Lovely setting, two great pools, amazing sunset views!
Food was varied and with themed nights. I am gluten free and this was the best experience I've had at an all inclusive resort, I ordered my meals in advance to ensure no cross contamination from the buffet, there were 20 choices of meal and 10 deserts as well as the second restaurant which provided gluten free meze.
Fresh fruit and mini dessert left in room fridge each day as well as branded fizzy drinks.
The entertainment during the day was fun if you wish to join in a big thanks to Nora and Lilla who were fantastic! standard evening entertainment of Elvis/Greek dancing and magic etc.
The staff are truly the stand out part of Louis Paphos Breeze, they constantly went above and beyond, were friendly and helpful. Zaki the room cleaner was outstanding leaving us lots of towel creations! Bibo and Dipak from the restaurant and pool bar were so kind, always remembering us and my food allergies. Georges the bus driver is the life and soul of the party and even helped us to make some new friends!! Giannis was an amazing help, super friendly and supportive.
Overall brillaint stay and would return.
First visit to this hotel. First the positives. Very attentive, friendly, professional staff. Good quality food all day. Outside areas, spotless. Plenty of sunbeds, padded sunbeds as well. Spa, good value. Animation team worked extremely hard. Entertainment, mixed, but nevertheless entertaining….a bit disorganised at times, especially bingo…but fun. Few negatives Rooms bland, in need of update especially bathrooms. Very little premium drinks. Hotel says no towels on sunbeds before 9.30 and would be removed…didn’t happen. Also no inflatables in pool….didnt happen. Hotel a little isolated…no bars nearby to stroll out to. If late check out, no courtesy room….have to use showers in spa…not ideal. But, All in all a chilled out holiday and staff made it good for their service. Would we return? Undecided as yet.
Just back from a week’s stay at the Louis Breeze in Pathos, having previously stayed at two of the franchise’s hotels in the past. This is a family hotel, unlike the adult-only type we have visited. Unfortunately, we arrived close to midnight and, although there were sandwiches in our room, they appeared to be stale so were left untouched. We had a ground floor suite that was incredibly spacious, comfortable and had a walk-in shower. There was plenty of storage space and the bed was comfortable. Although the suite can sleep up to four, the “beds” on the sofas did not look very comfortable!! Tea and coffee facilities along with a fridge and a microwave. Water was provided each day and the tea, coffee etc. was similarly replenished. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard so no complaints there. There are two pools, including an adult-only one, along with a separate toddler’s pool. There are plenty of sun beds and these are taken early in the morning! There are two pool bars, although the one for the main pool is quite small and tucked away in a corner. We opted to stay at the adult only pool and staff there were excellent throughout the week. There is also a garden area overlooking the sea and there are plenty of sunbeds in this area. The food selection throughout the week was of a good quality, themed nights, and an excellent range of options. Again staff here were very professional, helpful, polite and interactive. Similarly, staff at the main bar were very eager to please. The evening entertainment had music, comedy, local dancing etc. and was brought in from outside. Unfortunately, they had to perform at the main poolside and their offerings warranted better than that. The hotel’s entertainment team seemed new and appeared to lack confidence and experience when interacting with guests. In fact they seemed to spend their time with guests they already knew!! Hotel management seemed to walk around inspecting everything and during our time there, failed to interact with guests. The hotel is “out on a limb” and, although there is a courtesy bus into town, this does not run in the evenings. Overall, we had a lovely stay with comfortable accommodation, excellent food and drink, a quiet pool and some decent entertainment. However, our experiences at other Louis hotels has been much better than this one.
Lovely hotel for a chilled all inclusive week in the sun. The staff make the hotel feel like one big family. They are always friendly and service was consistently very good. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to feel rushed in the mornings. Food was amazing, especially the cooked meats and cakes. Drinks were always served very quickly but during busy periods in the evening although service was quick the drinks sometimes came in plastic cups which could be improved on. Hotel is quite remote but there are beautiful walks along the promenade just outside the hotel and they offer a free minibus to the harbour daily. Would highly recommend.
We've just had a lovely chilled week here. I have mobility issues so requested a ground floor suite which was a godsend. Lovely large terrace with the room overlooking the pool. Drinks service to your sunbeds - big shout out to Hassan who kept us topped up all week! Sunbeds themselves are very comfy, thick comfortable cushions and they prop up high enough for you to sit and read, and there were plenty of them, we didnt need to reserve any - we did go during term time though so not sure what it's like during high season. The hotel staff are all friendly and hard working, especially the restaurant staff including the lovely Iliana who looked after us most of the week. Bottles of water left in the fridge daily - I did see one review who said they were left fizzy drinks and fruit, but we didn't get that. The only negative is the location, it is quite remote. There is a sports bar around the corner but it is very small. However, there is a free bus from the hotel to the shopping mall and the harbour that runs 4 times daily, 5 days a week. George the driver is hilarious, a history lesson is included with the journey. We have stayed at other Louis hotels in Paphos but I think this has become our new favourite, we will be returning in 2027
