This stunning hotel stands on a beautiful sandy bay, between turquoise blue water and acres of olive groves. It is only 6 km out of Zante Town on the outskirts of Tsilivi, close to a selection of bars and tavernas. This air-conditioned hotel promises guests a memorable stay with its friendly atmosphere and traditional Greek hospitality. All rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed to make guests feel at home. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by the garden area, provides the seamless environment for guests to sit back and unwind. Guests can also make use of the tennis and basketball courts, complete with floodlights.
Had the best massage of my life from Paulina . She’s so attentive and will go above and beyond to make sure you’ll have an unforgettable experience. I’m someone who really loves a good massage and I always book on my trips and on my every day life. That was definitely one to remember. Left so chilled and the tension on my shoulders was significantly better. Can’t wait to book again. Highly recommended..
Nora was very good, I would definitely go again! Thanks very much
Pros:
The staff are absolutely amazing, very friendly, very helpful, always smiling and provide whatever you need with no fuss.
Food quality is very good with a fair amount of variety, exceptional effort goes into the desserts particularly, the snack bar is the highlight of the hotel and is advised to go to at lunch at to break up the buffet style meals of the main restaurants. Omelettes cooked to order at breakfast are fantastic.
The resort is well maintained, beds and umbrellas are all in good condition, generally just a very nice place to be.
Plenty of sunbeds, some of the pool beds and beds nearer to the sea/pool are reserved early but there is still plenty of options left come 9-9:30am should you not be an early riser.
Amazing selection of drinks, all very well made. The staff prefer to do a sunbed service rather than ordering at the bar due to the busyness of the bar which is fair enough, small waits at times but completely understandable with how busy they are. Advised to bring your own insulated water bottle so you can stay hydrated without having to rely on the waitresses purely just for water.
Entertainment is absolutely fabulous and the best of any all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at, great variety and even sometimes two or three acts in one evening. The guy on the cello performing at dinner time in the lobby was unbelievably good.
Cons:
We found this to be a particularly noisy hotel, the door of the room is like cardboard and let in every sound from the corridor. As per usual, there was also some unruly Brits who couldn’t handle their drink and decided to have a full blown war in their room which then spilled into the corridor and persisted for the best part of 2 hours. The hotel did their best to resolve this but it is completely unacceptable and rather embarrassing behaviour - shame on you whoever you were. Also, don’t worry about setting an alarm as there will be a housekeeping trolley roll over the gaps in the tiles and wake you up at 7am through the paper thin door everyday.
Music is played at the snack bar which can be heard by the small pool, but if at the back of the grass area on the opposite side you can’t hear it. Would be nice to have something of a relatively low volume to listen to during the day in my opinion.
Beach party music was overly loud and could be heard across the entire resort, a chance of an early night on this evening is virtually impossible although it did end promptly at 11pm.
The air con in the bar and lobby area isn’t at its full capability, or if it is, isn’t managed properly through closing doors etc. It is extremely warm when sat trying to have a drink, this isn’t the case in the rooms though where the air con is sufficient but isn’t able to be taken below 18 degrees.
The 2 minute free massages aren’t ‘free’, they come with a pressure at the end and a ten minute brief on prices and treatments. I personally do not like this and they do the rounds of the beds every single day, sometimes twice a day, whilst I appreciate this is to drum up business I know where the spa is and I should be able to voluntarily research prices in a brochure in my room without having it forced down my neck, if I enjoy my 2 free minutes I would then go to the spa to book in.
There are no smoking areas - you are constantly plagued by disgusting second hand smoke, either during the day or in the communal seating enjoying the evening entertainment. In my opinion efforts should be made to encourage people to smoking areas within the hotel, very little courtesy is shown to others in this regard.
Absolutely brilliant got to go
Amazing spa experience with Paulina. I had Hippocrates body massage which was amazing (unlike any body treatment ive had before) and an Ice glow facial which felt so refreshing! I feel a million dollars. Will definitely be going again 🥰
