review You know what. This review was originally going to be 4 stars. But after today if I could give it 0 I really would. This evening, the day we depart has genuinely ruined our entire stay and I could not be more upset. I went down for dinner to watch one of the staff members boot a cat. Not a nudge, not a kick, I mean BOOT. A light nudge, I’d understand. But now I genuinely feel sick. I went over and told him you don’t kick cats, Regardless. Don’t kick them. He Laughed. He actually laughed. I Walked out, went to my partner sobbing and we left immediately. This has genuinely ruined our whole experience, put a downer on the entire stay. I feel sick, I feel angry, and i’m absolutely heartbroken. Genuinely ruined the whole experience. Wish we never came. Can’t wait to get home. Genuinely thankful that no children saw that, because it genuinely has broken my heart. I would not recommend this hotel.
