Excellent location and staff
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Polikastrisca Palace and would highly recommend it! The location is excellent — very close to some of the best beaches in Corfu. The hotel is located right above La Grotta Bar, which quickly became our favorite spot and we went there every day. There are also beautiful beaches within easy walking distance, which made the location even more convenient. The swimming pool is fantastic, with an amazing sea view. The staff were absolutely wonderful — extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange a rental car, make restaurant reservations, and were always happy to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Great location, beautiful views, fantastic pool, and truly lovely people. Highly recommended!
A hotel with a view
The hotel is beautiful, featuring a classic style and incredible views. The reception staff provided excellent service and remained attentive despite being very busy. There were also a lot of parkinglots at the hotel. On the downside, the hotel is showing some signs of wear, and the rooms lack soundproofing; we were also very disappointed with the breakfast, as many items had run out and there were constant long lines at several stations. It was a shame that several areas of the hotel—such as the rooftop restaurant/bar and the lobby bar—felt so empty, even though the hotel was fully booked. A bit of a refresh and a touch of more coziness might be needed to attract more guests.

Great location Very polite and friendly staff. Christina at Front Desk was very helpful in everything we asked. Vasilis bellman,Mr Simos & Ms.Paraskevi always with a smile. Vasilis a young service staff at breakfast asking if we need something. Dimistris at Front Desk helped out at our quieres. Location incredible!

Lovely hotel, fantastic views of Paleokastritsa Harbour and surrounding coves.
Situated on a steep cliff side, which means loads and loads of steps.
Despite the many steps the hotel is well appointed, with polite and helpful staff.
Food has been very good albeit Buffet (not a fan of buffets..temperature etc.) The menu at the lunch time café, Poseidon, is limited, however, every option was tasty and plentiful.
There's entertainment too, the best was watching Mamma Mia by the rooftop pool under the stars...not sure why they only do this once a week.
Let's return to the "steps", we're both fit and active (fortunately) if you have any infirmity, this is not the place for you. The nearest accessible sea area, perfect for snorkeling is La Grotta but its down 120 steps. The next nearest beach is a fair walk and again involves descending a lot of steps. There are sunbeds on this beach, which are quite expensive.
