Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Good location, great staff, very stylish, expensive but pool area was a nightmare . No towel reservations but people still did so and then went to breakfast, management did very little to curb. On our first full day we went for lunch and came back to find our towels had been removed with management approval, if you have rules apply to all. Spent the next 8 days on the beach, much better. Rooms are good but shared pool rooms 111 - 118 lose the sun at 11.30, not worth the extra money paid. Would we return, no.
It was a very calm and beautiful space. Thanos the therapist was amazing and gentle. I loved the space. It was clean and relaxing l.

Paulina was amazing! She was attentive, consistently checking on me and the pressure of her work. The massage was unplanned but it was well worth it. Nasséra was so friendly and kept the conversation up, we made some friends for life here.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully modern and immaculately clean, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant was equally impressive, offering an excellent variety of high-quality food for both breakfast and dinner. There was always a great selection to choose from, and everything was beautifully presented.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. They were without doubt one of the highlights of our stay and played a huge part in making our experience so memorable. A very special thank you to Kostas, Stavros, Sofia, Micah, Petros and Amos. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine friendliness were exceptional. They made us feel incredibly welcome and were always attentive without ever being intrusive. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service.
Beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities are important in a five-star hotel, but it is the people who ultimately make a stay unforgettable — and this team certainly did that for us.

We came for our honeymoon for 10 days and stayed in the private pool suite. Everything was amazing The room was spotless, the shower was amazing, we absolutely loved the private pool. Nice and quiet of a night and we slept so well. The atmosphere was great, 2 pools which were great size. We had no trouble having somewhere to sit. Location was great and we had x2 days of boat trips from the port of tsivili which is a 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely restraunts, but we mainly ate at the hotel as it was so lovely. The hotel is pricey to stay but we didnt mind this as it was our honeymoon and wanted a luxury stay and it was worth the money. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so friendly, helpful and would always have a chat with us. They recommended lovely restaurants and places to visit. Every interaction with the staff was positive and they made our honeymoon so special and memorable thank you.
