Having recently had a weeks holiday at this hotel, we honestly found it 5 star, firstly the staff were exceptional nothing was to much trouble, rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Secondly the food was superb good choice at breakfast, lunch and evening all to a very high standard. My partner enjoyed the spa treatments she had and said the atmosphere in spa was very restful. Would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel
Tasos was very helpful every morning, all of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was lovely. We were staying for a wedding as a big party and the hotel were very accommodating.
Fantastic hotel.Great staff, Fofie at the bar a diamond.Location to the beach and town superb.An Army of house keepers keep the rooms fully stocked and spotlessly clean.Breakfast was a joy,if you have been you will know.Beautiful pool area nice and chilled.Recommend to anyone
Lovely hotel however let down by some staff members who were rude bordering on obnoxious (especially Reception staff), asked to check out 45 minutes later than their 1100 check out time and was flatly told NO! We have stayed in a few 5 star hotels in the past and this is no where near a 5 star experience. Aida, the lady working at breakfast in the mornings was their only saving grace - a breath of fresh air.
We had the most wonderful stay at this resort in August while celebrating our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was exceptional, and the reception team was absolutely amazing,so welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The entire experience was special, comfortable, and unforgettable. Every detail made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!
