This stunning hotel stands on a beautiful sandy bay, between turquoise blue water and acres of olive groves. It is only 6 km out of Zante Town on the outskirts of Tsilivi, close to a selection of bars and tavernas. This air-conditioned hotel promises guests a memorable stay with its friendly atmosphere and traditional Greek hospitality. All rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed to make guests feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by the garden area, provides the seamless environment for guests to sit back and unwind. Guests can also make use of the tennis and basketball courts, complete with floodlights.
Enjoy a range of recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a sauna. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area.
Did foot massage and facial treatment! Nora was soooo good, feel very comfortable during the treatment and amazing after. Nora was best, super recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐ A lovely stay with truly incredible staff
We’ve just returned from a lovely stay in Zakynthos and overall had a really enjoyable holiday. There were definitely some areas that could be improved, but the staff were genuinely the highlight of our stay and deserve a huge amount of recognition.
Rooms – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unfortunately, we wouldn’t say the rooms are quite 5-star. They were perfectly comfortable and clean, but in our opinion they didn’t quite meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel.
We were allocated room 923, which unfortunately meant we were in the block opposite the bar. The bar played fairly loud music until around 11:30pm, which made having an early night quite difficult. That said, if you like staying out later, the location is actually great as there is a bar right outside the hotel if the evening entertainment isn’t really your thing.
Food – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was good and there was a nice variety overall. Our only real criticism at breakfast was that there simply weren’t enough pastries! They seemed to disappear very quickly, so it would have been nice to see a bigger selection and more available throughout breakfast.
A special shoutout has to go Vasco in the Cullinarium where we had lunch most days, Vasco was amazing. He was incredibly attentive, the food was delicious and the service was so quick. We couldn’t fault him!
Facilities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The facilities are always kept very clean, but unfortunately we felt there simply weren’t enough of them for the number of rooms. There are too many rooms and not enough pools, which meant the pool area could feel quite overcrowded.
One of the biggest positives, however, is the hotel’s direct access to the beach. This gives you a fantastic alternative to the busy pool area and makes it much easier to find some space and relax. The beach is private to the hotel and has sunbeds on the sand, the staff don’t leave you behind if your down there either, they will still take drinks orders from you and offer you your free 2 minute massage. The sea was beautiful, it was so clear and some days warmer than the pool!
We also loved the little extras, such as the masseuses coming around the sunbeds offering a free 2-minute massage. Such a lovely touch!
Entertainment – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The evening entertainment was good and had a really chilled atmosphere. There was live music every night, which we really enjoyed. It wasn’t overly loud or intense and made for a lovely way to spend the evenings.
Staff – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (11/10!) If I could give the staff more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. They were 10-star staff – genuinely 11/10 and completely faultless.
Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The bar staff in particular were incredible and really made our stay special.
A massive shoutout to Giannis, who mainly worked in the bar in our block. I genuinely cannot express enough what a great guy he is. He is friendly, chatty and professional, and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. He deserves a pay rise! 😂
Another very special shoutout to Petros. He has only been working there for a few months and is in charge of the daily towel exchanges. We also noticed him every evening moving all of the sunbeds back into place once everyone had left. He is basically the fairy that makes everything look perfect again every morning! 🧚♂️ I have no doubt Petros doesn’t get enough praise or thank-yous for the work he does behind the scenes, but we noticed it and thought he was absolutely amazing.
TUI Reps – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The TUI reps were also fantastic. Alex in particular was brilliant and was always helpful and approachable.
Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is great, especially being right next to the beach. The easy access to the beach is a massive positive, particularly because the pool area can feel overcrowded.
The view from the pool however is beautiful, especially at sunset, our favourite thing was to have dinner at around 7 so we could be outside playing card games with a drink in hand in time for the sun to go down, it was breathtaking.
Nothing was too far to get to and every taxi we took the driver was also great, everyone on this island will go above and beyond for you!
There is also a souvenir shop directly outside the hotel, which is really convenient and sells pretty much everything you might need, including lilos, sun cream, food and water. The tap water is also drinkable, which is useful to know.
Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday and would definitely take away a lot of positives from our stay. The biggest thing that stands out is the staff – they truly make this hotel what it is. Every single person we came across was lovely and went above and beyond.
We had a great time and would like to say a massive thank you to every member of staff, especially Giannis, Petros, Vasco, Alex and all of the amazing bar staff who made our holiday so memorable. ❤️

Great restful atmosphere and good food (good variety). Very friendly, helpfull and professional staff. Right next to an ok beach. Clean rooms and general areas. My room had a mediocre view, but was on the quieter side of the resort, which was good, as entertainment near the pool can get a bit loud in the evening (but not until all that late, fortunately). Had a very nice massage by Dimitra while there, would recommend.
Don’t normally go for spa experience but thought we’d give it ago. Head, shoulder & back massage Wow feel super relaxed now, all knots gone Dimitra was amazing, checked to make sure everything ok throughout Atmosphere was relaxing
Tried a full body massage using Raki at the spa Nora did an amazing massage, feeling fantastic
