which I found to be well equipped with a good selection of equipment and a very useful facility to have during our stay.
The only minor criticism was the balcony space. Our suite actually had two balconies, but unfortunately both were very small, so we didn’t really make use of them. A slightly larger balcony with space to sit comfortably would have made the room even better.
Overall, this was another excellent stay. Having now visited twice and enjoyed both occasions, we would definitely return to the Best Western again and would happily recommend it to others.

Best Hotel I've Ever Experienced
I think this was perhaps the best hotel experience I've ever had--better than even the Shangri-La in Manila. Everything was clean, modern, and just very refreshing feeling. The customer service was outstanding! The restaurant host was amazing and the concierge who checked me in, Matthew, was the best concierge I've ever met. We were totally vibing since he's from Canada and I'm from the US. The rooftop pool and the swim up bar make you feel like you've made it in life LOL. The breakfast buffet is out of this world! Unfortunately, I opted to do the 4 course meal for dinner and it was not great, but it doesn't even matter because I loved my stay and a mediocre dinner doesn't take anything away. The dinner buffet looked way better, but now I know for next time and can advise friends when I recommend this place. Best of all, it's not a crazy price tag, probably because it's not one of those places along the water's edge that has its own private beach, but again, who cares if the hotel provides such an amazing experience.
