Just the most beautiful hotel situated really close to the fascinating market streets and old town. The room was large with equally large bathroom and a very comfy bed. The staff were fabulous and must mention Lisa in the restaurant who was so friendly and a welcome smile each morning Would return here again and again
I had a truly memorable stay at Silkotel Hoi An, and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the entire team.
From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The staff were always proactive and willing to assist, even accompanying me all the way to my room. Their attention to detail and thoughtful service immediately made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The room was spacious, clean, and pleasantly scented with lemongrass, creating a very relaxing atmosphere as soon as I walked in. I also really appreciated how quickly the hot water was available. Since I spent most of my days exploring Hoi An and usually returned to the hotel quite late, around 9:30 PM, having hot water readily available for a relaxing shower was a small but very appreciated convenience.
What touched me the most was the exceptional care shown by the staff during my stay. Hoi An was experiencing the effects of a tropical depression, with continuous heavy rain and flooding in some areas. Despite the difficult weather conditions, the staff never hesitated to hold umbrellas, escort guests, and assist them whenever they entered or left the hotel. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly reflected their dedication, thoughtfulness, and genuine commitment to guest service. I was sincerely touched by it.
Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices to suit different tastes.
The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool. Unfortunately, as my schedule was quite busy and I spent most of my days outside exploring Hoi An, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy it this time. I will definitely save that experience for my next visit!
