Theo Sunset Bay Holiday Village is ideally situated between the vibrant Paphos Harbour and the beautiful Coral Bay, offering guests the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This family-run hotel is just 150 meters from a sandy beach, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming.
A quick 10-minute drive will take you to Paphos, a bustling town known for its markets, shopping, and entertainment options. Whether you're in the mood for a day of sightseeing or a night out, Paphos has something for everyone.
The hotel boasts a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Guests can unwind in the infinity pool with hydromassage facilities or relax in the health club, which features a heated indoor pool, and sauna. For dining, the restaurants serves local specialties and international cuisine, while the Café & Pool Bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and light snacks.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Had a great experience after a poor start due to problems with the room. Sorted out eventually. Hotel amenities amazing and food and service excellent Will be coming back for sure

We booked a junior suite. There was nothing “suite” like about it. We were allocated a room at the bottom of the hill. Quite a trek especially with luggage. They have made an “easy” route so you can avoid the stairs but this is still a steep route and you need to cling onto your suitcases going down otherwise they are gone!
The room wasn’t very clean, marks on the bath, no hot water. The hairdryer is built into a drawer (collapses when you open it) and wiring exposed on the hair dryer.
After this we asked to move due to these issues which they did do the following day.
Room also advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities and a coffee maker. You get two coffee pods as your “welcome gift” but after that you have to buy them from the shop.
As for the tea, coffee, milk doesn’t really get replaced and have to ask for it, and toilet rolls.
The rest of the hotel makes up with it with lovely helpful staff. Decided to upgrade from bed and breakfast to all inclusive when we arrived as there is not a great deal of restaurants and bars near the hotel unless you get a bus (not great either for time keeping or safety! Drivers rude and very dangerous drivers) food at the hotel was good and had different theme nights to always offer a variety:
Definitely recommended the Senses on the Beach restaurant just down the hill from the hotel. Lovely food, views and the staff are wonderful!
Overall quite a bit of false advertising from this hotel and definitely could make some improvements.
Only stayed 1 night due to a flight cancellation , beautiful views, very clean and modern hotel, room spotless, buffet breakfast good. Staff members very helpful .
This was our third trip to sunset and it didn't disappoint. The rooms have some dated features in the bathrooms, but everything is functional and very clean. The views are second to none. I have read some reviews that complain about the food I DON'T UNDERSTAND, the food is outstanding. Every day a different theme and we were spoilt for choice, it is all fresh, cooked very well and VERY tasty, even the salad is excellent, compliments to the chef for such delicious food.. The pools are fantastic and the new adult only pool is brilliant, again compliments the the hotel. All the staff were very friendly (as usual) a special mention for Andreas in the pool bar. a fantastic barman. If i was to criticise one area it would be the evening entertainment which we found a little too flat and depressing. Overall an outstanding hotel that we will be visiting again....and again...and again Thank you to all the staff from the housekeeping team to the manager, excellent
This was our 7th visit to the Theo. We love it here, for a 3☆+ this hotel excels. The staff are friendly and polite, they are always willing to help. The bar staff, Lucas, Cressy, Zoe and the boys work so hard your never waiting long. Keep up the good work. See you next year !!!
