Nice and clean rooms with aircondition Great Service by the stuff and the guest Manager Evelyn Breakfast and Diner as Buffet with good quality Large Pool and a nice Pool bar
We had a very nice stay in the hotel and enjoyed it absolutely. Everybody was so friendly and Evelyn made everything possible. Even a longer stay in the room before leaving was no problem. Would come again.
This Hotel advertises as 4* IT IS NOT! The rooms are dated, accommodation very limited, we turned up as 3 Mature Ladies having booked a room stated as 'A Double Bed & 2 Singles' we were taken to a room with a double bed in it and a cot, we refused to stay in there and spent many hours trying to negotiate with the receptionist RODI, not a very nice person... Finally we were given a twin room with a cot, not ideal but we swapped beds every night so that we all got to have the pleasure of the cot.... we were told we could only have this room for 5 nights then back to the double for 2 (joy). A couple of days in, reception told us we could keep the room and looked at us for acceptance indicating that they had done us a favour (NOT). The room had only 2 tea cups, mouldy sachets clearly not renewed... these in turn were never replenished the whole time of our stay. Pool towels were supposed to be provided daily, again they were not, we had to ask for them. Pool Bar was manned until 11pm, no atmosphere, music was to the Bar Man's taste only.... they do not serve small beers on draught so you had to have a large tankard or a tin of Heineken, not even the local beer. The Hotel Bar was never open. The pool area was clean, the children's pool was filthy, the playground was old and dated and quite frankly I would not put my child in there!! The Hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach and bars/restaurants at a cost of 2.50 euros each, the last shuttle back was 2130hrs, not ideal so we took taxis back for a cost of 8 euros which was very reasonable. You could walk it but it would take you a good hour to get to a decent beach / bar / restaurant. Quite frankly I would definitely go back to Skala as very beautiful, highly recommend Captain Vangelis Boat Trips but would not stay in this awful Hotel and would strongly advise you do not either.
It was located in a beautiful place. Amazing customer service. Clean rooms. Thank you family from Prague.
The hotel is exactly as advertised stunning views, beautiful calm and relaxing. Rooms clean and tidy fresh sheets and towels daily. This year a special touch - Evelyn guest relations nothing too much trouble, lovely person very knowledgeable and helpful. lovely touch ...
