Reflecting its exotic surroundings, the Cynthiana Beach Hotel allows it's visitors to enjoy spacious accommodation with quintessential Mediterranean flare throughout. All 230 well appointed room have been designed with comfort in mind and through the use of pastel tones and natural wood, an atmosphere of warmth combined with modern elegance has been created. All rooms are fully acclimatised with a private balcony, satellite television and a hairdryer.
The hotel strives for guest comfort and relaxation, which it achieves through a selection of facilities including a steamy sauna and a large outdoor pool that is overlooked by sun loungers and towering palm trees. If however, you'd like to breakup your laid back stay, the hotel features a comprehensive list of sporting activities including a well-equipped gym, a floodlit artificial-grass tennis court, table tennis, volleyball and bicycle renting which, is ideal for taking in the coast and discovering secluded beach spots.

We have yet to fly out to hotel Cynthiana for a second time as last year there, was amazing. We are a returning couple arriving on the 30th this month. An absolutely lovely hotel with lovely staff. See you soon hotel Cynthiana x
I went to this hotel as a solo traveller all inclusive, I booked a room with a sea view and that's what I got. I arrived just after midnight and was told if i went to the bar they would make me a sandwich and a drink. Checking in was fast friendly gentleman on reception. My room was lovely tea and coffee making facilities , a fridge and air con plus there was a hair dryer in the drawer. It's 2 euros a day for the safe well worth it. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, lots of sunbeds and different areas to sit . The Maintenance team are lovely. The food in the hotel wasn't to bad I'm a fussy eater but always found something I liked the restaurant staff were very friendly also. There was always plenty of tables you just gave staff your room number when you had sat down. You are also given a blue sunbed towel which you can change by the indoor spa. My room was cleaned every day and always smelt lovely when I went back in after a day by the sea. Would I stay here again. I most certainly would but would be for 10 day next just wish the evening flight times were a bit earlier. Next time il pay to keep my room on for long as you have to be out for 12.
Beautiful hotel with the most amazing sunsets
We arrived at the hotel after 11pm, were signed in and given instructions and directions to our room, plus advised to go to the bar which was very quiet, for a sandwich and a drink. We had booked a sea view room which we had, lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea. There was a footpath to other blocks in front of the room whereas it wasn’t private, we didn’t find it intrusive. The room was clean and refreshed each day, bed was comfortable, tea coffee and milk cartons provided, also a full size fridge, aircon old but very effective thank goodness. Hand wash, body wash and shampoo are provided in dispensers. The safe was 2€ per day and late check out was 50€ which as we booked All Inclusive we felt was worth it as we weren’t being picked up until 7.30pm, it was like adding an extra day to the holiday as you still had access to everything. The hotel has superb swimming pools, plus a sea water lagoon which we absolutely loved plus easy access into the sea. Sunbeds were usually taken by mid morning and you had to be quick to get one by the lagoon. As we were AI we had access to food and drink all day as part of the package and the bars had menu of drinks including cocktails on the bar specifically for AI guests (wearing wristbands). The prices weren’t that steep if you did go ‘off menu’ which we did a couple of times. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were in the main restaurant, snacks and other food was from the poolside restaurant. Drinks also served from the beach bar. The food was plentiful, a bit repetitive however you could choose different dishes each visit and of the quantity you would expect from a 3 star hotel. There is a mini mart attached to the hotel selling essentials, gifts and beach attire which was pretty reasonable cost wise. Staff were very helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, especially Maria. We would definitely return. Please note that Full Board = all your main meals only, doesn’t include snacks and drinks, AI does include snacks and drinks from the AI menu, in my opinion AI is worth it just for the drinks as Cyprus gets so hot in the summer. Although we did eat out at lunch time on a few occasions.
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Cynthiana Beach hotel. The location is amazing, staff are so lovely, especially Sabrina and Aphroditie in the bar, all other staff also kind, sorry didnt know your names. We met some lovely people from UK, Poland and Netherlands. Many people havd returned year after year. I can understand why. Although the room did require updating, bed really comfy and fresh towels every day. We will definately be returning to this hotel for fabulous location and so friendly staff. We ate out every night as we were on bed and breakfast basis. Tavern next door we visited on few occasions, Sea Breeze restaurant and Harmony restaurant a must. Goodbye Cynthiana, see you again.
Will give a fair review as always very good location by the see ,food ok ,rooms ok clean ,staff work hard pools all good !! But if you have paid as we did ( FULLY INCLUSIVE ) with TUI you in for a surprise as a lot of stuff you will have to pay for like any juices food in any other bar but the main one so by the pools by the beach you pay ! It’s just basic you get ! Feels a bit like your second best if you pre pay for some reason the soft drinks are flat which makes a horrible drink , no tea or coffee with your dinner they turn them off don’t understand that one ,gym ,sauna, you pay ! Will still had a good time if they looked at these issues would be really good stay !!
