We have just returned, check in was easy, and girl lovely, explained everything, then walked us to our rooms, we were in 106, which was the view of a staircase, didn't really bother us as we weren't in the room much. Food we enjoyed, always very fresh, my only gripe was there were no mint t bags so only had fruit juice at breakfast. Arlent and Julio were chatty and polite. Drinks weren't great, no cocktails, no fizzy wine, no garnish for drinks. Also no branded drinks, that we would have been happy buying. My friend likes brandy, i like Morgan spiced, or tia Maria, at night we saw a couple of tables of people getting asked to keep the noise down, again they were only having fun, if you want it to be quieter you shouldn't keep the bar open till 1am , Keith did a very good job with quiz and bingo, but could be doing with more entertainment, the cleaner did a great job of the rooms every day. Another thing needed is a full length mirror, and lighting not great to do make up in. Overall we met alot of lovely guests, as well as staff, and we had a great time. Only gave some pointers to make the hotel better.
Lovely holiday with family. Food delicious and the staff so friendly. Pool nice and warm and can always get a sun lounger. Accommodation very clean. Only downsides were the bed frames, bashed my leg a few times on the corners. The soft drinks are not branded, not very nice and ended up buying my soft drinks from the shop down the road.
We've just returned. We had a wonderful holiday, one of the best. This hotel is so chilled, totally spotless and some of the best All Inclusive food we've had.
A short walk to town, 8 mins to the supermarket, 23 mins to the beach.
Entertainment was limited but the Greek night was fun. I think more Entertainment would go down well.
Staff were super friendly and helpful . Especially the barman who knew our drinks each evening.
2 negatives. The bed in the family room for 2 adults was so hard. Really not good. Our teens had the singles. We had the sofa bed.
The showers for a late flight behind the main bar are ridiculous! No where to hang a towel, no shower gel, no changing room near. We all had to get changed in the corridor. We asked for a late checkout 2 days before and this was declined. I noticed our room was empty past 4pm. So we could have had it most of the day. Our flight was at 6.30pm so I think we should have been offered an alternative, because the shower arrangements are not suitable at all. A complete let down.
I would go back, but definitely would want a comfy bed and late check out or earlier flight.
We have just returned from a 7 night break and had a wonderful stay. We arrived late at our hotel due to flight delays and missed dinner but a large plate of food had been put into fridge as a late night snack. Our room was on the ground floor and was perfect with everything needed for a comfortable stay, with steps up to pool area this was ideal however maybe not so good for younger toddlers as they would need to be watched. The pool areas were clean and tidy and always a sunbed available. Found people playing ball in the pool quite annoying as they weren’t huge pools so sometimes just having a swim was tricky. All inclusive was perfect for us and my fussy 13 year old always found something to eat and never went hungry. Shuttle bus went into town 3 times a day which was great but the walk was only 15 mins away. The one thing I would say is that there could have been more evening entertainment as often got a little bored after dinner but would walk into town for more lively atmosphere. Overall we had a fantastic week all the staff were friendly and always happy to help. We would return! Thank you filoxenia
This is a decent hotel the refurbished rooms are lovely, balcony is spacious bathroom is weirdly small though! Food is a decent 4 star Greek night was really good. Snacks are limited to what I’ve seen in other hotels with only snacks on for an hour (ice cream is the only thing all day). Bar is fine but no cocktails included in the all inclusive at all is not as good as I’ve seen in other places. All the staff were friendly and polite and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Always sun beds available when it’s a smaller hotel is a real positive. for this time of year. Walk in to town is fine but avoid peak times when it’s this hot.. free bus service is handy for each too. Concierge was very helpful organising boat trips which are really worth it.
