Spent 11 nights here, while the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to help you but the hotel and location are just average. We shared a family room, which was pretty spacious however the layout of apartment blocks wasn’t great. This hotel is way below what level we expected for the £5k we paid. It was clean but basic, limited food options and multiple theme nights were just not to our taste. We went out a few times but felt we shouldn’t have to when it’s all inclusive. The snack bar food choices were limited and exactly the same every day as were the ice creams. 3 choices all 11 days just very boring. The à la carte is a waste of time, yes they serve you and you can choose a steak but if it was a restaurant I was paying for I would refuse to as it was just poor food and presented poorly. There are 4 pools, one main pool, a baby pool, an indoor pool and a volley ball pool but they are nothing spectacular and just lacked any character. Consider alternatives before choosing here, it’s quite isolated with nothing really nearby so you end up being ripped off by taxi companies (mikes taxi) €15 to the harbour each way for a 10 min journey. Way below expectation and wouldn’t go back.

Really lovely experience at this hotel. The staff are particularly amazing and go over and beyond. They are so so friendly. Its service is more 5 star and they really look after their guests.

Close to airport of only 20-30 mins drive and also short taxi ride (15 mins) to coral beach.

All the staff were great but particularly Rai and Prem who are so well mannered, smiley and so helpful and another lovely gentleman in the dining hall who went over and above to ensure the chef was informed my child wanted something off the menu so was then cooked specially for him.

The dining area was clean and the food plentiful in choice both in terms of meat, vegetarian and fish cooked to perfection.

Only thing I didn’t see at all which was disappointing unlike other hotels was smoked salmon & prawns which would have been nice.

Deserts were delicious too with so many choices. I particularly enjoyed the professional beautiful looking cheese cake and tarismussu on Italian night which were the best.

Breakfast was very varied so anything from full English, to fresh pancakes, pastries, spinach pies, ham & cheese items.

The themed nights food was an excellent idea and delicious especially the farmers market night I.e squid & mussels in shells and Pan Asian night I.e dumplings, wings, noodles ect.

Very generous with mineral water bottles unlike other hotels who can be stingy.

As to bedrooms these were large modern apartment style (separate from the main hotel). They were very spacious and so so clean. First time Iv been on holiday and I didn’t see any bugs or mosquitos at all in my main room or bathroom.

Rooms have a third bed and all the essentials such as kettle, tv, phone, fridge, tea/coffee and mineral water daily. 2 tables and a lot of cupboard space including a safe and lockable cupboard too. AC was really good too. They even amazingly accommodated and ensured we got the ground floor room too as we requested a very last minute room change due to mobility.

On arrival easy and quick check in, delicious drinks at the entrance, no charge for the safe in the bedroom or beach towels which was brilliant.

The 3 pools were amazing especially the large family pool.

The snacks were really good such as chips, chicken wraps. tuna and Greek salads, hot dogs, burgers, fish fingers, chicken nuggets and sandwiches. So plentiful and served in proper paper bowls with lids and packaging like a shop as opposed to left overs on a tray like other hotels.

Great variety of pool bar drinks even for non alcohol drinkers and kids.

Only downside which was a very “me” and not the “Hotel” itself problem which I didn’t like was; the pool tiling on shallow side is slippy, the snacks bar and drinks bar is not on same level as where the pool is located so you have to take some steps down, the netting fence on the area on the public walk way is broken so if someone loses their balance could fall off the cliff & the 3 cats who keep coming near the bar/snacks area past people are completely off putting (but I understand it’s a Cyprus thing with cats and the hotels are trying their best with it). Also the bathroom needs to get rid of the old school bathtubs idea and have a walk in shower instead like other hotels and more space to put toiletries around the sink area and hanging hooks for clothes in there too. Also there is no real entertainment for kids and families except the kids disco. Some hotels tend to have an act and do amazing shows which would have been lovely. I also found the location of the kids club at around block 45 too remote and hard to find. Usually in other hotels it’s located central to near the hotel and pool area.

Overall would definitely recommend as it has so many positives. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt as they provide a 5 star service which is first class, food is delicious and good quality. Also great location from airport/coral beach.
