LUBIMA
The hotel is a good place to stay for a week. It's a good base for trips to many places. The staff is very helpful, especially the waitress Lubima, who is full of positive energy, professional, helpful, and offers delicious drinks. We highly recommend her! The most amazing place & the beach bar was incredible! The best espresso martini was made by Nicolae, best bar man! Even correct about the beer being better in a paper cup 🤣

Fantastic all round
5 Star holiday and would definitely come back.
On the lead up to the trip there were a couple of reviews that made me wonder if we had made a mistake in booking. I couldn’t have been more wrong!
This hotel is fantastic. The food is hands down the best all inclusive hotel food I have had anywhere in the world. Particularly the Asian al a carte restaurants that you can use as many times as you like during your stay. I think because there is a quite a large proportion of non all inclusive guests it means you get great quality food and portions are too big if anything. The quality of food isn’t just at the Al a carte restaurants the all inclusive restaurant served delicious food at both breakfast and dinner with a different theme every night.
I would recommend the pool bar for lunch where there is table service and an amazing selection of food. The staff are very attentive throughout the hotel and a big thank you to Orkhan the Asian restaurant chef (his food is incredible). Belinder the waitress at both the Asian restaurant and breakfast couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and Nikos does a brilliant job at the pool restaurant and Italian.
It is close to the beach which is lovely. Don’t expect lovely sandy beaches as it isn’t that but the water is lovely. Utilise the coral beach water sports people for the turtle trip it’s a once in a lifetime experience.
If there were any negatives it would be the usual sunbed wars that are all to familiar with all inclusive holidays. There were days we got up at 06:30 to try and get subbed by the pool but the beds were already taken. Personally I don’t think anyone should have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed near the pool but that being said there are plenty of sunbeds around the hotel just not all that close to the pool.
Thank you for a really fantastic holiday and if you’re considering coming or not sure by a couple of the reviews then don’t be a book to come.
Outstanding service - definitely 5*
A fantastic stay and 5* service throughout! We stayed in a superior room with beach/sea view on an all inclusive + package. Room was immaculate with complementary drinks & snacks in the mini fridge. The beds and pillows are very comfortable: best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Our room was cleaned daily. All of staff without exception are welcoming and helpful.
We took advantage of the package we had to book meals in other on site restaurants and highly recommend Romazzino: the food was wonderful: Mediterranean with exquisite flavour. The service was outstanding and we were impressed with the alcohol free options because neither of us drink. The manager made a recommendation of a beautiful alcohol free wine and when we booked again for the next evening (this was an extra which we gladly paid for) he gave us a complementary bottle!
We ate breakfast, lunch and some evening meals in the Armonia and the food was excellent: something for every taste! Again the restaurant is well managed and food is varied and fresh.
Don’t worry about those reviews saying ‘sunbeds are broken’ some were a little used but the maintenance people soon sorted this. You do not have to get up at the crack of dawn to grab a sun lounger. There are plenty. Ofcourse, if you want to be by the pool then this is often busy with families and some folk did ‘reserve’ beds. As we were a couple we just wandered down whenever we were ready after a leisurely breakfast and always found a sunbed.
If your feet are sensitive like mine, I’d take beach shoes as there are rocks but it really was a lovely quiet beach.
Despite it being peak season, this hotel felt relaxed and very welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. The gym is great too. I didn’t go to the spa but it looked amazing.
We often relaxed by the beach bar; again wonderful staff and excellent service.
This hotel has everything you need especially if you are a couple who just need a week to recharge and focus on your wellbeing . Even the courtesy showers are great with clean facilities and fresh towels. From start to finish, our every need was catered for. We came back relaxed and refreshed . Will be booking again for next year.
Congratulations to the management and the team (especially the team in Romanzzio) one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in: definitely 5 star!
