Very amazing experience. Everything was spot on, and the facial offered by Paolina was excellent.

Best Hotel
The hotel is amazing, the staff is very friendly and kind. The facilities are amazing and everything looks and feels prestigious. You really get worth for your money. The rooms are getting cleaned twice a day with new towels and free water bottles. We had a very good massage at the spa for a fair amount. Paulina and Leonie were very kind and the massages were excellent. Highly recommend this Hotel if you want to feel the luxury of Zakynthos.

Class Tsilivi Adult Only Hotel
The location is perfect ,both a 2 minute stroll to the beach and a 3 minute stroll to the main street which has lots of shops,bars,cafes etc. Adult only, not near enough sunbeds for all the guests and greek music mainly that was somewhat repetitive and annoying in our opinion. the rooms are lovely but could probably do with more cupboard space . The shower,toilet,washbasins are all in separate areas albeit in close proximity but with not much privacy. The hotel is spotlessly clean,well done all the cleaning staff. Noise level is peaceful and quiet at night. t.he breakfast is very good, lots of choice hot and cold.In our opinion the value for what you pay is probably just slightly overpriced. Lastly the staff are amazing,engaging in talk if that is your thing, and are so polite and efficient with nothing you ask for being a problem for them. Would definitely recommend and return again. worthy of it's 5 star rating.
