This aparthotel enjoys an enviable setting, lying just a 5 minutes' driving distance from Paphos Town. The aparthotel is situated just 15 km from Faros Beach, allowing for ease of access to a number of activities and attractions in the area. The complex is conveniently located just 18 km from Paphos International Airport. This delightful complex greets guests with charm and style, exuding a sense of Greek splendour. The guest studios and apartments are beautifully appointed, reflecting the beauty of the surroundings in their style. The complex affords guests an extensive choice of excellent facilities, meeting the leisure, dining and recreational needs of every type of traveller. Guests can indulge in the ultimate invigoration at this complex, and enjoy rejuvenating treatments in the spa.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Where do I start? I booked last minute for myself and wife. We booked self-catering as we know Cyprus well and it's great to eat out. About this place? It's a mixture of residential and holiday apartments, more residents than holiday makers. If you dont have a car your stuck here as it's in the middle of nowhere. If you do want to go to coral bay or paphos it's 30 euros return by an unlicensed taxi. The alarm bells started ringing soon as I turned ip the drive to the complex. The road is unlit and in poor condition, you turn into the complex and the roads are worse. At first glance it looks ok but it's not. Got to reception and greeted by an older gentleman, told him who I was, he gave me a key showed me on a map where my apartment was. I said do you need my passport, nope never asked to see any id, got to our apartment. Wow it was basic, I wasn't expecting luxury but I was expecting something a little better. One saucepan a big one lol, one frying pan. One teaspoon, one mug and two small cups odd size plates a few knives and forks. Kettle and toaster were the highlight lol. Bathroom had a shower with a shower curtain that was to short so water ran on the floor, sink hanging off the wall. One hand towel and one bath towel for two people. We did get more after a couple of days, same as pillows we had one each but had to ask for more. Aircon worked but started dripping after a while. The The place itself is falling apart, only one pool and that is rotten, it got cleaned while we were there but it wasn't much better. The bar ? When it was open not a great lot of choice, had to go and look for someone most of the time as it was left unattended. The shop if that's what you call it, very basic, hardly ever open and when it was you could get pop water and crisps, no milk, bread or butter but you could get durex lol . The management? None existent, No organisation at all. If your here with children and no transport I feel sorry for you. If you like cats and dogs you might like it here as theirs loads of them roaming. One positive thing is that the food was pretty good considering if the kitchen was open. I'm going to stop now or I will be here forever. Hope this helps ?

Definitely a very affordable option to enjoy Pafos
Horrible service, we have to move apartment 3 times in 4 days on holiday. On arrival day they didn't had empty room for us so they over booked it. After fighting and stressful conversation they give use temporary arrangement for stay one night. We move to other place and AC was not cool enough also we had another stressful conversion for Kitchen elements for self catering. Next day water stop we moved again to different apartment. We have to ask for each and every basic thing like towel, bed sheet pillow, Kitchen utilise, blanket....
You feel like you had good deal and cheap but it is trap.
This is not a 4* hotel as advertised on this website. It is more along the lines of a 2 or 3. That said, this should not put you off booking it but you do need to manage your expectations accordingly. We got this accomodation at a very decent price (£90 for 7 nights, 2 people, 1 bedroom studio). That alone kind of tells you what to expect, and I think the price is fair for what you get.
The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The aircon is decent, beds are comfy and they are clean. The rooms are spacious and have generous balconies. The pool is big and has a bar which opens from 3.30pm serving a fair selection of drinks (no draught beers or premium spirits, but what is offered was good enough).
Couple of pointers to make your stay more comfortable if staying here:
• book a villa or studio, they have been refurbed and they are ok • you will need a means of transport to get out and about. This isnt a fly and flop destination • stop off for a supermarket shop on your way to check in, as theres not much here • bring towels as no pool towels provided and the ones in the room arent changed that often (expected in alignment with the price we paid)
If your visiting Paphos for a specific reason and dont mind driving, this accomodation is a perfect base.
If your looking for somewhere to do as little as possible, with eating and drinking close by, there may be better accomodations to chose from.
This accomodation has real potential to be a lovely resort one day, I hope it continues to be developed and furbished.
Good value for money as Cyprus residents with a car taking a couple of nights down in Paphos. Not a UK holiday destination, you will be stranded, sunburnt and hungry. Huge potential if a big firm took it over, main pool very nice and villas a bargain for €55 a night for a family of 5. Stunning views of the mountains and the coast.
