Had a neck & back massage with Istvan & he is excellent and full of knowledge. Well worth a visit.

Their Room is not cool enough, so warm we could not sleep at night, they changed our room while still warm because they are setting up the AC central temperature on 23 degrees centigrade which is so hot specially the time for sleeping.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is disorganized and chaotic, offering the same types of food of low quality.
You may have to wait a very long time, up to 45 minutes, to get the towels for the pool, meaning the hotel doesn't have enough for all guests. This causes a waste of guests' time and disrupts the scheduling of their daily itinerary.
So cheap low level selected local drinks
There's a racist policy during dinner; they refuse entry to any man wearing a sleeveless top, while women can enter almost naked wearing sleeveless tops and very short dresses that reveal 70% of their bodies. This is extremely disturbing, uncomfortable, and racist. This is a summer hotel for a relaxing beach vacation, not a formal dinner party as they claim it is dress coat, it is a holiday resort which has to be comfortable and like the guest during vacations and their stay also we are in 2026 which mean no different between men or women of what they wear.
The cost is so high for a such low level services , it is not 5 stars and not even 4 stars level services it is just 3 stars Top maximum.

Location The hotel is quite a way out from the main area of Paphos, so I would definitely recommend having a hire car if you want to explore the area. We had one, which made getting around much easier. If you don't have a car, a taxi into Paphos was around €22 for a return trip. The hotel is right on the beachfront, which sounds lovely, but unfortunately the beach itself isn't sandy and isn't really somewhere you can sit and relax. This was a little disappointing as we were expecting more from a hotel advertised as being beachfront.
Room The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was spacious, clean and had a good-sized balcony with a lovely sea view. We were really pleased with the room overall and found it very comfortable for a week's stay. One thing worth mentioning, particularly if you're not travelling as a couple, is the lack of privacy in some areas of the room. For example, the bathroom has a see-through glass door and the shower blinds don't provide much privacy, even when they are fully down, as you can still see through them from the bedroom. This wouldn't be an issue for everyone, but it's something to be aware of.
Staff Unfortunately, this was probably the biggest disappointment for us. We didn't find the majority of the staff particularly friendly or welcoming during our stay. There seemed to be a lack of warmth and enthusiasm, which you wouldn't really expect from a hotel advertised as 5-star. The main manager in particular didn't come across as very welcoming. The exception was the lifeguard, who was friendly and pleasant.
Entertainment There was plenty of entertainment available and there was always something going on, which was good. However, we didn't find the entertainment particularly impressive for a 5-star hotel. Most of it consisted of singers and dancers. There was nothing particularly memorable or special about it, although there was enough going on if you wanted something to watch in the evenings.
Food & Drinks The food was generally good, with a large variety of options available, so there was plenty of choice throughout our stay. The cocktail selection was also a highlight. There was a really good variety to choose from and most of the cocktails we tried were very nice.
The Mexican and Greek restaurants were particularly good and definitely worth trying. However, you only get the opportunity to visit each of these restaurants once during your stay, which was a shame as we would have happily gone back.
The masseuse istvan was very professional and nice. Thank you very much for everything. We will meet again soon.
I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The massage was absolutely relaxing and exactly what I needed. The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and skilled, making me feel comfortable and completely at ease throughout the treatment.
Everything was perfect — from the relaxing atmosphere to the quality of the massage. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again.
