This beach hotel is located in a quiet part of the resort of Tsilivi, surrounded by olive groves and the green hills of Acrotiri. The crystal-clear beach is just a 1-minute walk away and has been awarded a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. This luxury hotel was built in 2009 and is one of the few residences on Zakynthos to offer a high level of service. With only 90 rooms, exclusivity is guaranteed and the hotel successfully combines luxury with cosiness. Guests are invited to wine and dine in the café, bar or restaurant. A children's playground, wireless Internet access and a car park are also available. The state-of-the-art SPA area is a must for guests who wish to experience true relaxation. It includes a hairdressing salon, a beautician, hot tub, heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam. A gym with personal trainer assistance is provided for guests who wish to keep fit.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
My husband and I have been to this hotel 6 times and have always loved it. So much so that we stayed there twice this year! But sadly this was to be our last time. Firstly there was a mix up with our room, we have always previously stayed in premium classic but due to an error with our booking company we were placed in the next block, we spoke to reception and asked if we could be upgraded at some point as we were there for 10 nights and offered to pay the difference, but nothing was offered even though we had spoken to other hotel guests that had been upgraded for free! But we didn’t let this spoil our holiday as we genuinely love it there. But the day before we left to come home there was a very unpleasant incident that we’d never experienced in all the years we’ve stayed there! we reported it straight away to reception/management team who seemed very concerned and advised they would definitely be looking into this serious matter and would get back to us asap. The next morning we left to head home to the UK and nothing was mentioned when checking out, so we assumed that as a matter of good practice and loyalty to our custom we would receive an update via email. We’ve now been home 2 weeks and have received NO contact whatsoever! Its such a shame that we will now have to consider returning to our favourite hotel.
The Hotel is slightly out of town but it is an easy walk. However the hotel has a restaurant or it is a short taxi ride to town if you can't walk. There are numerous coffe shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops in town.
We stayed in Room 735 on the first floor which had views of the gardens and road. It is the room nearest the road but it was not noisy. There is a lift.
There are 3 pools one is adult only and one is an indoor pool. Towels provided and they have lovely comfortable sun beds and a pool bar. If you want additional relaxation they have a Spa.
There is an amazing buffet selection for breakfast which includes a menu freshly prepared by the kitchen. The staff are all friendly.
The room and hotel are spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has 2 sinks which I love and the shower is great.

We had a lovely, relaxing week, end of season. Hotel was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, rooms comfortable and clean. Very near to the beach and some lovely restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were all great, very friendly and helpful especially Tasos who looked after us all week.
We had a great holiday in Greece! The beach was absolutely beautiful and the hotel was lovely. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the whole hotel was very clean. The hotel had great amenities and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Everyone was friendly, the service was great and the food was delicious. Overall, it was very good value for money. The beach was easy to reach and taxis made it simple to explore other places. The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud in the evening. Overall, a wonderful stay! ☀️🌊
We had a wonderful stay at the Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel & Spa in Tsilivi, Zakynthos. This medium-sized resort is kept beautifully clean, tidy and well maintained.
We stayed in junior suite 521. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice and is kept well stocked. Dinner features a well-presented menu with a choice of dishes and a different theme each evening.
The staff are hardworking and attentive. Georgia and Panagiotis deserve a special mention: both were exceptionally friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. They added that extra touch of warmth to an already excellent level of service. A big thank you to both!
Areas for improvement include the limited parking and rather expensive drinks. The biggest drawback, however, is guests reserving sun loungers with towels. This does not belong in a five-star hotel and should be addressed consistently.
All in all, we look back on our stay with great pleasure. A spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained hotel with exceptionally friendly staff who truly make a difference!
